Raw pizza...How? Service is inconsistent and quality has declined year after year. Fratelli's is officially off my list of pizza shops. Highly recommended to stay away read more

Worst customer service I've encountered. Ordered a grandma Pizza lightly baked black bottom came burnt cheese dried to a crisp on top. Cost is $28. When I called the owner said everybody likes their pizza dark and refused to make good. I'll never go back there again as a matter of fact, I would suggest Maggie'sin Deptford, great customer service and great food read more

Fratelli's Pizza - Fratellis pizza burnt - Pizza Near Me - Runnemede, New Jersey

Local pizza joint with just about everything you'd want. Great pizza - one of my favorites. I usually order a cheesesteak and cheese fries. Cheesesteak could use a lot more cheese but good flavor. Seating inside and they offer delivery. read more

I previously left a positive review. Seriously this place is a f*cling nightmare. Placed an order an order on their website. The time for deliver was 30-40 minutes. An hour later call to ask about the status of delivery. After five minutes of them constantly asking me my address they say, "it's not ready it'll be there when it's ready". I ordered a hoagie, a cheesesteak and two order of fries. Are they killing the cows to make the cheesesteak? Did they drive to Idaho to pick the potatoes for the fries?? C'mon and be honest. Some schmuck didn't check the printer to pull the order to make the food. Everyone who previously wrote their attitude sucks; they are 100% correct. With all the pizza places to order from, you'd think they attempt to be friendly or human-ish. read more

They have delicious pizza and an absolutely wonderful staff. They work so hard and it shows! Their Sicilian is superb and wings are so tasty. read more

I know one of the delivery women and she said the pizza was good. It WAS! Really tasty sauce & ample cheese. I picked the dough-a-licious center slice! My friend and I were in a time crunch so we only ordered from what was in the case. Sicilian. (the other pie looked many hours old!) Id go back for a pie of my choice and possibly to try a cheesesteak. read more

Don't bother going pizza stinks and forget the soup it's like dirty water with noodles If I could give minus stars I would. read more

I placed our order at 5:33 pm for a pick up order. For a Sicilian, wings and kids chicken fingers. The man on the phone said "ok should be 35 minutes but it might be longer". Understandably things take longer with less people working during this time with Covid. We pull up to the restaurant at 6:25pm, which is just shy of an hour after we placed our order. My husband goes in to get it, they take his card and he pays and he then sees the women start to make our Sicilian pizza, and then proceeds to tell us it's going to be another 35 minutes after already waiting almost an hour. Currently I'm pregnant and we had our 2 year old in the car and we were not able to wait another 35+ minutes in the car. So my husband asks for our money back. The women proceeds to start yelling at my husband saying "how could you do this to us you don't understand how busy we are" and my husband replies with of course I know how busy you are but at this point it's been over an hour and I am watching you just put the pizza in the oven. Anyway some more words were exchanged and instead of just admitting that they clearly forgot to put our order in the women continues to yell at my husband and says we are not aloud to come back. Mind you we've lived in this area for over 5 years and this is only the second time we've ordered from there because Of reviews of it taking so long. So I'm here to say.. if you have 3 hours to wait to pick up a pizza and wings.. go for it! If not you will be verbally abused and asked not to come back. Others in the area have said they had similar experiences. read more

Best pizza in the area. Really good wings too. I dont write reviews typically but this place deserves it.

Nice place, amazing food service and great prices I order every weekend to get my best pizza's read more

I love the food here: the pizza is delicious. And they serve garlic sauce which is my favorite. But the service is atrocious. As other people have mentioned, delivery takes hours. Today they told me 30 minutes for a pizza...50 minutes and counting. Either hire competent employees or close read more

The food here is good. The problem is the delivery service. We waited an hour before finally calling and they said it was the next to go out. I explained how we already waited an hour. They said the cook was backed up. We did eventually receive our food, and it was still warm. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken. They didn't have balsamic vinaigrette on the menu but I asked if they had it, and they said they did! But when I received it it was straight vinegar, not a dressing. It made the salad mediocre at best. It's hard not to order from this place because their food is generally very good, you just have to wait half the night for it. read more

Fratellis is my neighborhood pizza shop. I enjoy their pizza especially the white with broccoli.

