If you're looking for a stress free moving experience, schedule Frazier Moving Company. The (3) gentleman assigned to me were Derick, Josh and Will. They were extremely polite, showed general concern in moving my property. They wrapped and secured items I didn't see necessary as a precaution. I rented a 26ft truck with several items, ranging from kitchen fragiles to motorcycles. I would rehire them without a second thought. My elderly father was quoted one price and charged another. The night before the move he was told that another mover would be necessary and that would increase the price. my father did not agree to this and only 2 movers showed up. The third mover showed up later. They arrived with a small truck and only took two loads to the new house which was only a few streets away from old house. They broke the water line to the refrigerator and when we confronted them about it we were told "it's only a six dollar part. have a good day" then hung up the phone. We had to move the remaining boxes and furniture ourselves after they stopped working. Boxes were clearly labeled and were either brought to incorrect room or stacked in the garage. The purpose of my dad hiring movers was due to the fact that my brother and I had to work. But we ended up having to help with the move anyway. Be clear with instructions and expectations if hiring this company and make sure you are present if moving an elderly relative. read more

*******WARNING***WARNING***WARNING******* I hired this moving Co to pick up and move me from Elk Grove California to Stockton California. I hired this company before and they did a great job. During this move, unfortunately my Stainless steel refrigerator was damaged. A dent and a scratch along the front right door of the refrigerator. I was told that the owner would be in contact with me. I waited several days and finally decided to call for myself and finally got in touch with the owner. I was advised by Raymond the owner, he will try n find a door replacement. No luck. Than he suggested a repair guy to see if he can fix it. I agreed to see "If" he can fix the door. It's been several days and I haven't heard nothing back about a date to get my fridge door fixed if it can even be fixed. I called yesterday and left a message as well as called today and left a message. I will be back to let you know what has taken place and if this refrigerator was fixed. He notified me via text on 11/22/19 stating that he found a replacement door and has to order but it might take some time to get it shipped do to the holidays. I told home fine when you know the shipping date please let me know ASAP so I can schedule it with him. I have ordered stuff online big n small and a response as to when things should arrive is always given. Here we are 12/7/19 and still no response from Raymond the owner of this company. I last heard from him Nov 22 2019 and I know we are in the holiday season and yes we are busy but business and delivery don't slow down. I haven't received response since. I attempted several times and left messages but no call backs. I will be up dating this is and when I get this behind me. Here we are in 2020 of January. Still no door replacement and still no feed back from the owner Raymond. I called the receptionist lady and she said Raymond was out of state. When he gets back he will call me. Well his receptionist or whatever she is called and said it's on it's way. I still haven't heard back and I sent Raymond a message via text to see what's the delay. I even said just comp me the money for the door and I'll just deal with this myself. I guess I might have to count my losses but not first going to the BBB and possibly getting some legal representation. This company is bad business and I will never use them again. We've used this moving company twice. They are excellent! Kyle, Josh and Daquan were all professional, friendly and time conscious. We moved from Stockton to Lodi. Our house in Stockton was two stories, these guys had no problem at all. They were careful. None of our items were broken and they didn't scuff or scratch any walls. We recommended them to two other friends who moved at the same time we did, our friends were very happy with their service as well. They are also very reasonably priced. We will continue to use them and recommend them in the future. read more

This is an addendum to prior post. We had Frazier Moving Co move us about 1-1/2 years ago into a large shop on our property. We just moved into our home and there was some damage to our furniture. Our curio cabinet was shattered. Not sure how this happened because it's been moved 6 times without a problem. Also, our iComfort mattress has dirty handprints all around the sides, which could have been avoided. Overall they were on time, courteous and wrapped most everything. I've used this company a few times and was always very pleased with them until the last time I used them Oct 19, 2019. It was horrible and I will never use them again. It started out OK. After a few hours I noticed they starting to slow down and they weren't being as careful with handling my things. They dropped a couple things and they broke a piece off my dresser. Then they just became straight out lazy!!! They brought things to my house that I specially told them to leave at the storage but the items ended up at my house anyway but they didn't charge me to take the items back to my storage. Which I didn't expect them to because it was their fault. One of the guys told me he would come by the next morning to fix the piece that was broken on my dresser. I didn't hear from him until the next evening telling me he will be there the next morning. He came and so called fixed it. He glued the piece back on and left it looking a mess!! My dresser is expresso wood and he used white glue or something close to white and left it looking a mess. It's been a few months since this happened and I just hadn't taken the time to write this review but I felt it was a must so others will know what they're getting into. read more

