Stopped in for a pie and some boneless wings. The hot honey sauce on the boneless wings was really good. Didn't get any side of blue cheese or ranch to dip in... Not sure if I'm supposed to ask for it or if it was an oversight... Pizza was good. I was a bit sad that the sausage seems to have turned into chunks or chopped up instead of the nice slices I'm used to. I'm so disappointed. I live in LA and rarely come back here. Usually this is my go to for chicken pastina. I heard there were new owners but I didn't think it would change as drastically as it did. The menu says "home of the chicken pastina" it is absolutely not even close to the one that was served with previous owners. The soup came out luke warm, the pizza had sesame seeds on the crust??? And the Italian dressing was from a bottle. I will never be coming here again. He said we couldn't sit in the booths in the front unless we ordered a slice (which we did and the entire restaurant was empty) it was just such a weird disappointing experience. read more

Coming to this place over a few months at different times has lead me not to go anymore. The quality has went down since it has been taken over. I tried several times going from lunch to dinner was a big disappointment not from the waitress but the food the lady time I visited early march 2026 put the nail on the head. Food taste was not to standards quantity or quality wasn't right, preparation on a simple pizza was a task. Thin crust was burnt extra cheese wasn't there at all . A simple non sugar ice tea was made on a visit that had a peculiar smell that made my guest tell the waitress to send it back they wound up throwing the rest of it out but never offered to exsplain why it had an odor. They also was doing construction work that day while around food they kept the place open. The place is off my radar for a 10th visit. Sorry to say disappointment. Quality is on question here and a call to the FDA is warranted here. Never again sadly and after a horrific meal they still had no Professionalism and I wound up paying. This place needs serious attention detail and food that has been sitting out in room temperature. That's why Chipotle grill got in trouble. These places need serious attention . This place is not the Franco's of Marlton that used to be. You don't do business this way maybe in thuer country but not the USA. Avoid being sick this place is using this name to survive but the food is so sub par.. again not the waitresses but the cooks and management have to get a schooling on food and quality. Honestly this place is undervalued. Take out or dine in and I have yet to have a meal I don't enjoy here. The service is great, everything is prepared fresh, homemade soups. What more does anyone need. Looking forward to returning again. read more

