Genuinely I can say that this was one of the most quick and simple experiences I had in a restaurant ever! Walking in, I could already tell the food was gonna be great as the authentic pizza parlor vibes were going strong. The tv in the back was playing Deal Or No Deal, it was really nice. I looked at the menu and immediately hard-picked the Chicken Parm, as I was fiending for one for so long. Shortly after I placed the order It was out for me to pick up, and it was HOT. The whole sandwich with a boatload of fries. And I'm real happy to admit, it was good as hell! The chicken was crispy and flavorful, with the perfect amount of cheese melted right on top. I gotta say, the fries maybe need a little work, but that may be the way ya make em' (I'm new, so I wouldn't know the method). Overall, it was a worthwhile visit! And if you're in the area it's definitely a spot you should get at least something at, whether it be a slice of pizza or one of their amazing sandwiches! read more

The wonderful , Frank's Pizza offers ample parking and a moderately sized dining area for family and friends. making it an excellent choice for lunch or a quick bite. I ordered the cheeseburger sub and was thoroughly impressed. The bread was warm and crisp, with just the right density, and the meat, along with all the toppings, were perfectly balanced. The lettuce was beautifully cut as well. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience with great food and exceptional service. Gracias!! read more

Had a slice of cheese pizza and a soda. The crust was perfectly thin and crispy, the sauce was tangy without being bitter, and the cheese wasn't overpowering. The proportion was great; one slice was perfect for a light lunch before I got back on the road. Frank himself made sure I had an excellent experience. He handed me my order, asked how my trip was going, and personally checked to see if I wanted anything else. The other staff was alert and never idle, refreshing tables and keeping the kitchen going. The setting itself was an awesome blast from the past. Cool wall murals, classic booths, and a retro menu board make it feel like walking into a piece of town history. I was passing through on my way home from Philadelphia, but now I know that any time I head back up there, I have to make sure to take 81 and stop in Waynesboro to get a slice or two! read more

Recently moved to this area and am exploring businesses in the area. Stopped by the parking lot of this location on Sunday morning while they were closed just so my son could play Pokemon Go, and the manager showed up, blocked my car in and told me "This isn't a play park." I work with the public too. It doesn't just matter how your staff treats people when they have their wallets in their hands. That unnecessarily unwelcoming attitude will be remembered. I am now very unlikely to bring my family to Frank's Pizza, despite the fact that we order pizza in Waynesboro about twice a week and that we expect to live in this area for decades to come. read more

One of my favorite pizza places. Great pizza, cheap prices, and fast service. This place has the best bacon cheese fries I've ever eaten. If you're in the area, give this place a try, especially if it's during lunch. $3.50 for 2 pieces of cheese and a 20 oz drink. Only $12.00 for a large pizza. Loved this place! read more

This location was easy to get into and especially for those with mobility issues. the tables were in close quarters. The food was really good, there were 3 people working, it seemed if a customer had a question the other 2 would wonder away while the remaining one was expected to respond. read more

The 30 min wait for a chicken parmesan consist of deep fry frozen breaded chicken. ALMOST no sauce, basically a dry sandwich, with no fresh combination of provolone, mozzarella and no Parmesan. Salty. Hoagie, and sub was in a twelve inch container. 8 inch for a large. No sign with inch size. Just large, small. I ordered lg. Anyway it was terrribbble. Hope pizza better. Not a novice, a strong culinary background. Where is the Heritage pride. read more

BEST PIZZA IN TOWN!! I have been going here for years and am never disappointed. The food is always fresh and prepared quickly. Restaurant is decent sized and clean, so I don't mind eating in. You can also place orders to go or call ahead for pick up. This is a New York style pizza and they know what they are doing. The crust is always baked well it is usually crispy but not burnt. They also use tons of cheese and toppings. Pizza is reasonably priced and a large pie can feed two guys and a girl. I strongly recommend the Stromboli! read more

Great pizza but my favorite is the calzones so fresh and big and cheese invite a friend you won't be able to eat it all.

