Stuff happens and you can only hope that the shop will step up and take care of it. Not this shop, the owner refused to accept any liability, blaming the tech he hired and the shop that supplied the replacement heads. After an 18 month battle with him and his insurance company we finally had to file a claim in the courts to get partially reimbursed for the re repairs. I cannot stress enough how important it is to find another shop to do business with. You may get lucky and they won't damage your vehicle working on it, but is it worth the risk? I feel that this review need not be forgotten. I don't care how many years it has been. Hence the repost. As I said do one bad job they tell everybody.

Called on one shop who did not answer and then called Auto Care Center. I explained our situation and was told they would look at it and although busy if simple they would fix it. The heater hose was diagnosed, a new part ordered and when cool was fixed. It only took a bit over two hours and the cost was very fair.
