This Company is AWESOME!!…read more Please read this review in full if you care about excellent customer service coupled with cutting edge technology for supplying you with a critical resource: My family and I live in a fairly rural area in New River, AZ. We have a totally unreliable well that is low producing even in best circumstances, so it is vital that we are able to get potable water delivered to our tank to subsidize our water needs. Since I've lived at this location, we've tried other water delivery services, but from the first time I called 310 Dust Control for our potable water I knew that I would never call anyone else but them. 310 Dust Control is so customer service oriented that I consider them to be one of the very best companies to do business with in the whole SouthWest--and definitely in Arizona (I'm not impressed with much of the customer service in this part of the country). I'll give you a great example: today is Sunday (not a regular business day for them, nor should it be for anyone). Not only is it Sunday, it is the Sunday before July 4th, Independence Day. I was running low on water due to my own poor planning and realized that I probably wouldn't make it through tomorrow, and I have a lot of people coming over for the 4th. Completely freaking out that I would run out of water while I had a house full of people but also not wanting to trouble 310 Dust Control on the holiday weekend I called them and left a message--kicking myself for the situation I'd gotten us all into. I got a return call--minutes (not hours or days) later and they basically told me that they were already on the way to fill my tank!!!! How did they know?!?!?! Did they somehow peg me for an irresponsible water user on the edge of a holiday weekend? Did the know I had 40 people coming over tomorrow at least one of which might want to wash their hands? No, they knew because of the water usage monitoring system that they installed on my water tank!!!! The Monitoring System that 310 Dust Control offers is a tiny cellular based communication module that installs at the water tank that lets them (and me) know everything there is to know about how much water I use and when we are going to need more BEFORE we run out!!! It is a TOTAL GAME CHANGER!!! I know guys in this neck of the woods that water usage actually consumes a big part of their lives: from monitoring usage, trying to conserve, harvesting rainwater, etc. I just don't have the time (nor the inclination) to make thinking about water a big part of my life. 310 Dust Control and the Monitoring System they offer has literally saved me time and money (not to mention headache) with the service they provide. If you need any sort of water delivery service I STRONGLY encourage you to call 310 Dust Control and ask about their services--you will be so glad you did!

Most recently, we entrusted them to install two new Trane multi-speed air conditioning and furnace units. We did our due diligence getting estimates from 4 other reputable installers. Based on our research, Patrick, one of the owners, gave us the most fair and honest estimate. But it did not stop there as their installers, Tony, Jose, and Brian, really demonstrated why we remained Jaycox customers. Their installation and workmanship, more than met our expectations. I really wanted to give Patriotic Plumbing an opportunity to make this situation right before…read moreleaving a review, but unfortunately, the lack of communication and accountability following our experience has been extremely disappointing. We hired Patriotic Plumbing shortly after purchasing our home in August for plumbing work, including relocating a laundry box, a new gas line, and addressing an old swamp cooler control/fixture. During the work, water was released and ended up leaking through our bathroom ceiling and exhaust fan. We then had to bring in a separate remediation company to address the resulting water damage and moisture concerns. The incident itself was stressful, but I know accidents can sometimes happen. My biggest issue has been how the situation was handled afterward. We incurred approximately $2,030 in costs related to the water damage and remediation. I contacted the company and gave them an opportunity to discuss reimbursement and resolve the situation directly. Despite my attempts to communicate and reach a reasonable resolution, I have not received a meaningful response, and at this point they have stopped communicating with me altogether. It's been almost a month since our last conversation. I am not writing this review to attack any individual employee. My concern is with the company's response as a whole. When something goes wrong during a service call, I believe accountability and communication matter just as much as the original work. I would have had a very different impression of this company if someone had simply stayed in communication with us and made a genuine effort to resolve the damage. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Patriotic Plumbing. The lack of follow-through after a serious issue occurred in our home has been the most disappointing part of this entire situation.

Save your money and avoid this company. I recently purchased a new washer and dryer from Home Depot…read moreand opted out of their installation service. Home Depot referred me to Martinez Appliance and Plumbing. I was charged $350 for the installation of both appliances--a price I found excessive, but I agreed because the technician, Johnny Martinez, was available the next day and I was preparing to leave town. The installation took over an hour, and I paid him the full amount as agreed. Shortly after he left, I detected a strong smell of gas coming from the dryer. I immediately contacted the gas company, who instructed me to evacuate the home due to a serious safety risk. Upon inspection, the gas company confirmed a major gas leak caused by the use of incorrect hardware during installation. According to them, Johnny Martinez's poor workmanship directly endangered my household. Thankfully, the gas company was able to correct the issue by installing the proper fittings, and the leak was resolved within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I am now out $350 for a service that not only failed but also put my family in harm's way. Additionally, Johnny used packaging ties--not even proper zip ties--to secure the washing machine drain hose, which is completely unacceptable given the price charged. In summary: Unsafe, unprofessional, and overpriced. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances.