Every time I come to Waynesboro I eat lunch here. Very consistent, excellent sandwiches salads and pizza.

Good family restaurant. Eat in or take out, the food is delicious. It's my choice for a spaghetti dinner along with garlic bread and salad!

Perhaps my opinion is biased since I've been eating it for years, but boy Is their pizza good. Surpasses any of the chains by far, and service is quick and good. The same people have been there for years and I can't say enough good things about them, they really know what they are doing. They also load your pizza with toppings. As far as their other food, it's good, typical pizza place fare. but my oh my are their pies delicious. read more

We're always happy with the food and service. Love getting the steak and cheese stromboli. Delicious!

This has been my favorite pizza place since I was old enough to remember. I started going there whenever it was still located in Wayne Heights Mall (way back in the day, whenever smoking was still allowed in the corridor). I am positive that Frank's has THEE best pizza in the tri-state area. read more

Best pizza in Wayne Heights. Crust is always crispy. Service is always friendly and quick. My only complaint is the type of sausage they use. I prefer crumbles and they use sliced. Other than that, I think you will enjoy your pizza from Frank's. read more

I love pizza! And Frank's has some of the best pizza around! I love grabbing some pizza from Frank's!

Until today I have always liked Frank's for good food, good prices, and pleasant staff. Today I was very disappointed. I ordered pizza with extra sausage (which I paid for). What I got was a pizza with the standard amount of topping they normally put on. I called to let them know I had not gotten what I ordered. I was told that I did get extra topping. They had no intention of making it right, even though I had paid for extra. At that point I told the young man I would never be back. Apparently customer satisfaction and service mean nothing. Fortunately, I can go across town to Toledo's who also has great food, prices, and service. read more

Best pizza in town. Love the service here. They also have amazing subs. Plenty of room the sit and eat. Convenient location. Basically this is my go-to pizza place, I order from here at least 2-3 times a month, sometimes more. Go here so much the guy at the register who answers the calls actually has our order memorized! Makes me feel quite special to know he remembers his orderers. read more

Fast service, clean place, good food!

My fiancé and I have been going to Franks Pizza twice a week every week for the past five months. Before that, we still went there often but not as much due to certain financial situations. We "loved" going to Franks Pizza. Their food has always been excellent! Last night though I was completely shocked with the way I was talked to on the phone. Since the coronavirus is affecting everyone and their businesses, we could not sit inside and eat like we always do. So I called to place our order for pick up. The employee who answered the phone was so rude that I honestly couldn't believe he was speaking to me the way he did. I tried to order a steak and cheese sub and he instantly started raising his voice. Now my fiancé and I get the same thing every single time we go to Franks so I was confused on what the problem was. I could not understand what he was saying at first since he had a heavy accent and was raising his voice so I asked him politely if he was saying they weren't making them anymore for the night or what the situation was. He proceeded to rage on and tell me he was closing in ten minutes (which they weren't) and he was not going to serve me. I was so upset and shocked by the way he was speaking to me that it left me speechless. He continued by saying, "What?!? No comprendo?!?" I didn't know what to say so I said I was sorry and hung up the phone. Franks Pizza has some really good food so I am not giving them a bad review but this employee was incredibly rude! I do not know if he was having a bad day or just wanted to close early but there was no reason for him to speak to me the way he did. Now there are some employees that work there that my fiancé and I have gotten "use to" their personality. They aren't always friendly but none of them have ever acted this way before. Maybe because it wasn't in person and on the phone? This employee went "overboard" with the way he was speaking to me and for no reason. I have never and was not rude or disrespectful to him. So I am confused on why he acted this way. I am not over exaggerating when I say he had me very upset and my eyes watering. I have worked in the restaurant business for 18 years and if one of my employees would ever speak to a customer the way this employee spoke to me, they would be "let go" immediately! I hope this employee doesn't ever treat another customer the way he treated me. My fiancé and I will NEVER go back to this Franks Pizza just because of how he spoke to me for no reason at all. It actually saddens me that a place that I loved going to and sharing a routine with my spouse is now in the past because this employee decided to treat a customer so poorly. read more
