We went to visit family in south Jersey last weekend, we ended up going to Francos in Marlton NJ. Krissy was one of the best servers I've ever had, she stated she was new. She could have fooled me!!! I didnt have to ask for a refill, or condiments, and she left me with needing nothing. Her demeanor was phenominal and i will be asking for her the next time i visit. The host/hosts were wonderful as well and I had the chicken sorrento, my children loved the pizza( different night yes 2 nights in one week)!! I highly recommend francos in Marlton NJ!! Stopped in for a quick lunch bite. Sat down and had a menu in my had 2 minutes later. Ordered up a pizza steak ( $7.00 ) and 6 garlic knots for $1.75. Food came out quick. Pizza steak was good enough although lacking in the pizza sauce department. Our waitress was unseen after the food came out, or I would have asked for some sauce on the side. Garlic knots came with sauce and were very good! After waiting for our check from the waitress , who still was not around, we just got up and went to register were they could pull up our check for us to pay. NOT a food review. I've ordered from here before and don't love the pizza but sandwiches have been good. Went to order delivery tonight and was told I had to order online, wasn't thrilled about it but whatever. They use a secondary website for their online orders and right away I had to create an account to order, no option for guest checkout. I begrudgingly made an account and added my order, well when I got to the end there were service charges, delivery charges, plus I was still expected to tip a driver. No thank you, I would rather put that $15+ towards my actual meal. I ordered from somewhere else free if charge. read more

We are not usually ones to write reviews for restaurants but in this case we had too. We just had the worst dining experience when we went to Franco's. Our waiter came over to our table and asked if we were ready to order and we politely said we needed a few minutes. Well, a few minutes turned into about 20 minutes of my husband and I sitting with our menus closed waiting to finally order. We were completely ignored and he kept walking by our table as if we weren't there. Now mind you he was the only one waiting tables and we usually give people the benefit of the doubt. However, when he finally came over to take our order we got such an attitude from him like how dare you make me wait to take your order. I ordered a pasta dish that was supposed to come with garlic bread and a salad. I got my salad and pasta and well into the meal this waiter brings the garlic bread to our table and asks if we want "free" garlic bread. We are like that's supposed to be for us cause it comes with the pasta dishes. He gave no apology and it was ice cold. My husbands pizza wasn't hot and my pasta was luke warm. It felt like we were being punished for not ordering right away so he let our food just get cold. We will NEVER go to Franco's again!! Definitely not worth it!! read more

As far as the menu goes, great selection and very fresh. If you like seafood it is excellent here. The staff is friendly, the environment is nice and clean. At this point I have probably had everything on the menu at least once and have yet to get something I didn't like. My top choices are the Chicken Picata, and Shrimp & Crab in white sauce. read more

My good they have fantastic food. The rigatoni with tomatoes, bacon, onions, and white wine was heavenly. Their hand made soups were subtle and delicious. You can taste all of the individual elements and still tastes a delicious whole. Any time I come through south Jersey I plan to stop in. read more

My family and I frequent Francos quite often and for many years. Food has always been great. Would give a 5 review for the food. However when we went to pick up to go food there was 2 people standing behind the counter talking with the chef. They both look over at me and neither one acknowledges that I'm standing right in front of the cash register. So I wait. They continue to glance over at me, no hey we will be right with you or please wait a minute. So I have to say do you think one of you could acknowledge that I'm standing right in front of you. they obviously didn't care. read more

Very dissatisfied. Menu description of chicken francais did not include mushrooms. The picatta did and so did the marsala (of course) but not mentioned in this description. In addition the sauce was bland and the chicken was far from tender. It was sent back but I was charged for soup and salad. Piss poor at best. read more

Giving some love to Franco's. I lived in Marlton for almost 2 years, shopped at the Produce junction every week, and never ate at Franco's, right next door! Then last weekenend, I came back for a visit, and finally ate here! My roomie who is Marlton born & raised says Franco's is a Marlton staple. He's been eating there since he was little! The chicken soup is his favorite, and yes it was freakin delicious. The garlic bread is amazing, for only $4, and its so cheezy and garlicy. Wow, impressed! I love the "side" of ravioli, becuase when you want a hoagie and pasta, but know you cant eat that much, you can get a side order of pasta and satisfy both cravings! The pork & red pepper sandwhich was enormous. We added spinach and it came out on a hogie roll that was clearly longer than a foot long! We split it in half it was so much food. Docked one star for the menu being so large it was very overwhelming. The normal consumer should never have that many options, geez! Anyway, overall delicious, great prices, and great, friendly service. read more

This was my first time at this restaurant and unfortunately I will not be going back. The waitress and food were great but poor management. I ordered a salad and as I began to eat I found a hair. I politely told the waitress, pointed out the hair, & she immediately apologized and made new. When I went to pay I asked if they were able to take off a small percentage. Owner basically accused us of making it up and said "I looked through the salad and didn't see a hair." Very ignorant and rude. read more

Stopped in here today (Mothers Day) before heading to Millers Farm for a rodeo. I yelped "pizza" and it was the first place I saw with 4 stars. Ordered the Francos special pizza (I think that is the name) with bacon, broccoli, cheese, chicken and ranch dressing. It was fabulous. I've been going to this place for as long as I can remember, I walk here from my house all of the time with my friends for a bite to eat ! The prices are amazing and they have THE BEST white pizza I've ever had in my entire life. There are frankly too few naturally happy people in this world. That said, our regular server might be the happiest, friendliest person we've ever encountered. We don't know her name, but she's not hard to spot. Every menu choice is met with an "Awesome" or "That's great" or other similar expressions. She enhances our experience and her smile brightens our visit. Oh and the food's great too. I highly recommend the baked ziti or one of their "awesome" salads. read more

Franco's is a casual, reasonably priced, friendly neighborhood kind of place. Pizza, sandwiches, and a huge menu to choose from. My personal favorite is the roast beef with spinach sandwich. We also like the pasta. I wish they had a website with their menu online but all they have is a facebook page with the daily specials. They are usually busy but we have always received good service there. read more

This place is way over priced and the portions are really small. For $14 I thought my pasta would be a large portion, but instead it was about 2 handfuls of pasta and it was very bland. All I can say about this place is WOW. The food is really good and you get so much! Its not just soup or salad it is soup AND salad! And there soup chicken pastina is out of this world! This little family owned American-Italian joint is a diamond in the rough.
