The only negative I had to say was maybe a lack of hospitality, but given the situation, I understand the lack of cordial from the staff as they were walking on top of each other in a tiny kitchen trying to keep up. Even assuming both pizzas were simply one-topping pizzas, the price charged was still higher than both advertised prices. Receipt, website pricing, and window signage all show different amounts. The pizza itself was fine, but pricing transparency matters. Based on this experience, I won't be returning or recommending this place.

We were fortunate to come upon this wonderful pizza place on the main street in Emmitsburg! They have parking in the back and we witnessed people walking out carrying two-three boxes of pizza to their cars. They said it was the best! Well, they were right!! We ordered a large pie with mushrooms and onion. Fresh mushrooms (not canned) and plentiful. The sauce and cheese were delish! Nice thin crust (they also have Sicilian and other dishes and subs). The service by Justin was top notch and very friendly. We will DEFINITELY be back as we travel from PA back and forth to visit our family. When I pulled up, I remember having driven by many, many times but it never looked open -- and didn't today, either. But it was! This is a family-owned shop and two brothers and a sister, at least, were working. The young man who took our order was beyond friendly and we loved meeting him and having him take our order and then bring out our order. We got italian subs, an order of fries, and a small pizza. Everything was delicious! I promised I'd be back again but our work concluded so I may not be back for a while but I'll remember to visit when I am.
