Don't fall for it if you have a spare moment to do the math. Two jobs, one an irrigation faucet…read moreand vacuum repair, and one for a hand basin faucet replacement with a new pair of angle stops. My retail price for the parts for the first project add up to $155 and the TipTop invoice totalled $1,592. To be fair, this included "yearly maintenance for 1 water heater, plus No Service Call Fee EVER, 24/7 priority service, exclusive member discounts" but when I called to book the second project, TipTop customer service did not even know if was a member as she tried to sell me another "membership." Four months later, no maintenace for water heater, no property inspection, and fees off the clock. The second project, had a retail price of $85 parts and a TipTop invoice for $1,193. Sure, both projects had a combined 5 or 6 hours labor, and it is reasonable to make a profit, but the math indicates this is way beyond a reasonable profit. When I questioned the pricing, I received an AI reply saying that TipTop's parts are special, but a Delta faucet is a Delta faucet no matter whether it is bought in Lowes or at a 'Special' TipTop wholesaler. Who are they kidding?

When the AC failed again a week later, I called them back, but they couldn't send anyone until the following day. Instead, I called another company, which arrived within 30 minutes and identified that the actual issue was a faulty thermostat. They confirmed the "white wire" AZ Perfect Comfort had pointed to wasn't even connected to anything. I am relieved I didn't pay AZ Perfect Comfort $240 to "fix" a non-existent problem. When I requested a refund for their $99.95 diagnostic fee, they refused, so I have disputed the charge with my bank. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I was battling at cold and my voice was shot, so they happily accommodated me by texting me to help diagnose the issue we were experiencing. Whoever it was that was texting me was clearly very knowledgeable as they were able to quickly diagnose the problem sight unseen. When they came out, they were very professional and got to work right away. The problem they thought it was ended up being accurate (filter cleaning) and they resolved it quickly. What I really liked about the service is the technician was very helpful in answering all my questions. He even showed me how to service the filter in the future which will save me from having to pay someone to come out regularly. When it comes to pumping, they'll be who I have come out time and time again. Cave Creek Septic truly is an asset to the community up here in the New River and Cave Creek area. Keep up the great work!

I am writing this review on behalf of my father who does not have a Yelp Account. It is distressing…read moreto me to see first hand how our seniors are taken advantage of and lied to. If you can't complete a job because you're too busy or you have something else to do then you should not take the money. This has affected our family. I can confirm I was sitting with him when he spoke with both office staff and Ed on the phone on multiple occasions. And my son drove him to drop the deposit at Cave Creek Septic. My Dad's review: I hate having to write a review for a small business, but my experience with Cave Creek Septic has been extremely disappointing and has caused months of stress and unnecessary hardship. In early August, Cave Creek Septic agreed to repair the septic system for our tenant located at 6015 E. Cave Creek Rd. (Ledger Glass). During the second week of August, I paid a $12,000 cash deposit to begin the work. (Side note: my tenant has been using a Porta John since the end of July.) Since then, the only work they have completed is a camera snake to assess the damage and submitting two permit applications--both of which were filed months late. The first permit was not filed until October 15, and the second wasn't filed until October 28, even though I was told weeks earlier that they were "waiting on permits." (This information was confirmed on 11/20/2025 by the Town of Cave Creek at 2:30 pm. At the end of September, I contacted Ed for a status update and he claimed he was waiting on the permits. That turned out to be untrue, as they hadn't even been submitted yet. This kind of stalling, lack of communication, and dishonesty is an unacceptable business practice. Trying to get information was almost impossible. The office rarely answers the phone, and I had to call repeatedly to get anyone to respond. After weeks of delays and empty promises, I decided to take my business elsewhere in the first week of November. On November 3, I requested a refund of my deposit, and they refused to return my money. I have since spoken with multiple reputable septic companies in Cave Creek. Every one of them told me that permits in the Town of Cave Creek usually come back within weeks--not months, which confirmed my suspicions that something was wrong. I am a disabled veteran with ALS, confined to a wheelchair, and traveling is extremely difficult for me. I rely on drivers to get anywhere, and it is not easy for me to make personal trips to resolve issues like this. I truly feel that Cave Creek Septic took advantage of my situation, and all I want is my money (12k) back for work that was never performed. I am filing an official complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors so that no one else has to go through what I went through. I strongly recommend choosing another company.

Our friend was also extremely pleased with their timeframe, work quality and their competitive prices. He had previously had other companies scheduled to install his water heater who did not show up more than once, Niemeyer showed up the first time and got the job done. I was just looking them up to refer them to my sister as well who is in need of a plumber and saw their Yelp page and wanted to leave them the feedback they deserve. On Friday, the representative I spoke with told me to send over my escrow documents so they could get me scheduled. After sending everything requested, I received a call back at 1:53 PM confirming I was scheduled for Monday between noon and 6 PM. They even took my payment information. When I never received a confirmation, I called back today only to be told that I was "the last person she spoke with" and she forgot to actually put me on the schedule. Now they are saying they don't have a technician available today and "might" be able to come tomorrow. This is extremely frustrating because I specifically chose this company because they said they could accommodate my timeline during my 10-day inspection period. I no longer have flexibility to delay this inspection, and their failure to follow through could directly impact an important real estate transaction. Mistakes happen, but overpromising availability, taking payment information, and then failing to schedule the appointment is unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional.
