This is the the same review I left on google three years ago when I left this butcher shop. Three…read moreyears ago I came here. Hopefully this "doctor" has changed. She questions finances and people's character. And remember people NOTHING is free. Worst experience I've ever had. I went in because I have loose teeth from bottom jaw bumping top teeth. This "doctor" told me a bottom tooth would have to be extracted. I told her nope, I'd rather not. She then said, "well I guess I can't help you." I told her that's fine, as I started to get up, she insisted on x-rays ($120 fee, I didn't know at the time). But before that she checked me out with her little tooth pick mirror. After the inspection, I'm laid back in the chair and she tells me my teeth are loose (well duh, that's why I'm here) while TAKING THE LITTLE MIRROR AND PROCEEDING TO BANG ON THE LOOSE TEETH. Very unprofessional and painful!! After the X-rays she told me it would cost $5,000 to save my teeth and a tooth would be extracted. Then asked many times over if I saved enough money, if I was sure I could pay for it, are you sure you have the money. Very disrespectful and none of her business. I make a very good living 100k+ In federal law enforcement. After I told her politely, I'll be back later; I'm going to find a dentist- she gets upset and cops an attitude. Why would I do business with some one that intentionally hurt me then questions my character and finances? Turns out because my insurance didn't cover this, she was looking to over charge me by at least a thousand bucks (according to other orthos in Frederick) There are many better orthos in Frederick. Don't waste your time here.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Zainali a few weeks ago for a consultation for Invisalign. The…read morescheduling process was super simple, the office staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Zainali did my exam and went over everything in detail about what my treatment would entail and the cost. We ran into some hiccups over the cost and payment method, but we were able to work everything out. The office staff was extremely patient and helpful...the communication between staff and patients is open and they are proactive. During my appointment for impressions, I asked a million questions about everything from ingredients to process and time (I'm *that* patient who needs to know everything, lol) and they were very happy to answer all of my questions and explain the process to me, which was wonderful. The office is clean, they accept care credit, and their scheduling is fairly flexible. Highly recommended!

I don't usually leave reviews but I feel the need to warn everyone to steer clear of this business…read more I went because they are in my insurance network and I needed to have work done before I start infusion therapy. The first visit was okay except for the way they positioned the plates for the X-rays as the plates cut into my gums They came back with a long list of "must do's." About $10K worth of them. One must do was two root canals. They don't have an endodontist on staff so they "looked for one for me that was in network." The refered me to one in Owings Mills. I live in Frederick. I looked for myself and found one in Gaithersburg. (He was amazing, by the way.) He gave me the instruction to follow up with Bright Now within two weeks. That was on 3/17/26 . I had already called and left the message with Bright Now about that first appointment. I tried calling Bright Now again and got the voicemail. I tried multiple times and just got the voicemail. No one returned my messages. On 3/31/26, I finally called Bright Now at opening time thinking they had to be able to answer the phone first thing in the morning. I did get an actual person who told me that the reason they couldn't answer the phone (and apparently not return calls) is because they are short staffed. Keep in mind that on my first visit there were at least three people behind the counter. They offered me a return date of APRIL 28! Way too late for the follow up. They also refused to allow me to go to the other office in Frederick. I understand continuity of care, but this is an exceptional occasion. If you can't provide timely care in one office, why can't another one do it? I tried to reach someone in corporate on line, but to no one's surprise, they don't have a customer service option. I called the only number available, which was of course a scheduling line. The first agent said he would put me on hold, but just put me back in queue and the line disconnected. I called back and got a nice young lady who at least listened to my complaint and said she would pass it on to her supervisor. I'm fairly certain it ended there. She did tell me that really the only way to file a complaint is in writing sent by USPS. She gave me the address and said to mark it "complaints." Bless her heart, I think she really believes it would get farther than the nearest trash can. Regardless, by the time any mail got to California from Maryland, and presuming that it actually does get read, by the time they get back to me, it will be too late. This is why people avoid dentists.