I love this pizza!! It's SO good, but I love the people even more. The customer service is superb and I even met the owners once who are so gracious and kind to all of their customers. 10/10 recommend, best pizza in the area. I'm a simple gal who loves a good margarita pizza and this was AMAZING! read more

Such good pizza, all around GREAT FOOD! Honestly, maybe the best pizza in the area. Their service was speedy and proficient and their staff was lovely, kind and accommodating! Definitely a spot to check out & frequent!!! read more

There is a sign in the window advertising gluten free pizza. This afternoon I wanted something different and have been wheat-free. I called and ordered the gluten free pizza and was given the price, which I thought was surprisingly comparable to a regular pie. I should have known it was too good to be true. When I got there to pick up, I waited patiently for someone to decide to come to the counter, which took longer than it should have considering I was the only person there waiting. I was then given a small pizza box. I figured the pizza might be smaller, but still fair with leftovers for two people. But when I picked up the box I realized how light it was; and when I opened the box I was incredibly disappointed at what was definitely no more than a "personal" sized pizza. That may have been my fault, but no one asked me what size pizza I wanted when I called to order, and most places around here don't offer a personal size. $13 for a personal sized pizza? For real? Size aside, the pizza itself was awful. The crust was both dry and gummy, if that's even possible. The bottom was dry - not a nice thin crust and the layer above it was gummy. When the cheese came off the pizza, the sauce went with the cheese - nothing stayed on the crust. The pizza itself had little taste and left an odd aftertaste in my mouth. The weirdest pizza I've ever had. Very disappointed, all around - from price to size to quality of product. I definitely won't be going back. read more

The owner was incredibly rude and I never got my food. Do not waste your time or money here.

Ok so I WOULD have given more stars, but considering this is the second time we ordered from them and it was just horrible. The food is great don't get me wrong, but I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad and paid $2.00 for the chicken, WHICH I BARELY GOT ANY ON MY SALAD!!! I asked for extra Caesar dressing and even paid for the extra, because ya know it's a CAESAR SALAD.... well I got Italian dressing instead. I got more croutons than I did chicken. I don't think I will be ordering from them anymore. Like I said, their food is good, it's just poor execution. I ordered a large fry with cheese on the side and asked for 2 cups, well they delivered the food with a TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRICE than what I was told from the online ordering system. I have worked in food places before and when you have TWO SIZES for the product you give one cup of cheese for the small order and two cups for the large order. But no they didn't do it that way... instead they charged me $1.07 for a second cup of cheese. $45 later and I'm not a happy customer. There's MORE to this awful experience. My husband just opened up his TURKEY CLUB sandwich only to find SLIMY, BROWN, WILTED lettuce and BURNT toast and bacon. What a disgrace!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!! If I was the owner I would be ashamed to serve this to my customers. read more

The food....literally everything on the menu....is phenomenal!!! And the service is awesome too!!!

Best pizza in Sea Isle! Never had a bad pie! Love the online ordering. So easy! Good service!

Best pizza in the area. Love it! No matter how much you order they tell you 25 minutes and whe you get there they are pulling your steaming hot pizza perfection out of the oven. Moderate "pizza place" prices. A lot of kids cluster there in the after noon because its in front of Triton HS. read more

The manager on duty is awful. I ordered food and they delivered the wrong food when I called and told him he cursed at me and told me to call the police Bc it's a mystery. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them. If I could I'd give them half a star. read more

Great food! Great Prices! Family owned! You can't go wrong with a family owned buisness! I eat here every chance I get. I Luv it!

I have been getting great pizza here for 11 years. Very accommodating if you have a special order or a change. Pizza delivered hot and on time. Very friendly. read more

Good food when actually done right. Terrible service. Horribly organized. Impossible to get a correct order.

wish I could give them 0 stars. The pizza tastes like a dirty rag and the French fries were freezer burnt. I called to let them know that we were unsatisfied with the order, not to receive a refund or anything, but to let them know so it doesnt happen to any future customers and they said well then you shouldn't order from us anymore. The person who answered the phone was completely unprofessional and rude and said I was wrong and there was nothing wrong with their food. I will never waste my money here again. PLEASE ORDER ELSEWHERE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Anywhere is better than here. read more

Local spot with friendly owners, which can't be said for another pizza place in the vicinity. Maybe a little slow at times, but is it really the end of the world as we know it? The grandma pizza so good - a square thin and crispy crust pizza, lightly sauced with fresh basil. Delicious! read more

WOA, an hour and ten minutes for our delivery. Food was ok, and hot when received. Should I order again, I'll just pick up.

