Extremely unpleasant woman sitting at the register reading a book made it very clear that I was interrupting her day by asking about tools they might have for making dumplings. In a very condescending tone, she informed me that dumpling presses were out of stock for the next 4 months "everywhere". When I said I wasn't sure if I needed a press, but was there anything else they might have that could help me make dumplings, as my significant other and I would like to try making dumplings together, she looked as though I had asked an impossible question, and then let me know that the only way to make dumplings was to do it in a "family setting". She said, "That's what the Asian families do. They make them together as a family." Not having a 'family', I said My significant other and I were just looking to enjoy some time together and make some dumplings in a casual way, she said no, that isn't how it's done, and again started talking about how dumpling presses were out of stock until I just said never mind and left. I hated that experience. I don't see why she had to put such emphasis on the fact that I wasn't Asian and we aren't a big family or something. That made me feel horrible about myself.

I needed a dress, and while I could've gotten something at marshalls or burlington, I wanted something well made that didn't look cheap. Something unique, and I found what I wanted here. Good quality fabric, well made womens attire that looked great and got me compliments. The best part of it was that they had a sale section that made my shopping experience very affordable so I walked out of there with two dresses! Staff was helpful, and I know this is going to be a place I shop at every time I visit.

Here is a timeline of why I would AVOID this business (most recent clarification re: their higjly inaccurate Houzz website response): *Am extremely dismayed that Steve Silverman has posted on the Houzz website that it was "another Steve" that we had dealt with, hence the lack of professionalism. Nope,, we definitely, 100% dealt w/ Mr. Silverman, he even gave us hos business card after the one visit we had with him on 9/18/2017 (which he claims was never in their system). Speaks volumes that they have to make up an excuse to explain being ghosted, after multiple promises of a followup. Steve had one excuse after another-the most recent (recent being about a month ago) that he was going to a trade show, and would have the info within a week. I still haven't received a phone call. I completely understand things get hectic, and my husbamd and I are extremely patient, friendly, and flexible. However, to completelty blow off a client, is unacceptable and frankly, rude.
