Come to find out its because their CC readers don't work with CC chips. Sooooo instead of updating they just make their customers stand in line. You take off from your said Seattle location at 3:00 in the AM. You need to be in Portland by early morning ...that's why you leave a little earlier then need be, so you can beat the Vancouver and Portland stand still traffic that starts around 7. Ugh.... You probably need to stop somewhere halfway to do your bizness (after drinking that first big coffee), then grab that extra second coffee of the morning, and stretch your legs. This place is perfect for it all! :) it's almost exactly halfway to Portland, but I usually need to stop 15 mins earlier, hence Chehalis. Lol. Oh and it's like directly off the freeway. So so easy. That's the only way to do it when your on the road. Btw, there is also a drive thru Starbucks directly across the street, but they open at 5:00am. So decide for yourself time wise, which works for you. :)

I told her that if I didn't pee now I would literally explode, but she didn't care. She said, there are porta-potties you can use. I was ALREADY in the bathroom when she was saying this so instead of just letting me take the 30 seconds to pee and wash my hands I got to go out to the disgusting porta-potty and hope to god it had hand sanitizer (it didnt, by the way). So, thanks "manager" I now get to wonder what possible germs I get to take back to my car...

Their prices are way higher than others in town but we still get it because of the supposed better quality. Yesterday I got a call about our budget plan that we started last year. They figure an average of gallons then figure what your monthly payment is going to be. Ours was $70. monthly. I knew there would be an extra balloon payment at the end for overage but i was told it was going to be $740.++ I'm shocked because this is almost twice what we have been paying in years past. I asked if we were the only ones and she said no there were many others she was calling because of the huge disparagement. She asked if we had done something to use more and we had a new heat pump and tankless water heater but they should have been more efficient. Then I'm thinking so did all these other customers do something different, too????? I have been really disappointed in the over all service over the years, except for the delivery drivers that have been friendly. The other alternative in our location is way worse so we live with it. Hear what customers are saying and make changes to be better.
