They said it would be ready this Thursday 3 days away. I thought that would be great. I arrived Friday, 4 days from the drop off. A day after they said it would be available. When I arrived it took them a while to find my suit, at which point one woman said, oh it has a big stain (it didn't) and she was just about to clean it. Seeing the disappointment on my face she said, you really should give us more time, drop your clothes off before you need them. Their timing was wrong, they didn't deliver, and they were condescending about it. Also $28 seems high. Sorry to bother you with my business. I won't bother you again.

I've been coming here every Sunday for the past several months. After trying several other…read morelaundromats in the area, I chose this one because it's consistently clean, the card payment system is convenient, and I appreciate the bonuses they offer when adding funds with cash. Unfortunately, my experience today (7/12/26) changed my opinion. I typically start my wash, set a timer, and wait in my car until the cycle is finished. When I returned, I found a significant amount of water covering the floor in the aisle where my washer was located. There were several other customers in the area, and it didn't appear that anyone had reported the issue. I informed the staff member on duty, Rosa, simply to make her aware of the situation. Instead of acknowledging the concern, I was immediately met with an unprofessional response: "You wait until the water is all over the floor to tell me." I calmly explained that I had just returned from my car, had only then noticed the water, and wanted to let her know. I also mentioned that other customers had seen it but apparently hadn't reported it. Rather than handling the situation professionally, Rosa continued to speak to me with an unpleasant attitude and gave me orders while addressing the issue. I chose not to engage and simply finished my laundry. By the time my dryer cycle was complete, she had already left, so I wasn't able to discuss the interaction further. It's disappointing because I've genuinely enjoyed coming here and have never had an issue before. The facility itself has always been one of the cleanest laundromats in the area, which is why this experience was so surprising. While I appreciate the quality of the facility, the way I was treated by a staff member has unfortunately changed my opinion, and I don't plan on returning.

Unfortunately, a couple of the pieces were altered to the point that they're no longer wearable, which is incredibly frustrating given the cost of both the clothing and the service. I chose this business expecting basic tailoring standards and attention to detail, but that wasn't my experience. Based on the quality of the work I received, I would not recommend them for alterations.
