I honestly don't know what came over me, but I was at work the other day and was just really craving a smoothie. I'm not really a juice or smoothie person, but I was craving a thirst and that really felt like it would hit the spot (or at least something). There are a couple of smoothie places in WP so I decided to whip out Yelp to see which was the closest. Freckle's Juice was close by so I decided to order from them. First off, I had no idea that this was a Bronx-based business - that made me extra excited to try one of their selections. Browsing the menu, they have a nice variety of smoothies and juices and also guide you as to the benefits of some (immune boost, protein, etc). I was browsing and their Berry Pink stood out. This was one of their monthly specials and had a mix of strawberry, peach, orange, chia seeds, almonds, and coconut water. The smoothie was really good; the flavors worked well together and was still nice and cold even though I ordered delivery. Overall I was really impressed with Freckle's. While I seldom go for a smoothie, it's nice to know that this Bronx-born businesses has expanded to White Plains. Credit to Freckles creators for also blending and blitzing their way up to White Plains from their Bronx flagship. My daughter took advantage of Freckles' 2-day Groupon deal and used it as her New Year's detox liquid boost. Turns out, her 6 Green Juices+6 Alkaline Smoothies were everything she wanted. Easily head to this City Center location in downtown White Plains on Level 3 to get your take-away pressed juices, smoothies or shots. The kid easily picked up her 12-pack with a complimentary reusable bag at that. I'd ask if this location also serves savory items like soups and bites similar to their Bronx location. There was a 'pick-up-by' hiccup with my daughter's order- but folks here managed to fixed that ASAP. There was some confusion from my daughter's part where she didn't select the correct location- but again, folks here prepped a brand new 12-pressed juice and smoothie pack to pick up New Year's Eve with no hassle. Thank you! I like this brand and particularly dig that a fly-by-night fluke doesn't own this company making it seem as if they're cut out for running a juice spot. read more

I cannot believe I didn't know this was inside City Center and we come to Target often. Guess we just never went upstairs. We tried the Super Greens, which had healthy spirulina in it. I must say it was well prepared and the fruits and veggies were definitely fresh and the staff was very helpful. I walked up, checked the menu-board and ordered a drink. The young man behind the counter was cleaning, organizing and pouring juice from a blender container into jars for sale. When I ordered my drink he started putting things away from what he was doing, picked up a dirty rag and wiped the counter then - WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS - starting picking the kale, ginger, etc., for my drink. He never put on gloves, never washed his hands, never even bothered to clean anything prior to making me a drink. I simply walked away. Went there and ordered two fresh juices pineapple apple kale spinach ginger. The girl who works there juiced the apple and pineapple and then proceeded to blend the vegetables like a smoothie and mix them all together that's not how juices are made you're supposed to put the vegetables in the juicer as well. then she went on to argue with me that this is how the juices are made everywhere . no they're not I've done been to many places and bought many juices they juice the vegetables as well will never go there again read more

This place is amazing. I go here when I want a healthy drink, and every single time I've been each smoothie has been great. I love how you get points just for your orders, and when you've made a certain amount of purchases, you will receive a free large drink. This was also my favorite place to come to when I was in the process of losing weight, I would come to freckles, and replace my lunch with one of their healthy drinks. Furthermore, I enjoy how they offer free samples for some of their new smoothie flavors, and they don't try to force you to make a purchase. Everyone here is friendly, and very helpful when you're not certain on which drink to order. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! read more

I love their smoothies. I make sure to streak myself whenever I found my self near the kiosk.

I recently have been lowering my intake of coffee, so after noticing this kiosk for a while now....I finally stopped by today and it was so worth it. I got the 'gym head' smoothie since I wanted something that I know I would like. The lady who was working at the kiosk was extremely nice and offered me two samples of other drinks they make. Both samples were delicious. I know for sure I'm gonna visit this spot more often and try other other drinks out. read more

i finally stopped at the freckles juice stand after food shopping at shoprite in the city center mall and glad i did cause i needed a liquid boost which was a mixed fruit smoothie that was very sweet and tasty. not going to lie as i aint drinking a smoothie for the health benefits but if its tasty and good for me then thats wonderful. good selection of drinks and i think they carry other healthy treats but as i stated in the past visiting other similar places i will drink some fruits in a cup but i aint drinking veggies unless i lose a bet and have to, all kidding aside i enjoyed my smoothie very much and my yelp meter is ringing at 4.5 stars. read more

I absolutely love this smoothie/juice bar! it's conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the city center across from shoprite! I've been trying different drinks and I love them all.
