Just got back from taking this dude to the dentist and I have to praise Frederick Kidds Pediatric Dentistry from the rooftops! Pre-COVID, at just over a year old, we brought my son to a (different) dentist who was very aggressive with my sons teeth. It was his first time at the dentist and they strapped him down to scrape some plaque off his teeth. He was being held down by a tech. Needless to say, both my husband and son were a bit traumatized. So I decided for his next experience we needed something very different. AND WOW. Dr Cole and her staff were simply incredible with him. From the moment they opened the door, my son knew nothing but kindness. They took it slow, showed him every piece of equipment, and let him touch it. While he was still quite nervous, there were no tears and no meltdowns. Every staff member knew the names of all his favorite tv characters and talked him through each thing, using the cartoons as gateways to trust and good ol fashion diversion. Every concern or question is answered in a clear way so that you leave with a good understanding of all of your options. We loved this place. The front desk staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Our dental assistant was so careful and really explained everything she was doing and why. Dr. D was very kind and professional. The waiting room had plenty of things to keep the kids entertained while they waited (TV, activity wall, tablet games). And the convenience of a bathroom right by the waiting room was an added bonus. The whole visit was easy, short and enjoyable. We're looking forward to the next visit. read more

Dr. Dee was very patient with my child. She explained what she could see could be problematic as she gets older and things to watch for as well as techniques to assist my child in developing better brushing techniques until her fine motor skills fully develop. I can't believe this place doesn't have more reviews! They were amazing! Coolest dentist's office I've ever been to. TVs on the ceiling, fun colors, fun flavors, fun decor. This was my child's first dental experience and man am I glad we went here. She loved it! Ms. K and Dr. Dee were so patient and kind to her. They explained everything they were doing. They were thorough but also quick which I appreciated because she's two and wasn't going to sit long. The ladies up front were super friendly. Seriously, all around amazing experience. Wow!!! Frederick KIDDS is amazing!! Our two daughters were less than thrilled at the thought visiting the dentist, that was BEFORE our visit. Once we left, they asked how soon they could they return! Once we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff which led us to the awesome dental chairs. Our daughters were completely impressed by the fact that televisions were mounted to the ceiling to make the experience more enjoyable. Our dental hygienist was wonderful! She cleaned their teeth and discussed the importance of proper hygiene at home. Next, came Dr. D!!! It's evident she's a mom as her bedside manners were outstanding. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions while providing a comprehensive exam. Of course, our daughters loved leaving the office with a goody-bag and token for a small prize to celebrate their successful visit. Overall, I'm completely impressed! read more

Dr.Dee is amazing with kids. Unfortunately, my daughter has a crippling autoimmune disease that can hit her at any time. We have literally been in the parking lot when she has gotten sick. I would call the office to see what we should do, and would reschedule every missed appointment to ensure that my daughter kept up with her treatments. During Covid, she was in the process of getting an extensive treatment, we were IN the parking lot and she was sick. I didn't know what to do, so I called the front desk. They told me not to bring her in since she was sick and to reschedule. When I called back to do so, I was informed that we were no longer patients at their office bc of missed appointments. I reminded them that THEY were the ones that told us not to come in, and they refused to see her anymore. Now remember, she's in the middle of a treatment plan to fix her teeth. About a month ago, I reached back out to them to reconsider her as a patient to just finish the job that they started.... crickets. Never heard back from them. It's such a shame because they really do seem to be such a nice office. But if your child has any sort of issues that could make them have to cancel their appointment and reschedule for another time, I highly suggest going somewhere else. read more

Today was our first visit to this dentist office. All I can say is this place is simply phenomenal. The office is in a good location that is easily accessible, with good parking, and simple to find. The office is very clean and the staff is extremely helpful and nice. This has got to be the most technologically advanced dentist office I've ever been to. They have iPads on the wall in the kids play area with game apps to keep kids busy and also have old fashion toys if your kids aren't into the iPad games. The dentist is very nice and professional. They have top of the line equipment. I could look at a scene and see inside my daughters mouth while the dentist was working. This made it easier to understand what the dentist was talking about. She gave clear and precise information and instructions on what we were doing wrong in our daughter's dental health. She also worked on my 2 year old son who is very active. She was able to help him stay calm and worked very proficiently. The dentist had both of our kids done in approximately 35 minutes. This place is amazing, if you take your children I feel you will be happy with the results just like I am. This will be my children's permanent dentist. Update 12/14/15 Cameback for one of my daughters procedures and once again they got us to the back very quickly. I was in the room and the dentist was explaining what was going on while I was looking at the screen they have setup to see inside your child's mouth. The dentist continuously checked my daughter's well-being and made sure she wasn't in any pain. The whole procedure last alittle lest than 45 minutes. Honestly this place is very good. My child has about three more visits. So will continue to update on service. Update 06/13/16 This place is still fantastic. We changed our number and forgot to give it to them. They where still about to contact us and made it possible to still see our kids even though we where extremely late. This place just knows how to take care of their clients. So happy we found this dentist and staff. read more

We had our first appointment with Dr. Dee for 6 month cleanings (16 year old and 6 year old). The office is very inviting (my son loves the iPads in the waiting room). I also liked the unique, open set up of the treatment room. They explain the insurance procedures and make everything so simple from check in to check out. Great staff! read more

Can i just say amazing! My son is easy so of course he hopped right up and let them clean, count and brush. My daughter on the other hand..... she and i had talked about it but Heather the hygienist was so patient and sweet doing her cleaning my daughter was even able to do xrays without too much fuss. The office is very clean and comfortable as well. So happy we found them. read more
