I don't know what some of the reviews are talking about regarding the clerk. Maybe we dealt with different people! My experience was great. The guy was super nice, and even had his cute dog with him. Nice selection with good prices. I got a raw smokey quartz point, a carnelian tumble, and 2 other tumbles for about $8. What a deal. I wish I could have bought more, but I was just visiting and didn't have space! I would love to come back

While taking the nearby underground tour, we passed this place. I bookmarked it IMMEDIATELY! There were so many types of rocks and geodes here, at all kinds of prices. From 3$ to thousands of dollars for the rare stuff. I spent 70$ in here, but could've easily bought way more. The prices were also a lot better than what I've seen at other places near home (SoCal) The shop was huge, and there were also entomintology displays for sale. Pieces of meteor were also for sale here :) The clerk was very nice, and knowlegeable. He said they've been around for 30 years, hope they're around for a lot more

Cool shop right in the heart of downtown Seattle. A definite must see for anyone who collects stones, thinks geodes are cool or even anyone who wants a cool or unusual gift. How about a fossilized shell on stone paperweight? Jewelry or even one of a kind marbles? Check this place out!

Fossils, "crack your own geodes", and petrified wood bookends!

Me likey dinosaurs. I don't know what it is, but anything related to archaeological finds are still fascinating to me even as an adult. When I was little and on a "dig" I remember being elated when I found a tortoise shell in my backyard--only to remember that it was my poor pet whom I had buried a few years earlier. I think I stopped digging in the yard after that. This place is a gem (sorry for the pun.) I spent a good hour just looking at all the interesting stuff they had: mammoth fur/tusk, 350 million year old Ammonites, petrified wood, geodes, and fossils of all kinds! Some stuff was as low as $4 and went up to the thousands, as you can imagine. The ancient crocodile skull was pretty amazing, as were the carved rock sheets that house squid-like creatures called Orthoceras. If you have a piece displayed in your house, it would surely be an interesting conversation starter! I am going back to pick up something for Father's Day, and to touch as much stuff as they'll allow me to without slapping my hand ;) If you are interested in fossils, rocks, and other interesting eye goodies, check this place out! Kids would go gaga over this place too!

Wow was this store a find. I usually don't like wandering around Pioneer Square. To me, most of the food sucks and there just aren't a lot of stores I like. Too expensive or too touristy. But we passed by this particular shop and decided why not. First off, it's a geologist dream. Rocks, gems, fossils and all the like. Beautiful stones I've never heard of, sculptures, jewelry. Really just some exquisite pieces. What caught my eye though were the fossils. All sorts of prehistoric beauties at reasonable prices. And what sold me was megladon teeth. I have a shark obsession and have since I was a little girl. I dreamed of owning a megladon tooth and to hold a huge $1000 giant shark's tooth was incredible. I got a more affordable one and figure I'll just work my way up. Also they had tons of amber, diamonds don't do it for me, I'm a sucker for a nice piece of amber though. And they had some really nice pieces, all unique. Even some huge cuts with all sorts of pretty insects. What surprised me was that things were affordable. You could easily afford a unique gift for someone or something a little sophisticated for yourself. Very cool store and I know what I want for my birthday already!

Great selections of stones and gems. A little pricey vs. going to a gem and mineral show but overall I would recommend this store.

I had a project vision and Marlow's helped me bring it to life. I had the previous stone removed as it wasn't salvageable and replaced it with a Ruby Star Sapphire (mine and my mom's favorite), which they helped me by sourcing. They brought in a few choices and allowed me to pick which stone I felt best fit the project. The basket required reshaping and extra work, but they did it so that the Star Sapphire fits beautifully. I love that I can carry around a piece of my mom. The ring shines and the sapphire has three star lines with indoor lighting and one distinct bright star in the sun. I highly recommend Marlow's if you are needing someone to go above and beyond on a project! They truly excel in their craft and all staff are extremely warm and welcoming.

Not only is the ring beautiful, but she worked with us to source ethically grown diamonds (a very important thing for us) and to incorporate some of our own design ideas while adding her own unique flourish to the final ring. Even as my fiancé included me in the process (in the sketch phase) it was a complete surprise and delight when he proposed to see the ring in reality. We are so grateful for Rachels expertise throughout the process and feel very fortunate to have a ring that means so much to both of us. I visited Fabri on February 3rd while in my early shopping stage shopping for a replacement engagement ring (to celebrate my 10-year wedding anniversary), and from start to finish, it was hands-down the best jewelry experience I've ever had. First, their online customization platform is one of the most comprehensive and user-friendly solitaire design tool I've used (ability to customize metal, band width, setting style, prong style, and more) -- comparative to my other online shopping, I feel that this tool is unmatched in how detailed and customizable it is. On top of that, they provide support not only in-store, but also through private text communication, which made the entire process feel personal, modern, and incredibly convenient. I appreciate that I didn't have to make a trip in to get an early idea of how much their options might cost for the design I had in mind. I determined online, and via text that Fabri was a standout option, with pricing in the realm of my budget; so I came into the showroom. During my visit, Doug and Jacob were exceptionally attentive without being pushy -- the perfect balance. The showroom itself is impressive, with countless options for stone sizes, band widths, and settings. What stood out most was how creative and thoughtful they were in helping me visualize the ring I wanted, when the exact ring design that wasn't something they had on display. They pulled different samples from around the store, paired various band widths with multiple stone sizes, and walked me through every possibility with patience and expertise. I also asked about purchasing a stackable wedding band, and in a moment of genuine integrity, Doug actually advised, "I wouldn't order that right now -- wait until you finalize an engagement ring, then choose what pairs best with it." Any other jeweler could have tried to upsell immediately, but Doug and Jacob were clearly focused on what was truly best for their customers, not just making a sale. They didn't pressure me into a decision. Instead, they educated me, addressed concerns thoughtfully, and offered to follow up via text with a more detailed quote once I had processed everything we discussed. While I didn't make a purchase during this visit, I left extremely impressed and truly appreciative of the time, care, and professionalism they showed me. Whether or not I ultimately place this order with them, Doug and Jacob deserve recognition for the honesty and attention they provide. I will certainly be back, one way or another. Fabri Jewelers is a gem -- and so are the people who work there. Highly, highly recommend.
