Yesterday (Sun,…read more1/25/26) we had an uneven load issue resulting in the improper tension and the two end lift cables misaligning the door so I frantically called and requested service via their online tool. Josh got back to me within a half hour asking for photos and descriptions to aid in resolution which I provided. Amazingly Josh scheduled their technician Matt for an appointment the next morning (Monday)..! Well Matt was incredibly understanding and quickly assessed the series of tasks to release the door, adjust the spring/torsion and accommodate for the slightly uneven driveway to ensure an even bottom seal. Further, Matt re-aligned the tracks, bracing, inspected and lubricated the rollers. It's still boggling to me that Matt was able to accomplish this repair in less than an hour.! I wish I could give Matt and "Door Pros" 10 stars instead of just 5. Tony and Teo provided me with some samples, and took out the existing glass, fabricated the door, brought it back for me to finish-even lent me the saw horses to hold the door while I stained and sealed it. They then came back and installed the door using my existing hardware as well. They did an excellent job of installing new inter-locking weather stripping. Their workmanship, their accommodating my requests and attention to detail and downright friendliness was more than I ever expected. Do yourself a favor if you need a new door-call these guys-you will be oh so glad you did.