They're also very strong , I've seen these one of if these guys lift something that was almost close to 200 lbs without breaking a sweat. For sure I will employ their services in the future! After shopping around the Stockton area I spoke with Shiraz at Frazier Moving and Delivery and she was able to give me a quote over the phone. Communication was fantastic! We're Asians that used to live in california but moved to Texas in July 2017. Really, considering how wonderful Raymond and his team were, this review is insultingly late (we're sorry Raymond :) The truth was we wanted to leave such a detailed and emotional review that we just kept putting it off because we wanted to 'take some time over it so that it's good enough' but you...that just never happens. So I'm quickly going to put down my thoughts and hopefully I'll have time to come back to it later. I'm posting my husband's review of Frazier removals below at the very end of my words (which he sent to me by email for me to post on my yelp - I've just read through it and I don't think he got a chance to finish it!!) Moving within the USA felt so backwards to be honest, and expensive and I'm so sorry to offend anyone who's offended by such things. But this company was the only one that felt like they did things using LOGIC. Something I really prize. Raymond, a real gentleman, came round and looked round our 3 bed house and spoke to my husband and my children and took in everything we had to move. He gave us honest advice and even explained cheaper options that him and the pros and cons of those options. He was WAY cheaper than all other quotes (who by the way didn't even see our stuff) and just gave us quotes based on the fact that we have a 3 bed house. He then sent three of his guys over. They were 3 of the sweetest, most charming men who even played with my 6 year old. I'm a paranoid mother when it comes to my daughter around men but these were such family men. When they left (and they came exactly on time and left exactly on time) my husband and just looked at each other stunned. My husband went 'wow' I said 'what do you make of that?' 'he said that was like when family come round to help you move, I have never had a service recently when they did more than they said they would.' By that he meant it was a genuinely pleasure to use this company. I think there are 2 main reasons I am leaving this review 1. As a thank you to Raymond (who in the end delivered our stuff sweetly and on time, and we all sat down half way through to eat fruit!) 2. As a way of helping immigrants to the usa to wade their way through all the removal companies and fake and genuine reviews. I can see there are some bad reviews (perhaps they're from competitor companies or perhaps the customers are finickity (spelling ?? :) or maybe Raymond's team did just drop the ball on those occasions. What I would say though is that the core of this business is run by a good hearted man whose ambitions don't let him drop of ethics. "I wanted to leave a review on yelp, as I really relied on yelp reviews when selecting delivery companies to get quotes. So this is us paying it forward. I haven't moved interstate in the US (Cupertino CA to Plano TX) so this was something I wanted to carefully research. After reading about other peoples experiences (and horror stories) my main concerns were 1. Will the estimate match the final price? 2. Will they turn up on the day? 3. Will I loose anything / will it get damaged? 4. Will I be overcharged? 5. Will they be pleasant people to deal with on the day of pick up and on the delivery date? I had 3 options, a local company, an online quote or the van lines. I tried the big van lines, and the reviews were very poor. It looked like my items would be picked by a local company, then transferred to a truck that travelled interstate, and then again from a local hub, then transported to my new home. The chances of my items getting damaged seemed very high to me. Also the price was very high. The online quotes option gave a lot of choice, with very low to very high costs. The low ones just felt like scams, and the price would go up on the day of pick up. Reading their reviews just confirmed this impression. The high quotes were very high. They offered a personalised service, the same truck that picked up our belongings would deliver as well. But the costs were exorbitant. So I went for a local company. Raymond came to my home, walked through and noted all the items and gave a fixed price, with a Do No Exceed note." read more

