We've been to 3 gourmet ice cream places in the past 3 weeks and Frozen Frannies was my favorite. The ice cream was cold and hard, so like soft serve or yogurt like consistency. The pistachio ice cream was the best I've ever tasted with lots of pistachios, a lot. I don't remember the other flavor I had, but what impressed me was with having 2 scoops, my blood sugar did NOT rise. I wear a continuous glucose monitor, and though it lags a little in current blood sugar by a few minutes, my blood sugar NEVER showed that I had eaten anything as sugary as ice cream. I did not get anything low sugar. This ice cream shop is downtown right across from the park. It was a cold evening, but we just wanted ice cream and I'm so glad we came here. For 4 people with 2 scoops each, and I think a couple getting waffle cones, our bill was less than $20. What a deal. So fantastic tasting ice cream that is reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly. If you need to go to the restroom, you do need a code to get into the bathroom. Not a big deal. There were some not good reviews I read, but we didn't experience anything bad here. I cannot comment on the yogurt or coffee, but the ice cream was perfect for us. read more

Delicious ice cream!!! I got the salted-carmel-pretzel crunch. It was delicious!!!! The staff were friendly and helpful and gave us samples before we chose our flavor. It's a quaint little shop with cute decor, a electronic train that goes around the top of the ceiling. They also have soft-serve ice cream as m and coffee drinks but I didn't get to try but I thrived their lemon shortbread cookies and loved it! Also a backroom with e tra space. Will be back next time I'm in Prescott! read more

The "by-the-ounce" frozen yogurt selection is pretty typical for that sort of place, although one of the staff was kind enough to let me test a flavor with the hot fudge because I was concerned the two flavors wouldn't go together. Lots of toppings and syrups. The coffee offerings are expansive- everything from nitro to house drip. After I got my order, I saw the option of a nitro-float- that sounds amazing! The restroom is clean and has a pass code for entry- must be a customer to access. All in all, a sweet place. This isn't actually our first visit, but forgot to Yelp about it last time. We'll be back the next time our adventures take us to Prescott! read more

After taking a little evening stroll around Prescott, we came upon Frannie's. Our dinner had settled and we were looking for a little bit of sweet to end the night. Even though it was really busy, the service was really awesome and the cashier was a really nice person. We got some frozen yogurt that was pretty good. Also got a piece of pie and it was absolutely delicious. They have plenty to choose from including a variety of baked goods, shakes and other sweet treats. The frozen yogurt is the kind that you get as much as you want and put your own toppings on it. It is then price to buy weight. A nice little place to stop if you're looking for a treat. Run by a bunch of teens who are mean to each other. Their bitching about each other caused customers to have to wait. Too bad you can't play nice. The decor is confused. I get ice cream shop trying for a not so obvious 50s vibe. My chai was pretty good. They do have a huge selection of vegan milks and a couple of frozen treats that are not milk based. read more

Stopped by this place exploring down town when I saw a boba sign. I ordered a boba tea from here expected a lot more based on the reviews but was disappointed, maybe I ordered the wrong thing? None the less the boba tea was good but not the best. If you are expecting something super sweet, you will be disappointed. However, if you want something that is not sweet, you will be happy with this place. The staff here are young kids, maybe recently graduated from high school, none the less, they were super nice. Would I come back? Maybe but defiantly not my favorite, however, there aren't many boba tea options around. Also, the parking here is terrible on the weekends. read more

Frannie's is a cute ice cream and coffee shop in courthouse square, off Whiskey Row. The interior is clean, and there are seats outside and in. We just stopped for a small snack, but were not disappointed. The spiced chai and white mochas were just the right temperature. The chai was creamy and had the right amount of spice, with a nice cinnamon kick. The white chocolate mocha was sweet like a cocoa, with a nice coffee blend. The blueberry muffin was soft on the stump and inside, with juicy berries. The top was delectibly crisp with those giant sugar crystals. The lemon cranberry muffin had the same soft body. The flavor was mild, like a gentle lemon pound cake, with juicy cranberries intermingled. The youth at the counter was friendly and accommodating, with a constant smile on his face. He made you really feel valued for coming into the shop. I appreciate the small town service and appeal of Frannie's, and will be back. read more

