Pre-COVID, at just over a year old, we brought my son to a (different) dentist who was very aggressive with my sons teeth. It was his first time at the dentist and they strapped him down to scrape some plaque off his teeth. He was being held down by a tech. Needless to say, both my husband and son were a bit traumatized. So I decided for his next experience we needed something very different. AND WOW. Dr Cole and her staff were simply incredible with him. From the moment they opened the door, my son knew nothing but kindness. They took it slow, showed him every piece of equipment, and let him touch it. While he was still quite nervous, there were no tears and no meltdowns. Every staff member knew the names of all his favorite tv characters and talked him through each thing, using the cartoons as gateways to trust and good ol fashion diversion. I will never take him anywhere else. What a treasure our community has in Dr. D'Audra Cole and her office!

I went to literally 3 other dentists for 2nd opinion who all said this was not a good option for baby teeth, too risky for not much gain since they would come out shortly anythow. So I declined and sought dentristy help elsewhere. Dr Mansmann then decided to report me to DSS and we had to go through that whole investigation. (dismissed, of course). The issue is they have many doctors, but the right hand is not talking to the left. My wife and went in, did a full exam, scans, etc, told us we had to talk to another dr, setup a different appt, ran the same exams, charged us twice for the same twice. It appears from what I think is this is their way to bill you to death with the same job between two sperate doctors withing the same company. Another issue. When they quote you what the insurace will pay and my out of pocket expenses will be... both times with two seperate patients they got is way wrong. And when I showed up for my prcedure, I had to pay it. Even thought i spent thousands more than quoted. Antoher time I went in, told me I had to meet with another Dr. Setup an appt, came in to be told that I didnt need to meet with a Dr. Another waste of time and money. Something is not right about this firm and not claiming they are doing it fraudulantly but it stinks like it is. Its adisorganized business that maybe has outgrown their successes.
