I asked if we were the only ones and she said no there were many others she was calling because of the huge disparagement. She asked if we had done something to use more and we had a new heat pump and tankless water heater but they should have been more efficient. Then I'm thinking so did all these other customers do something different, too????? I have been really disappointed in the over all service over the years, except for the delivery drivers that have been friendly. The other alternative in our location is way worse so we live with it.
