You need to be in Portland by early morning ...that's why you leave a little earlier then need be, so you can beat the Vancouver and Portland stand still traffic that starts around 7. Ugh.... You probably need to stop somewhere halfway to do your bizness (after drinking that first big coffee), then grab that extra second coffee of the morning, and stretch your legs. This place is perfect for it all! :) it's almost exactly halfway to Portland, but I usually need to stop 15 mins earlier, hence Chehalis. Lol. Oh and it's like directly off the freeway. So so easy. That's the only way to do it when your on the road. Btw, there is also a drive thru Starbucks directly across the street, but they open at 5:00am. So decide for yourself time wise, which works for you. :)

I have used this, specific Chevron for years, as I travel I-5 north to south between 2 and 4 times monthly. I will never come here again & will share this upsetting ordeal with others. They figure an average of gallons then figure what your monthly payment is going to be. Ours was $70. monthly. I knew there would be an extra balloon payment at the end for overage but i was told it was going to be $740.++ I'm shocked because this is almost twice what we have been paying in years past. I asked if we were the only ones and she said no there were many others she was calling because of the huge disparagement. She asked if we had done something to use more and we had a new heat pump and tankless water heater but they should have been more efficient. Then I'm thinking so did all these other customers do something different, too????? I have been really disappointed in the over all service over the years, except for the delivery drivers that have been friendly. The other alternative in our location is way worse so we live with it. Hear what customers are saying and make changes to be better. As a positive about them, they have never, in 20 years, let us run out of propane which is a plus compared to reviews I read about Ferrell gas.

All surrounding stations had prices soaring above Safeway Express, as high as $4.09!!! Even our go to ARCO was $3.49?! This Safeway Express offers a large area of gas pumps, I think 4 islands, and the Convenience store for quick grab snacks and or drinks etc. Highly recommended.
