I had called nearly 10 different tow companies, and of the three that had answered, Freddy was the only one who gave me an actual price estimate (that wasn't outrageous) and an approximate arrival time. Although he was busy with another customer at the time I called, we exchanged info and he got back to me shortly after. Once Freddy arrived, my day continued to improve. Worryingly, I had my toolbox stored in a relatively tight storage unit complex, but Freddy managed to maneuver his truck in without a problem. As he began to load up my toolbox, I could see (and appreciate) how careful he was being both loading and securing it on the flatbed. The unloading process went smoothly as well, Freddy again backed into my precarious driveway with ease, then proceeded to use the same skill and care to unload my toolbox without even a mark to either my driveway or toolbox. If you're looking for a skilled tow for your precious cargo, Freddy is the one to call, he was on-time, friendly, straightforward, communicative and damn good at what he does. He will be the first one I call the next time I need a tow.

They were careless with handling, and when I pointed out the damage, they stopped responding. Now I'm stuck with expensive repairs that could've been avoided if they had done their job properly. If you care about your vehicle, do yourself a favor and call someone else. This company clearly doesn't care about their customers or their property.

I got a skid loader stuck in the back of my property in some mud. When I started calling around to towing companies, most either weren't interested, didn't answer or quoted me a price that was outrageous. Nichole gave me a fair quote and Jim showed up the next day on time and had me out in 10 min. If you ever get stuck on the beach or in mud these are they guys you want to call. The garage had parked her nose first to a curb (she's still not drivable but that's another story) and we were pushing and steering a 2,500 lbs steel vehicle around the lot in 98 degree weather. Other problems developed at my house, but I won't get into that. Wayne figured it out and Baby was parked safely by the end of the ordeal.