The food is good enough but, as several others have said, the service is just awful. I placed an order at 5:40p. It wasn't here at 7:10 so I called for an update and was left on hold for 10 mins. I called back and was promptly disconnected. In the past when I've ordered from here before and the food has always been B+/A- quality, but the delivery times are usually quite bad and it is pretty rough to get someone on the phone for an update. They would do well to either hire more staff or at least give more accurate delivery estimates. read more

I've been ordering from Fratelli's for years now! Great service and delicious food! Their Sicilian pizza and buffalo wings are hands down the best I've ever had! read more

"do not ever order from this place. rude person on the phone - won't let you speak. says they are too busy to take a simple order. this is a place we order from and have spent probably a $1,000 in this year. we will take our business to another local business that deserves to remain open." read more

Decent food and prices but they need to 1. Answer their phone 2. Get orders right 3. Offer to fix orders with a polite and courteous manner rather than ignorance and rude behavior 4. Refund money if a patron requests it because the previous circumstances force someone to go elsewhere. If you don't want to be out of business, properly train your manager with the necessary people skills to achieve success. read more

Order from here a lot mostly for convenience. Food is of decent quality. I don't mind it. It's not the best but it's doable. I've had issues with customer service before and stuff being forgotten. It usually gets resolved but the friendliness isn't the greatest. Will say I apologize for not tipping this last time! (Tonight) .. was the first time I have ever ordered that I didn't tip and the guy seemed to have an attitude! He stood there and when he realized he wasn't getting a tip and snorted and stomped away! How rude! read more

This pizza joint has a very slow service. We waited for more than 45 minutes to get our take out order. Food is not great and service is lacking. Go somewhere else worth your time. read more

I ordered from Fratelli's for the first time ever tonight and was horribly disappointed. Not only is the food only subpar, but I ordered a chicken parmigiana sandwich and instead received a meatball sub. I tried to call to have my order amended but the manager said there was nothing he can do. Don't waste your time or money with this place. read more

So sad !!! Food was the best in town when we first moved into this area we ordered from here once a week !! But soon as they get you hooked they start to slack on the food !!! Also I always seem to pay more then calculated on menu.. Strongly believe they are get overs and will charge for adding on a straw to drink.. read more

The food is excellent but the sevice is HORRENDOUS! not worth the aggravation. Don't do it. Buy the food and cook it yourself. Don't bother.

Best food in town i order from there at least 2-4 times a week, its my go to place and the staff is so friendly!!

Let me start by saying the food itself was good. However the customer service sucks. I ordered a LARGE cheese fry with the cheese on the side and got a small single cup of cheese. When we called back and spoke to the manager he stated we were only charged for a small. When we said we had ordered a large he asked what's the big deal? The big deal is we ordered a large and got a small single cup of cheese. He still said you were charged for a small i don't see what the big deal is. And then tried to say I changed the order. I said "I only changed the cheese steak I said large fry from the beginning." He says "see you changed the order" so I said "so I change the cheese steak and you decide to change the fry size" he says again "I don't see what the big deal is" obviously he doesn't care about his business or his customers. The point is I ordered food and you screwed it up. We will be losing their menu. read more

I only gave this place 2 stars because the cheese pizza is the only good thing here, in fact, the best around. Other than that, the rest of the food isn't that good. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, which was advertised as having tomatoes. So I thought I would be getting breaded chicken coated in buffalo sauce with diced tomatoes in a wrap. Instead, I got shredded chicken mixed with hot sauce...yuck! And no tomatoes. Ordering any other type of pizza other than plain cheese isn't a good idea either. It's always soggy with grease and inedible. read more
