Service and Ambiance- N/A. This is a delivery order review only. I ordered the Gingerbread Cookie with white chocolate chips, hot flat white, and the seasonal Iced Eggnog Cream Latte. Both of the drinks tasted like water... just the color of milky coffee but you taste zero espresso even though in the description on their online app menu states "double espresso"... I was very disappointed and bit confused about these drinks. I wish I could get a refund because I feel as though I paid for super bland watery coffees... Other reviewers seemed to enjoy the coffee here so I was eager to give this place a shot, but unfortunately it was a let down. Maybe for the flat white, it is supposed to taste this way? I'm not quite sure. The gingerbread cookie with tons of white chocolate chips was pretty tasty. Crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy inside. Has a slightly fragrant ginger flavor. Semi melted chocolate chips inside. I would have preferred little less chocolate chips, but just my preference. Otherwise, 4/5 yummy cookie, I recommend!
First of all get the Iced Banana Matcha with espresso. Sometimes i feel like matcha doesn't always give me the pep i need in my step but with an added ESPRESSO?!??.....all pep all step. First time here and it was so delicious i work down the street and i told all of my coworkers we gotta set up a coffee date here it's honestly that good. I found parking pretty easy along Beverly but I can imagine it getting busy during lunch time or in the afternoon. Overall great spot and added to my coffee spot rotation.

Luckily, I got here early so I had plenty of parking space available. Quiet Frank! :D this place is very welcoming. There are one or two small tables inside. Enough to sit 8 or maybe 10 people in total. Met the owners who were very sweet and patient with me ( THANK YOU!). I ordered the banana cloud latte with oat milk . On the first sip I can really taste the banana. It's not over powering as to take away from the matcha itself. Huge plus! On a side note, I didn't get that WOW factor from the drink BUT it was better than other banana cream/ cloud lattes in the area. However, the star of show was the matcha itself. This is the second cafe in LA that I've seen where the owner writes down the grade of the matcha which I highly appreciate. I will go back to taste the rest of their menu.

Ordered an iced vanilla bean latte and a chai tea latte. Parking was easy to access on Beverly in front of the coffee shop. Nice, and prompt service! Vanilla bean latte: 9/10 Enjoyed the flavors of the espresso, and a good sweetness ratio as it came. Chai tea latte: 9/10 The spices were perfectly balanced and the foam texture was great.
It was awesome that I could say frankly speaking, Frank's coffee was awesome! The simple small spot between West Lake and Central LA made it to my long list of good coffee in town. Love how it felt homey with few seats, friendly barista, and pretty chill ambiance. Top recommendation would be their Frank Standard, which was sweetened latte with molasses, brown sugar and cinnamon. It might sound sweet, but worry not as everything just came at the right balance. Besides, it gave extra caffeine kick featuring double shots of espresso. One thing (prolly most important) not to miss was their 4oz chocolate chip cookie, which was UBER GOOD!! Freshly baked in store, it was so gooey that you would likely find yourself make some mess enjoying it served warm. Deliciously buttery and packed with abundant mix of dark and milk chocolate chips! Where have I been that I just found this place out?!
SUPERRRR!! The staff here are so knowledgeable and friendly that's what even brought me in here, but woah that Strawberry Matcha delicious. It tasted like a little ice cream cone, super smooth, sweet and oh man I could not stop trying to chug that thing! That little iced matcha action really kickstarted my day. I did wanna try the banana matcha but apparently it's super popular and sold out! :0 They also sell some cool bowls and mugs I was tempted to purchase, maybe I'll grab one next time I try some of their other flavors!

Tried this spot on a whim since we were in the area! Not sure how parking works since it's downtown LA but there was an empty lot next door with closed businesses so that's where we parked. Cute little coffee shop greeted by a nice man and woman! It wasn't busy at all, maybe one other customer who was on their laptop and another one who was heading out. We ordered the iced maple latte and iced Frank standard and they came out almost immediately. The lady wasn't sure whose was whose but I told her they were both mine and that I wanted to save one for the next morning and she laughed and said she does the same thing LOL. Convenience!! I tried both of them on the spot though and honestly, couldn't decide which I liked better!! They're both perfectly sweet and with the right amount of coffee for me. Wish this place was closer so I could get it every day but it was worth the drive! Looking forward to coming back! IG: @ammysalamii

Such a cute little spot- I'm grateful it's less than a 10 minute walk away! And though I don't have a dog it's nice to see a bowl of water inside for pups who may need a little hydration from their walk. Their menu has the classics- cappuccino, lattes, cortados, etc.- but also some unexpected finds, like their customization to add maple, lavender or rose to any beverage! They've also got matcha if you're not feeling coffee at that particular moment. I'm not sure if they have any seasonal offerings as I've just been once but I'm sure I'll soon find out. Fall is coming and they're just a quick stroll away. And the vibe is unpretentious- but not in the "trying to be unpretentious" way. It's more of the actual, genuine way. It's refreshing and honest. Or, dare I say it: frank. The employees seem happy and are casual and friendly. I needed extra moments to study their menu and I was given the time to do so.. without feeling rushed or as if I was a nuisance. Thank you!! And bonus- they have some baked goods and overnight oats if you're looking for a little bite to cushion the coffee in your tummy. Can't wait to go back.. their lavender matcha is precisely what we all need in this world!