Josh and Derek were excellent! I used Frazier Moving again for my move last week and their service, professionalism, and carefulness of my furniture was so impressive. I would use them again for a 3rd move. These guys had to take all my stuff down a flight of stairs and then up 2 flights of stairs... not one ding, scratch, or mishap! Not only that, they moved everything in 2 hours (I was quoted 3 hours considering the amount of items I had). Kyle and Perry were wonderful helping me move my very heavy furniture to storage. After speaking with Ramon to set time for pickup, Kyle and Perry called me letting me know they would be at the house in 7 minutes. This was perfect; I had time to prepare for dogs places, open driveway gate and garage door. They handled my antique pieces with respect and took very good care. I had a treadmill delivered yesterday that I thought I could carry upstairs myself. I was completely wrong. I requested a quote through Yelp this morning and Sheraz responded within 15 minutes. She was able to send two movers out the same day. Kyle and Perry arrived on time, efficiently moved the treadmill pieces upstairs, and even brought in a heavy box from my porch. If you live in Modesto like me and assume that you are out of their service area, call to check. They came down from Stockton just for this small job. I am beyond pleased. read more

Who actually likes to move? The entire process is stressful and exhausting, but the guys from Frazier Moving made everything much easier. I stumbled upon this company on accident while searching for movers but I'm so glad I did because we had a great experience working with this company. Lorenzo and Kaz were amazing at what they did and we cannot thank them enough for making our first big move experience to be a really positive one. On the morning of the move (my girlfriend ambitiously scheduled it for 8am), Lorenzo and Kaz arrived at the house on time. In fact, they actually got there 10 minutes before we did! (like I said: ambitious). Once we started, it didn't take long for Lorenzo and Kaz to get items of all sizes out of the house and into the truck in break-neck speed. They took great care of our things, worked quickly, and had a good chat with us along the way. After they loaded up the truck, we arranged to meet with them at our new apartment in Oakland. As if we weren't impressed enough, Lorenzo & Kaz took it another level once they got to Oakland. Our apartment is located at the top of a hill. To add to that, there was a huge pothole at the bottom of the hill, making the drive up to our place (this is a huge moving truck here, people; not a compact car), that much more difficult. Somehow, showing Jason Bourne-like driving ability, they maneuvered through the obstacles and got their truck up the hill and in position to unload our things. We are glad that we found this company on Yelp and ignored the occasional negative reviews on their page. Our move ran smoothly and cheaper than what competitors were quoting us. They looked like they just had gotten released from prison all my furniture was damaged and tried charging me an hour while they left for an hour with all my stuff and had lunch. They had our crib, beds, tv stand, all taken a part in maybe 30 minutes?? I cannot believe how quickly they were able to move all our items. We moved from a two story house to a one story, and there is no way we would have been able to move everything at all, let alone in the amount of time they were able to do it. I had to run an errand, and by the time I came back everything was moved in it's place and put back together. Kyle even patches up a dent that got put in the wall from one of the door handles (there was no door stopper, not even their fault). They were also BEYOND nice, and just so genuine. Kyle and his crew rocked a 13 hour two truck loads moving day in Sacramento where the temperature got up to 104 degrees this week. These guys worked HARD and never complained about the weather - it was brutal too, mind you. Only a few furniture scratches, but this happens. Be sure to watch stacking & cushion furniture. This company is a joke. The movers arrived at 9am (great! The window was 9-9:30). They moved things really quickly, and while Kyle did make me uncomfortable with his personal questions (I was alone), I just decided to have a friend come over while they completed the move. The movers that did my move were really slimy and did not pack the truck correctly. They admitted so before even leaving my apartment (point A) and said they would NOT charge me for additional time. Fine. We drove about 15-20 minutes to my new home. I didn't really think anything of the situation, and even offered the movers gatorades. We went back to the apartment, and they straight up disappeared... I didn't know where they were. 25 minutes past (plus the 15-20 minute drive) and they finally showed up saying they needed to get gas... why didn't they get gas in the 30 minutes they had to arrive? After contacting Raymond (the owner), he finally calculated $91 owed to me. I was charged $125 an hour. I have this all on text. After calling him and stating it was more like an hour and a half, he told me he didn't know what to tell me and that's all he could do. After threatening to file a complaint with the better business bureau, he told me he'd be ending the conversation (after I used the word bullshit) and I would not be getting a refund at ALL. read more

