Been meaning to try this place since it's new, finally stopped through the other day. Was kinda bummed about some key areas. One, a drive-thru isn't ideal when it takes so long to prepare the food. While this is good in the sense that it means they're making the food to order, it also produces a ridiculous waiting time if you're in a rush. I got the double cheese burger and the hamburger meat had a strange texture, they were super dense and tasted kinda funky and I ended up throwing most of it away. Bummed because I wanna support locally owned spots, but there's just no way I'd eat those hamburgers. The one highlight is the fries were great! Crispy and seasoned nicely. read more

I've ordered online 3 times now and keep coming back for those dang amazing wild fries and chocolate shakes! To say that their addicting is an understatement!! However, their cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches, and hot dogs (going three times, I have been able to try each item), leave something to be desired. Their cheeseburgers are decent. They definitely need more sauce and maybe some patty flavor. The chicken on the sandwich is pretty bland unfortunately. I wish the batter or the chicken itself had some sort of flavor. Good texture though! The wild dog was my least favorite. Char-broiled is correct and about the only flavor on these dogs, even with the added cheese and onion. :/ And last but not least, the chow now app that they use for mobile ordering needs to be looked at and revised. I get food for lunch at work based on mobile ordered and ease of it. Unfortunately they have VERY few options to revise any of their orders through chow now. Even just to omit items, you can only choose to omit ONE item (say onion off a burger). But if I also don't want the sauce or lettuce, I have to put it in the notes and those notes are overlooked every time!! (Ordered for my coworker twice, to omit onion, sauce and lettuce. Only omitted onion). Id also love to be able to order a combo and choose wild fries and/or a shake as the side and drink. Currently it comes with fries and selection soda options as choices. Please look into this and fix it! Or search other mobile ordering options please! This isn't a deal breaker or loss of stars. I'm sure this is a nightmare of restaurants to deal with. The one star loss is purely on the main entrees cooked here and the lack of flavor. The four stars are because of how good their fries and shakes are! read more

We here with the fam after a long day at an appointment. The young man at the counter was polite and answered any questions we may have had. I got a cheeseburger and cheese fries, husband got the chicken sandwich and fries. Honestly it was the best burger I've had in a long time. Everything came out fresh. I did state I wouldn't order the chicken sandwich because it was to chicken strips but I would order the strips and fries again. Son did say the milk shake was too milky he wasn't a fan. I decided to give Fred's another chance today. After my last review the owner reached out to me to apologize and to offer me a free burger on them. I didn't take them up on that offer, as it didn't feel right, so I paid as a regular customer today. Anyway, I went again today. Service was faster this time, but once again my order was not correct. It's not a complicated order, just "A Cheeseburger with only cheese and lettuce with added bacon". Last time I received everything on the burger (all the things I didn't want), this time only the cheese and bacon was on the burger, but they forgot the lettuce. The burger itself was just ok. Still pretty rubbery like last time. Once again the fries were the best part of the meal. read more

3/8/24 Update - finally had a chance to take advantage of the offer to try Fred's fresh in person. What a much better expierence. Sam was great. Burger was fresh, HOT and very tasty. Fries were very good too. Definitely recommend staying away from Door Dash. The meal was spot on and SO much better than the meal DD delivered cold. read more

Tried Fred's for my first time and it was very good. I got the double cheeseburger and it was fresh and very tasty. Quality ingredients and the fries were also very good. Topped it off with a cookies and cream milk shake that could've been a little thicker but tasted great. Will definitely go again. read more

My first time eating at this establishment. This place has only been open for a month long but they have their food dialed in. It is a simple menu but super delicious. So yummy that I could not even wait to take a picture before eating all of my food. I got a hamburger combo (with all the fixings). Everything is cooked to order, very fresh. Patties are made daily!! I came in today and was the customer in building. The guy at the register was on his phone and didn't notice me come in until another employee (who was in the dining area watching TV) told him to look up. I ordered a basic combo meal and they couldn't get it made before I needed to leave (had an appointment nearby). I sat for 10 minutes and left, telling them I'd come back after. I came back and grabbed my food and it turns out they got my order wrong. Completely incompetent. I can't imagine how bad it is when it's busy, if it ever is.
