Today we called them to let them know that all three tanks failed and we have no water. We had another company on site that verified the failure. He told me that they would be under warranty so when I spoke with their office, I was told no one could get out here until next Thursday, 7 days from now. I have NO water and that was their response. We have horses and animal to care for. Then I was informed that even if the tanks are under warranty, they still charge for trip and installation. Horrible customer service. The well company that was on site said "if I had installed these, and they failed, I would never charge to do it again". Needless to say, this is another reason we choose to not ever use these guys again.

We were discouraged by most companies, but CET understood our predicament & said they would keep us in mind & possibly, but not promise, to squeeze us in when they were nearby on another job in a little over a month. They had the best estimated cost. They were able to get the well dug in time, found water and got us the best price. Who could ask for anything more? Steve & Bertha Baum