SIX or Seven STARS! Don't even bother calling anyone else. FAST, efficient, priced right and so very nice from reception to the big strong, nice guys doing the moving in their matching Frazier shirts. This was a big deal since our move was at Brookdale Assisted Living Facility and these elders get worried about who big, strong, strangers might be going up and down their halls carrying furniture. We moved TWO units. My father died. Mom was moving into a one bedroom that was furnished and occupied by a couple we did not know. FRAZIER made this easy. They moved rooms into one another's spaces like clockwork. They even placed things where we wanted them, which was tricky since Mom wanted the sofa JUST centered. FRAZIERS Wil and Jermane were patient and all smiles with the cranky old gal and abiding by the strict rules of the facility for hallway safety. This was not an easy feat but FRAZIER's Jermane and Wil made it happen and quickly. Two families moved right on top of one another smooth as silk AND they let us split the bill...which was more reasonable, by a LOT, than the non-professional man Brookdale suggested. Because my mom is a senior citizen, they offer an additional discount, so mention this. Who could ask for anything more? Wow! Just WOW! They sent Joe, Will, and Alonzo to move the contents of a house we had sold into a storage unit. They were all courteous and professional, worked very efficiently, and had all of our stuff loaded up and transported in less time than their office's estimate. Nothing was damaged, everything fit just fine with plenty of room left over, and here's the best part, in my opinion: One of the items I wanted moved is the motor and transmission to a 1979 MGB, hanging from a rolling motor hoist. I had not specified that I would be wanting this moved when I set up the job, so they saw it for the first time the morning they showed up. When they saw it, they immediately expressed concerns about the safety of maneuvering it into their truck along with everything else. We discussed it and tossed around a couple of ideas, but ultimately decided NOT to move the motor because we couldn't figure out a way to do it COMPLETELY SAFELY. As a chemical engineer who's spent most of his career in industrial settings (where safety is the top priority), this really resonated with me, and confirmed that I had chosen and excellent company to entrust with my move. So, in summary: Efficient, professional, courteous, and most important to me, SAFE. Great job, guys! Almost makes me look forward to moving again! read more

We used Frazier to move us from Manteca to Stockton about two months ago. It was planned to be two days with the first for packing and the second for moving and unpacking. It turned out that some of the packing remained undone on the first day. I was worried about the work being completed on time after the end of the first day. On the second day there were two additional people - Kyle and Alonzo. They were responsible for a complete difference in pace between the first and second days. Kyle used his experience to get things done without rushing. He planned the articles to be moved and had them packed in the truck, so that the balance was preserved. (An important consideration that I was not aware of). Alonzo was highly ingenious in disassembling some of the furniture and was a powerful asset to Kyle in moving the heavier furniture. With the efforts of the whole team, we were moved to Stockton the next day. If you have these guys on the moving team, you can be assured that things will get done. read more

I called few movers before going with Frazier Moving finally. The other movers didn't call back immediately or too many questions on what I'm moving or doesn't have immediate information on storage availability etc. But with Frazier Moving, Shiraz called back immediately and gave over the phone reasonable quote based on my 3bhk house and everything clearly communicated upfront including storage suggestions and no hidden charges. Scheduling the moving appointment and confirmation calls were handled pretty well. Finally on the day of the move the guys Joe, David and Lorenzo were professional, came on time and handled the packaging and moving pretty smoothly. I found and chose Frazier moving here on Yelp based on reviews and just want to help others same way. They accept both check and cash. read more

I've had so many terrible moving nightmares but Frazier did a great job. I will definitely use them again in the future. Perry and LaVar were running a little late but called beforehand and kept me posted so it wasn't a problem at all. They quickly loaded up everything, padded the one piece of furniture with glass doors and nothing was broken. I was moving things from my storage unit to an apartment. It wasn't a very big job but I got the same excellent service as if I were moving an entire household. These guys were very nice and did a very professional job. I highly recommend them. I scheduled my appt. through Yelp email and then Sharaz called me the day before to confirm so I didn't have any worries that they would keep their appt.
