I had the previous stone removed as it wasn't salvageable and replaced it with a Ruby Star Sapphire (mine and my mom's favorite), which they helped me by sourcing. They brought in a few choices and allowed me to pick which stone I felt best fit the project. The basket required reshaping and extra work, but they did it so that the Star Sapphire fits beautifully. I love that I can carry around a piece of my mom. The ring shines and the sapphire has three star lines with indoor lighting and one distinct bright star in the sun.
