Fred Astaire is hands down one of my favorite places to be. The instructors are like family (the fun kind you actually want to spend time with), and even the other students feel like lifelong friends. The community here is unreal. So much support, laughter, and good vibes every time I walk in. My only complaint? That I can't quit my job and move in so I can dance all day. We did a couples dance class at the studio and we couldn't have been more impressed! From the moment we walked in, we fell in love with the instructors here the studio itself is very nicely maintained and has a very nice ambience plus, plenty of space to move comfortably. The instructors are very friendly, but also incredibly patient and approachable. I felt very comfortable learning my moves. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a complete beginner, the instructors help you to feel confident. The class was relaxed and fun for us. Everyone is so friendly. My fiance and I signed up at Fred Astaire just two weeks ago to learn some dance moves for our wedding. We thought we would learn a few quick moves to make our first dance less awkward but we were able to learn an entire choreographed dance in only two weeks!! They even helped us pick which song we wanted to dance to. We were pondering on a song choice for weeks and they picked a great one! Kiril and Ana were our instructors and they were absolutely amazing, especially with such little time! Thursday night is a dance party We attended and had so much fun. We learned a new dance the Cha Cha Cha. Then we had open dancing where we would switch partners. There are many Professional Dancers at the dance party which took turns dancing with everyone and teaching new moves. A great way to learn from different professionals. The Professionals are polite, respectful and have an easy way of teaching so you don't feel intimidated. I look forward more dance parties. read more

I'm very disappointed... all my wife and I wanted to do was come up with a first dance routine for our upcoming wedding. Fred Astaire assured us that they could help. They convinced us to buy there package for the dance lessons for over $700. After the first lesson (which was very basic) literally found what they were teaching on YouTube. I asked about our routine and they mentioned this is just the beginner lessons and stated they do not do that. We continued to go for 2 more lessons which then turned into constant calling and texting to confirm our appointments. Over communication is good in some instances but in the middle of planning our wedding this became extremely stressful for us. We had scheduled our last appointment and they confirmed the wrong time. We let them know of the correction which ended in them moving it to 6:40pm. Then they called asking if they could move it to 5:30pm which was a stretch since we get of work @ 5pm. We said we'd do our best to make it. As we are rushing to make this appointment they call back again to change it back to 6:40pm. Like are you kidding me!?? We had finally had it and requested a refund. We were told a manager would reach out to us. A manager called and said she isn't authorized to process refunds and that a different manager would call. No one has reached out or returned our several phone calls back. If they do answer they say they're busy and will call back later. They advertised they could help with our first dance but that would require another package you have to buy. Even during the lessons you're running into other couples because it is not private unless there happens to be no one else booked for that time slot. The instructors were constantly trying sell us there $180 dance shoes as well as other accessories for "dancing" All we needed was some help creating a nice dance for our wedding but we did not receive that. This place just seems eager to take your money and get you to spend more money while you're there. Now I want a refund but can't even get a call back. What happen to all that communication??? Lol stick to Youtube and save yourself some money. read more

This is a SIX star date night!!! My wife and I have been taking both private and group lessons for a few weeks and having the time of our lives! It's so worth it... Anastasia has been very patient with her beginner (me) and Andrei has kept my wife growing even at her more experienced level. Everyone there is so kind, welcoming, and encouraging. The instructors are amazing, even with someone like me with two left feet. I was especially intimidated by attending alone to their group classes and events, but they are so supportive and always going out of their way to make me feel comfortable and to introduce me to other dancers.