This place was pretty good. It had a lot of variety and you could top your yogurt with just about anything. I tried the chocolate, strawberry and red velvet but the red velvet was gross. It seemed like a good place for the kids. It has two little cars for them to sit in and a train that goes around on the top of the ceiling. I'll be back to try more for sure. read more

Dad and I stopped in after dinner downtown, love this place! Always clean whenever we're here, and the customer service is incredible! I mentioned I didn't like nuts but still wanted to do the butter pecan and the young gentleman went out of his way to get as few nuts in there as possible! Couldn't be happier. Lots of seating and welcome to small kids and one of the only dessert places open on a Monday night (if 7:30pm even counts as night! Lol) in downtown Prescott during the summer. I saw the reviews and thought it would be a good dessert after an anniversary dinner. I ordered a cone and was offered two scoops or four so I went with two. At a price of $3.50 I thought that was about right. What I got instead was a single scoop and when I tried to verify it was a two scoop I was told it was. The ice cream itself was good but I can't imagine how anyone could call that a two scoop. read more

Really amazing selection of drinks and deserts. It can get really busy but the service is amazing. Always greeted when I arrive. I love the little train that goes around the entire store. I tried both their chocolate malt shakes and All shook up. The speciality shakes are more on the sweet side for me. So I normally get the smallest size. Parking is around the Square and walking distance isn't so bad. read more

First time here. I've been wanting to come here for some time. Ordered a latte for me an a coffee mocha for my husband plus a cookie for each of us. The coffee was okay, (I've had better at Panera Bread). The cookies were very hard, like they'd been there for a while. What got me was they ding you for paying with a card vs cash Just like a gas station. Most people pay with a card, (mine was a debit card), especially since the whole fake coin shortage. Accepting cards is the cost of doing business and customers should not be penalized for using them. read more

I went to Frannie's during an outdoor music event by the courthouse. I used their self-serve frozen yogurt bar and got a couple different flavors: blueberry and strawberry shortcake. I'm not usually a picky person or one to leave a review at all but this was bad. It could have been a bad batch but both flavors were EXTREMELY chemically-tasting. I threw it in the garbage after a few bites. They have a bunch of other sweets on the menu (ice cream, boba, smoothies) that might be better. read more

The last three times, I have been here they tell us no boba, so figured to call ahead to check if boba was available, one hour and half. I show up two hours later, to be told oh it's going to take a while to make after waiting 20 minutes with no one else in the building to be helped. Almost sounded as if she did not want to help us hmmm okay no problem. Wont come here again. Forty minutes for two bobas. read more

Very hit and miss as far as customer service goes. For instance we paid for a scoop for each of my girls and there was (not exaggerating) a spoonful in each cup and the girl asked if it was enough because it was hard to scoop. Then on the other hand some of the employees give you an abundance for the price of one scoop. So hey, you win some you lose some. read more

Came in for some frozen yogurt because we were visiting out of town and usually do that at home. The place was unique. There were a good amount of flavors and toppings to choose from. We wanted to return for coffee in the morning but they weren't open yet. But the place was clean, the staff was friendly, and we enjoyed the yogurt. I was looking for an artisan type of ice cream shop and was unable to find one in the area so this place was the next best thing that on a hot day did the trick. At one point there were no employees in the front which I found odd, they all disappeared for a few minutes while we were eating our ice cream. My mom got a scoop of that and the chocolate raspberry truffle while I got a scoop of the oatmeal cream pie and lemon bar. We really liked the Graham Canyon flavor, but found the raspberry in the chocolate raspberry truffle to be close to nonexistent. It was still a nice chocolate ice cream though. I loved both the oatmeal cream pie and lemon flavor, but I liked the oatmeal cream pie just a little bit more since there were larger chunks of the actual cookie in it. We landed on the Mac and Cheese and the Steak Salad with blue cheese dressing. Pretty standard bar food. Service was good, not great, very low energy, which is fine. We felt like only visitors in the place. Most of the bar patrons seemed to know everyone and were engaging the bartenders. Parking rather tough, it's all angled on street up against town square. We had a pretty long walk weaving through all the St patty's day revelers.