Go to Franco's if you are starving or feeding a ton of people! This restaurant is extremely reasonable and offers a TON of food. The food is just okay and honestly nothing special, but again they give you a lot of food for a very reasonable price. All entrees came with soup, salad and a huge roll of bread. We ordered the chicken parm, chopped clams white wine sauce pasta and shrimp and spinach pasta. Everything tasted just ok and we had to add a lot of additional seasonings to enhance the flavors a bit...but for the third time you cannot beat the deal. One pasta dish is honestly enough for two people that's how much food you get. Only things I honestly will recommend is the honey lavender salad dressing and red lentil soup. Kudos to the young manager actually writing back (albeit slightly salty) to me about my poor cs review of Franco's. If the pricing was on the menu for the vodka sauce, my bad - BUT the server knew I didn't want to pay $16.95 for the penne vodka meal, as I stated to both him and my friend initially when ordering. So why would I want to pay $11.25 for just a SIDE of penne vodka alone?! . . . wish he had disclosed that. I was happy when he told me about the smaller side of penne vodka that I could order! I was NOT happy about the non-disclosed vodka sauce up-charge! The menu is very large, and the server did not point out (he verbally told me the good news) where the side pastas were (I was assuming that a side would be the customary $6 MAX . . . um, including the sauce!). Who would ever think $11.25 for a SIDE of penne vodka pasta?!! Definitely not me or my friend. My bill totaled $20.25 now with my chicken cheesesteak. In hindsight, I wish I had just ordered the penne vodka meal splurge for $16.95 (how could they do a meal for that price, yet a mere SIDE of the pasta is $11.25 ?!!) !!! (I'm very budget conscious and this was only lunch). For someone not wanting to pay $16.95 for a penne vodka MEAL - to now be paying $5.70 more, for just a mere SIDE of the penne vodka pasta, stings and $ doesn't make sense. I told several people already about my experience & vodka up-charge - they were surprised as well, and said that they wouldn't have paid it either. Two also concurred that the server should have pointed out the up-charge. I have never paid so much for a SIDE of pasta. Never will again! Bottom line is that the server & manager both saw my face and sticker shock surprise. Take the $3.25 up-charge (bad enough a SIDE of just the plain penne pasta alone was $8!) What I like about this place is that even though they're really a pizza joint, they have a nice page of salads on the menu and the salads themselves warrant a healthy nice healthy meal. It is funny because the place itself is a strip mall pizza place (excellent pizza) but the salads are bistro level. Nice to have an alternative, even if your partner goes for grill! Live close by to this place but have never been in the center it's located in. It's kinda of hidden in the back corner. First thing we all noticed on our recent Monday night visit was it was busy as well as the expansive large menu. We had a party of 3 and we started off with salads and I had the homemade Italian sausage soup. For apps we also had steak fries with cheese wiz and garlic bread. Entrees were fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli and chicken as well as a grilled chicken pesto panini. Everything was delicious and it should be noted that everything came out super hot so not sitting under the lamps for long. Service was excellent too. I was in the strip mall where Francos is located for an errand at lunch and had to make a decision between Wu's and Francos. It was past 1:00 PM and my wife and I decided on Francos. It has been a few years since I have been to Francos and they updated the place nicely. It looks clean, contemporary and comfortable. They were doing a very good lunch business and we were asked to seat ourselves. Our waitress came over to us quickly and gave us menus. Francos menu is big and varied, almost as big as a diner. It has a lot of the usual suspects for a pizzeria plus burgers and salads. I went with the chicken special sandwich. This was really huge and filling. The chicken was grilled and marinated well, it had good flavors. My only small complaint was the bread became soggy quickly. My wife had the soup and salad combo. This came with a choice of soups and a fairly large salad. Our total bill for all of this with garlic bread was about $19.00, pretty reasonable. Francos is a good choice if your looking for better then average pizzeria type food in the Marlton area or you are on Route 70 on the way to or from shore points. Solid 3.5 stars read more

Since moving in the area, Franco's is now our go to spot. They have the best Caesar dressing and the Penne Vodka with chicken dish is outstanding. It might be the best vodka sauce I've ever had. They are always super friendly when delivering our food, and prices are reasonable! read more

Franco's has become our got- ordering spot at my office. We love the varieties of options they offer on their menu and the food is delicious! I have tried their wraps, panini's, personal pizza (9"), taco salad, and their sausage and broccoli rabe pasta dish. Everything I have had from here has been great. The other thing about Franco's I love is that you get so much food for your money. If you order a pasta or entreé dish you ALSO get a salad/soup, and bread at no extra cost. Sandwiches and panini's come with a side of chips (sub for fries $2 more). Everyone at my office has loved their food from here. They also have good customer service. One time when we placed an order they forgot someone's order and had it sent, at no additional cost, to us. They have also never been late with their delivery to us. Thank you Franco's! read more

Won't be returning to Franco's after tonight. Placed a delivery order for my family, I ordered a $16 salad and unfortunately the dressing was not delivered with the rest of our order. We also ordered a side of honey mustard and that also was not delivered. I spoke with staff at Franco's and I was told they could not refund (or partially refund) the salad because the dressing only cost $1. They did offer to deliver new dressing but the inconvenience of waiting and not being able to eat with everyone else was not worth the wait. A salad is kinda pointless without the dressing, not to mention an all around disappointing experience. I grew up going to Franco's and even had them cater our small wedding a few years ago. Since my previous review, menu prices have increased by around 25 percent, and portion size has been reduced. Usually, this type of increase occurs over a 3-to-4-year period, rather than overnight. Franco's still delivers a very good lunch, but is now competing at a higher price point. read more

Placed an order online on 12/24 around 1:30pm. Food was delivered and one sandwich was completely different from what was ordered, and my son couldn't eat what was sent. Called Franco's and told them. Was told they could not re-deliver, and even though it was their mistake, would not refund the money to my credit card. She said if I was standing in front of her, she would give me the $11. I was not going to drive all the way over there. It was $11...not the end of the world, but it's the principle of it. After going back and forth for a few minutes, she agreed to credit my card. Six days later, no credit. Called manager, explained what happened. He told me they don't do refunds, even if they make a mistake. Told me he would text the owner to look into it, but that the owner was out of the country. Never heard another word. So they're keeping my money. Again...it's not like it was a lot of money, but to basically tell me...too bad, you're not getting your money back, after they gave me the wrong order, and admitted to it, is terrible business practice and just a crappy thing to do. read more

