This review is long overdue. I met Frans about three years ago when I needed to get a vent built for my tank water heater. The issue was that I had replaced the tankless water heater the house came with, with a tank water heater, but the vent was never updated and was meant for the tankless water heater. Let me just say that Shane (owner) goes above and beyond for his clients. He spent a solid hour and a half going through our house while I voiced my concerns and he was extremely thorough to say the least. Shane is extremely patient with you, as long as you're not a total knob of course haha, and he works with you in every which way. I had a water heater pilot issue, and EVERY plumber I called wouldn't even look at it, and only would replace the whole unit. After about 2 minutes on the phone, Shane told me it's likely I wouldn't need to replace, and it could be a minor issue, he just needs to take a look to confirm. Shane came out promptly the next morning, troubleshoot the unit, and fixed the pilot ignition within about 10 minutes. Honesty is tough to find these days, especially with the big plumbing companies.