Small intimate coffee spot with incredibly warm people. Got the $6 cold brew and appreciated that it wasn't too strong. Some cold brews feel like they want you to astral project by sip three. This one was smooth, balanced, and let me keep my spirit attached to my body. Jokes aside, incredibly good coffee. You can tell they actually know what they're doing here, and I'm always happy to support small businesses with this kind of welcoming atmosphere. Parking is limited and they close at 3 PM, so just something to keep in mind . There is limited seating so not the best for large groups but great for a quick in and out. read more
Another day in LA, another coffee shop. I decided to check out Frank coffee for an afternoon pick me up. It is street parking, so just be aware of that. I tried their banana cloud latte and paired with a chocolate chip cookie. Both were delicious! The latte itself was very well balanced with sweetness, and the cookie was soft and very chocolatey. The inside was very plain and not much decoration with very limited seating, so not the ideal place to sit down and work, more of a grab and go vibe. Additionally, the service was the most welcoming, but the coffee was delicious, so it balances out. read more

My first time trying, and it is sooooo delicious! I ordered their Rosa matcha, lavender matcha, rose latte, and vanilla latte . Everything was super tasty! They make homemade syrups and you can tell, super flavorful and not too sweet. Coffee and matcha are top tier, bold flavors and freshly prepared. Would highly recommend and order more often! Frank Coffee is a cute little coffee shop located in Historic Filipinotown in Los Angeles and they have been serving coffee since November 2020. I arrived on a crisp, cool early Saturday morning on the year of thy lord MMXXII716. Upon my arrival, my eyes were captivated by their indoor design and layout. It was contemporary and spacious. Moreover, it has a huge exposed brick wall on the right side which perfectly compliment their interior white black motifs. Their menu was simple and direct with reasonable prices. I was greeted warmly by two male staff and I ordered a medium Cold Brew with half-half milk and sweetener. Service was impeccable and on point. Staff were convivial and professional. I like their cute indoor and outdoor seats where you can enjoy your drink. Ample parking space around the area. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and drink. I highly recommend FRANK coffee shop. read more

This is a low key little coffee shop with some of the highest quality coffee and ingredients you can find. The lattes here are on another level. I recently tried a blueberry latte with house made blueberry syrup. While I never thought blueberry should come anywhere near my latte (unless it's on my pancakes right next to my coffee) this is an amazing drink. The blueberry isn't overpowering and actually compliments it perfectly making my new favorite drink! read more

Cute little coffee shop you need to try! Stopped here before heading to work this morning and meeting Cecilia (?) made my morning. Since it was my first time, she offered the best recommendations and was so patient as I tried to decide what coffee I wanted. I opted for an iced lavender latte (not on the menu) with oat milk and mmmmmmmm it was so yummy! Not too sweet, not to thicky and creamy - but nice and strong. You get a slight hint of the lavender and it was perfect. 4 stars because of course LA coffee is over priced imo (I paid $6.50) but regardless this coffee shop is def remaining on my go to lists. I hope they expand soon! read more

I've been meaning to write this review for a while considering that the last time I went to Frank Coffee was a couple months ago but after thinking about this place for that long I'm HERE. This may be a controversial thing to say in the world of iced matcha connoisseurs Frank Coffee's iced matcha lattes are some of the BEST I've ever had...genuinely no other place has compared. I think about them every day since I've had them and yearn to go back to Frank's. I would pop in every here and then and every time I went I was always welcomed warmly! Forgive me for not knowing their names but both workers there are extremely nice and have always been friendly with not just me but other customers and it always shows! Frank Coffee is such a gem somewhat hidden in the big world of food present in ktown! If you are ever in the area I HIGHLY recommend stopping by this place! If you want to sit and chat there's a small area out front and inside with seating and parking is only street parking and can be quite limited but from the times I've been I've never had to worry and was always able to park right out front. Again LOVEEEE this place sm because I never write yelp reviews but I just HAD TO for Frank! Hopefully I can make a trip out there SOON and try all of their new menu items! read more
