I only spoke with Klaudia (the owner), who mentioned she was renting a space inside Pearl Auto Spa at 3049 W. Irving Park. Here's the kicker: Tim claimed, "When we first spoke, I pointed out specific scratches, paint chips, rust, and damaged body panels that would require bodywork, and you acknowledged that." In reality, it was the complete opposite--I was the one who brought up all the issues with my car, which is the whole reason I went there in the first place! Klaudia only responded to me when I wrote my review and even complained about being exhausted, and had the nerve to complain about the review. Now she's relocated to Skokie--can't say I'm surprised. Dropped the car off mid-morning and it was ready at the end of the day. Once I took a look at what the car I was blown away at the upgraded look. They walked me through the warranty that I receive with the product and even gave me a solid deal because I got both services done together. Based on the quality of the work I'd say it was a good value. They even answered questions I had about potential ppf vs protective coatings should I chose to use them for that in the future. When I came to pick it up, there were a few…read morespots on the car that where the wrap wasn't tucked as I would have expected, some bubbling on the mirror and a small scratch on the door from them cutting the PPF. The team agreed to correct everything and towed my car to a body shop to get the scratch fixed. After everything was fixed, pick up the car and they gave me a discount for my trouble (without me asking). I'd trust them to do this again because even if there is an issue, they'll make sure it's done right.

That's not really a great thing to say to a customer where they will be worried if the work will be subpar or if the car will come out with an IED strapped under the carriage when you pick it up. I would encourage the business to not say things like that to customers and encourage their workers not to discriminate based on background. It's understandable that tensions are high in that regard, but business is business and we are all in the USA.
