I previously left a positive review. Seriously this place is a f*cling nightmare. Placed an order an order on their website. The time for deliver was 30-40 minutes. An hour later call to ask about the status of delivery. After five minutes of them constantly asking me my address they say, "it's not ready it'll be there when it's ready". I ordered a hoagie, a cheesesteak and two order of fries. Are they killing the cows to make the cheesesteak? Did they drive to Idaho to pick the potatoes for the fries?? C'mon and be honest. Some schmuck didn't check the printer to pull the order to make the food. Everyone who previously wrote their attitude sucks; they are 100% correct. I placed our order at 5:33 pm for a pick up order. For a Sicilian, wings and kids chicken fingers. The man on the phone said "ok should be 35 minutes but it might be longer". Understandably things take longer with less people working during this time with Covid. We pull up to the restaurant at 6:25pm, which is just shy of an hour after we placed our order. My husband goes in to get it, they take his card and he pays and he then sees the women start to make our Sicilian pizza, and then proceeds to tell us it's going to be another 35 minutes after already waiting almost an hour. Currently I'm pregnant and we had our 2 year old in the car and we were not able to wait another 35+ minutes in the car. So my husband asks for our money back. The women proceeds to start yelling at my husband saying "how could you do this to us you don't understand how busy we are" and my husband replies with of course I know how busy you are but at this point it's been over an hour and I am watching you just put the pizza in the oven. Anyway some more words were exchanged and instead of just admitting that they clearly forgot to put our order in the women continues to yell at my husband and says we are not aloud to come back. Mind you we've lived in this area for over 5 years and this is only the second time we've ordered from there because Of reviews of it taking so long. So I'm here to say.. if you have 3 hours to wait to pick up a pizza and wings.. go for it! If not you will be verbally abused and asked not to come back. Fratellis is my neighborhood pizza shop. I enjoy their pizza especially the white with broccoli.

The food here is good. The problem is the delivery service. We waited an hour before finally calling and they said it was the next to go out. I explained how we already waited an hour. They said the cook was backed up. We did eventually receive our food, and it was still warm. I ordered a salad with grilled chicken. They didn't have balsamic vinaigrette on the menu but I asked if they had it, and they said they did! But when I received it it was straight vinegar, not a dressing. It made the salad mediocre at best. It's hard not to order from this place because their food is generally very good, you just have to wait half the night for it. read more

Pizza is my guilty pleasure...... I should give it one star because it is too delicious. I'm from Delaware and we are pizza challenged. Since moving here, I have gained 50 lbs.... mostly due to this delicious pizza- the crust is like none other, always crisp- even on the bottom, which Delaware can't seem to do- the service is extraordinary..... There is a sign in the window advertising gluten free pizza. This afternoon I wanted something different and have been wheat-free. I called and ordered the gluten free pizza and was given the price, which I thought was surprisingly comparable to a regular pie. I should have known it was too good to be true. When I got there to pick up, I waited patiently for someone to decide to come to the counter, which took longer than it should have considering I was the only person there waiting. I was then given a small pizza box. I figured the pizza might be smaller, but still fair with leftovers for two people. But when I picked up the box I realized how light it was; and when I opened the box I was incredibly disappointed at what was definitely no more than a "personal" sized pizza. That may have been my fault, but no one asked me what size pizza I wanted when I called to order, and most places around here don't offer a personal size. $13 for a personal sized pizza? For real? Size aside, the pizza itself was awful. The crust was both dry and gummy, if that's even possible. The bottom was dry - not a nice thin crust and the layer above it was gummy. When the cheese came off the pizza, the sauce went with the cheese - nothing stayed on the crust. The pizza itself had little taste and left an odd aftertaste in my mouth. The weirdest pizza I've ever had. Very disappointed, all around - from price to size to quality of product. I definitely won't be going back. read more

Ok so I WOULD have given more stars, but considering this is the second time we ordered from them and it was just horrible. The food is great don't get me wrong, but I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad and paid $2.00 for the chicken, WHICH I BARELY GOT ANY ON MY SALAD!!! I asked for extra Caesar dressing and even paid for the extra, because ya know it's a CAESAR SALAD.... well I got Italian dressing instead. I got more croutons than I did chicken. I don't think I will be ordering from them anymore. Like I said, their food is good, it's just poor execution. I ordered a large fry with cheese on the side and asked for 2 cups, well they delivered the food with a TOTALLY DIFFERENT PRICE than what I was told from the online ordering system. I have worked in food places before and when you have TWO SIZES for the product you give one cup of cheese for the small order and two cups for the large order. But no they didn't do it that way... instead they charged me $1.07 for a second cup of cheese. $45 later and I'm not a happy customer. There's MORE to this awful experience. My husband just opened up his TURKEY CLUB sandwich only to find SLIMY, BROWN, WILTED lettuce and BURNT toast and bacon. What a disgrace!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!! The food is good enough but, as several others have said, the service is just awful. I placed an order at 5:40p. It wasn't here at 7:10 so I called for an update and was left on hold for 10 mins. I called back and was promptly disconnected. In the past when I've ordered from here before and the food has always been B+/A- quality, but the delivery times are usually quite bad and it is pretty rough to get someone on the phone for an update. They would do well to either hire more staff or at least give more accurate delivery estimates. read more

Order from here a lot mostly for convenience. Food is of decent quality. I don't mind it. It's not the best but it's doable. I've had issues with customer service before and stuff being forgotten. Not only is the food only subpar, but I ordered a chicken parmigiana sandwich and instead received a meatball sub. I only gave this place 2 stars because the cheese pizza is the only good thing here, in fact, the best around. Other than that, the rest of the food isn't that good. I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, which was advertised as having tomatoes. So I thought I would be getting breaded chicken coated in buffalo sauce with diced tomatoes in a wrap. Instead, I got shredded chicken mixed with hot sauce...yuck! And no tomatoes. Ordering any other type of pizza other than plain cheese isn't a good idea either.
