We hired North Bay Screens to manufacture and install four large, custom-sized window screens, and to re-screen our patio sliding screen door. Adrian arrived for the initial inspection exactly on time (to the minute!) and quickly and efficiently examined and measured our windows, and took the patio door with him when he departed. Adrian made a separate trip to install the re-screened patio door (the custom window screens were not yet ready), which we appreciated because we could again open the patio door for ventilation without inviting all the bugs in. Within a week of the original inspection date, the custom screens were built, and Adrian and Carlos came out and installed them, again quickly and efficiently. North Bay Screens has a way of giving you a estimate at first I didn't know if they could accurately quote me taking pictures of the places I needed work then send the pictures to them. So I received my quote and excepted the quote and we scheduled a appointment for installation. Adrain came out on time and after showing him locations he went right to work. The work was completed within a couple of hours and the job was wonderful and finally we can open the windows without worrying about insects flying thru a open window. Everything about working with NB Screens is a dream. I requested a quote during the Memorial Day weekend and got one within 1 day. NB's quote was higher than another local and highly rated contractor's but I was ultimately more impressed by how streamlined and transparent things were in securing the estimate. Adrian and I discussed my plans and he came out two days later (on time) to measure the door frame and get the specs needed for the new screen door. Your door is then custom made and I opted for the Tuff Screen material because my two pets can put a lot of stress on the traditional bug screen fabric. Anyway, Adrian and Carlos came (on time again!) to install the door two days layer. Where adjustments were needed, Adrian sorted them on the spot and didn't leave until my questions were satisfied.
