Convenient location to gas up but the only restroom is a port-a-potty. If you enjoyed the 1980s, you'll like this place.

Pulled off of Highway five to make a pitstop to the restroom came into the food Mart at the Chevron station to use the restroom. This Chevron is right off the freeway and near the outlet. Husband got me a large cup with ice for a 15 cent charge. Expecting more than that so that's awesome. He said the bathroom was decent. read more

Walked in to pay for my gas after a long drive in rush hour traffic. Guy didn't acknowledge me and after a moment of waiting at the cash register he finally looked up. Then he slow like water got to the cash register asked if he Could help me I said I'd like gas in pump whatever. He spoke disrespectfully to me when the payment came up to which i said excuse me? He then accused me of being "rude" and refused me service. I was shocked. I'm east coast so my communication is direct instead of passive aggressive but this is extreme. He then threatened me with the kkkops if I didn't leave. He refused to give me his name (accountability) but demanded mine!!! Continues To threaten me. Insulted me CUSSED at me and then called the police (dangerous!!). Sorry but even if I had been "rude" (#strongwomen) that is not a crime. He still couldn't tell me what I did but I do know that a) white does NOT in fact equal right b) if I were an employer I would want my employees to have at least BASIC customer service skills c) pussy bitch for my hip hop people D). the Arco down the street will let you actually get your stuff done with a way more chill vibe and friendly service. BOO Chevron! I expected more from you This is the first and last time I will ever purchased gas from this place! I'll Start my review with the only good thing I found and that is the staff .... the cashier was a wonderful lady who was helpful she's just given a place to run that doesn't have good equipment! First I tried to use my card at the pump but it said please pay inside after trying 2 more times.. no dice! Then after the cashier cleared it and everything it would not let it go through... so fine I was gonna fill up my car but since I couldn't use the payment at the pump I decided I just go with 20 bucks. So I finally get to put the gas pump in my car and guess what every $.30 it would click off! So I guess I'm grateful I didn't have to fill up my car here. And I wasn't setting the automatic little lever I actually held it in my hand and every $.30 it would stop and I'd have to restart again! So incredibly disgusted because I'm paying 2.65 for regular gas... I would at least expect the equipment to work right. The only positives of this place is things that the cashier could control. For example there was adequate water and soap to wash your windows and it wasn't frozen like it is at other gas stations she is doing a good job here I just will never come back. I really feel bad for the cashier because she's trying to do her job good and she's doing a good job she's just basically being ran over by the company they're not taken care of what they're supposed to take care of. read more

Nicest gas station on so many levels! Off the chain! Perfect for families! Super clean bathrooms and very convenient location right off the freeway! The staff was hands down the most helpful and friendliest ladies we have ever encountered. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to accommodate our family commute! After I bought gas, I wanted to head into the shop to use the facilities. Skateboard kids stationed outside told me I couldn't go in. Why not? Because the person on duty was out changing trash bags. I could see her doing so. She clearly saw me and other customers outside waiting to go in. I debated just walking in, since the business was open, but I didn't want a hassle or a fight with a skateboard kid, so I waited for about five minutes. At one point she yelled to us that she just had one more bag to get. Centralia Chevron. Where trash bags are a higher priority than customers, and where skateboard kids are detailed to guard the entrance. read more