Downhill service. Rude workers. My mother placed an order and worker took forever to understand the order. 1 sandwich had toppings changed, the rest were left as is. When arrived, the blonde lady behind the counter said "oh the order with a lot of sandwiches". It was a couple. The workers need to realize how the world works and not be so lazy. Ordered food here tonight and this woman with an absolute terrible attitude picked up the phone and was absolutely unapologetic about the 10% promotional discount not being taken off the bill, said she had nothing to do with it, and said to try again next time because there was nothing she could do about it since I already paid, she also mentioned that there are issues with this offer before so she was well aware. She eventually and very reluctantly offered "something free" to compensate for the lack of 10% being discounted but it was like pulling teeth. "You wanna soda a soup or something, " accused me of arguing with her and the. She refused to give me her manager's name, and said she is the highest level manager present at the moment, how convenient! Been going to Franco's since I was in high school. We order every Friday (Franco's Fridays). I love the variety of the daily specials for lunch and dinner in additional to my go to favorites. Menu definitely has a lot to offer, tons of salads to pick from, pasta dinners, ect. I think over the last 20 yrs, I've probably sampled nearly everything. Staff is friendly, customer service is great....I once ordered the cheese steak that was the special for the day, there was some confusion and I ended up with a cheesesteak special, which has different ingredients. The owner insisted on making me a new sandwich and allowed me to keep the other even though I said it wasnt a big deal. I was able to drop the other one off to my dad for dinner. Poor customer service resolution and falsified pricing on menu I have been a customer of Franco's for many years. I went on the website to order a Monte Blanco salad which was $9.95. When I went to pick up the salad they charged me $11.95 for said salad. I mentioned that their website still reflected the $9.95 price and wouldn't have ordered it had I known about the price increase. I was told the prices went up on 4/26. I did inform them the website prices were not updated. When I got back to work, I called to speak to a manager to let them know about the pricing discrepancy on their website. I was told that the website menu was supposed to have been taken down. Even though this was a Franco's mistake, I was never offered by either the cashier or the manager any refund or apology for their mistake. When I mentioned to the manager that the $2.00 price increase was steep, I was told that all food costs are rising and the ingredients on my salad were expensive. The pizza here is SO GOOD!!! I was working in the area and found them on yelp. I ordered a cheese pizza for lunch and it was just so delicious. The dough was cooked perfectly- not burnt, not too thin, not too thick and didn't flop with the sauce and cheese. The ratio of sauce to cheese was perfect and they tasted perfect. I brought it to work with me and ate it cold and it was still so good... Ate the rest of the pizza cold the next day at work and it was still delicious!! I wish I lived closer. However when it came to the entrée, buffalo chicken pizza, I was disappointed. The chicken was great and not too too hot, but our pizza had what seemed to be american cheese slices melted on top. Wraps are literally falling apart in the box for takeout....and all the food is clumped inside, salad in one bunch, turkey in another, the wrap is soaking wet and soggy....because they don't take the time to prepare it correctly. The so-called sugar knots no longer have sugar on them. They are served deep-fried and greasy with a cup of chocolate. I ordered a salad and requested a hard-boiled egg for which they charge extra, but got home only to find NO egg in the salad after paying a dollar extra, WTH. Kings of Sandwiches & Pizza's! This place is one of the best places for cheesesteaks, sandwiches and pizza!! They have a great menu so much to choose from and you would think that a place that has to many choices on the menu would be hit or miss its not!!! The chicken or steak sandwich special is one of my favorites!! Get hot peppers instead of green! They use the "real" hot cherry peppers not those hot banana peppers. The pizzas are great too!! The have the rotating pizza oven that cooks the pizza great and the sauce is very good too! Steak fries with mozz cheese are great side!! The pork sandwiches are also good too!
