The water to our house/well dried up the Friday of a 3 day weekend . Dusty was recommended, we called him and he came out that day . He finished the job after the week lend due to the holding tank needed to fill . He came out primed our pump and told us how to prevent it even though we were no longer in the house . The was no charge . He was very nice and professional and knows his business ! read more

Many people that have bad experiences talk about leaving less than one star. Beeman Bros Drilling would be so negative that I can't even imagine the number that is as bad as they are! We have waited for almost a year of excuses and delays. Won't call us back and his "answering service" says they do not work with him and not responsible. In building up of our lot and home, this is by far the worst contractor out there! I would bet any good review is by a family member or drinking friend as his company is worthless and only bonded for $4000+ dollars. Don't make the same mistake we did and use him! read more

Horrible contractor. For 5 years I've been waiting to have them come out to fix the well they dug. I've never pumped a single drop of water. For five years and almost a hundred phone calls, I have heard every excuse in the book. They have never returned. I called Nielsen Well Drilling in St. Johns and they came out within two weeks and fixed the problem in about 2 hours. Beeaman sucks. Nielsen is amazing. read more

I was in my shower when, all of the sudden I lost water pressure. (Of course, this is when it happens!) I thought maybe the irrigation system had turned on but it was having issues as well. I called my plumber who told me it was likely the well. I called two well companies and Dusty Beeman called me back within minutes. He came out and was able to get me fixed up within three hours. In addition, he called me back later in the afternoon to see if everything was to my satisfaction. What I appreciated most was his integrity. I have had water pressure issues in my 1968 house since I moved in nine years ago. During a remodel, a general contractor said I should have a bigger pump booster put on my well to improve pressure. When I spoke with Dusty, I asked it we should upgrade since we were doing some work anyway. His response was, "I really think you will see a big difference with a new pressure tank and control box" (and explained why) "If it doesn't give you what you are looking for, we can talk about alternatives. I wouldn't want you to go spending money on something you don't need." read more

Tried calling several times, only to receive a call letting me know that a service tech will be at my place on a day we agreed to. They never showed up, nor called or tried to contact me. Beware of this company, apparently they are all talk and no action. Poor customer service for sure. Call someone else unless you like to wait around for them to never show up. read more

Heard that they do excellent work. Also heard that they are unresponsive. Our well was no longer pumping water from the ground. I called them and they immediately called back and cam out the next morning. They came up with an initial plan and said they would email us the quote and could start the following week. Well after a full week of calling them (they never pick up) and emailing them we are looking for another company. Completely excusable to not return our calls. If you don't want to do our work, just let us know. We have now wasted an entire week without water waiting for these guys. read more

Our well was drilled by them 10 years ago, and it still flows over 10GPM, but we lost pressure one day and called them, because we have heard good things about their after sale support. They sent 4 guys because our pump house has a heavy cover over it, and fixed my pump switch FOR FREE. " It was just a little dirty, ma'am. Have a nice day.
