Bacon, chicken, ranch white pizza slice
Steve S.

We went here for dinner for the first time and found a great place for a casual dinner. When all you see are 1-star negative reviews, I HAD to post a very positive review. I have no idea what these naysayers are talking about -- food was very good (took pictures of our chicken and pasta dinners), the service super friendly, and prices aren't extravagant. We each ate a slice of pizza first, followed by a dinner salad (comes with the entrees) that was fresh, and our entrees, which we ate almost half, taking the rest home. YES! We'll be back!!!!

Who gets at salad at a pizza place with a good reputation ?! This girl (only because I don't eat carbs after lunch ). My salad, with added shrimp and Balsamic, was pretty good. (They forgot my walnuts). Not stellar and the Balsamic was watered down. My girlfriend liked her chicken quesadilla a lot. Joe's has an impressive & extensive menu, in addition to pizza, including pasta dishes, sandwiches, wraps, and sides . I love that they have a drive through for pickup. Idk if Covid warranted this or not. Ill come back at lunch when I can "throw down" a lot of pizza!

We placed our order and were told it would take 45 - 50 mins, no big deal on a busy weekend. When 50 minutes went past my fiancé called back to ask about our order and the girl started to take a new order. When she corrected her we were told that our food left and would be right there, we live a few blocks away so should have been a few mins. 10 mins goes by and we call back again and were told again that the food left and should have been there already. Our delivery guy When he finally got here over an hour later said he just got back to the shop and was handed our food and told to drop it off right away, so our food never actually left when they told us it did. Our fries were cold and soggy, the chicken parm long roll was soggy and falling apart at the bottom and the chicken cutlet on one half of the roll had almost half the roll with nothing on it. All the chicken was piled to one side, nor shifted in delivery. We called in to make a complaint as we have been ordering from there since they opened along with ordering from other pizza shops in the area (as most people do). The manager gets on the phone and when my fiancé explains the long wait, he immediately gets an attitude with her, very unprofessional and not customer friendly. She then tried to explain the situation and still receiving an attitude so she gave one back, naturally. Extremely rude and does not know how to talk to customers. He explained the girl is new and had issues putting in the order after hanging up during the initial call, ok but we should not be penalized for training issues and you also cannot go by the order time in the computer is she put it in well after we actually called. She hangs up on the manager and I called back and asked to speak to the manager as well. I explained I didn't like the tone he took with my fiancé and he replied he didn't like the tone she took which was after he was very nasty with her in the first place. I tried to explain the situation and was met with more combativeness and attitude. Stating the order was not over an hour because he is looking on the computer now, as explained before the girl had issues keying in the order, not our fault. I explained the fries were cold and soggy, the bottom of the rolls were soggy and falling apart, he stated its all part of delivery. I said we'll we never had this problem before from there or other shops. This is usually from food sitting there being warmed and waiting to leave. He begged to differ. This said, they are extremely unprofessional and have no customer service at all. We will no longer be ordering from this location.

I recently stopped at Joes pizzeria for lunch. I was anticipating getting 2 slices, but I arrived a little early for lunch, and there were only a few pizza selections available. I will say they all looked good, but I opted for a sandwich instead. I went with a roast pork and sharp provolone sandwich, and a side of fries. I took the food takeout, and when I got back to the office, it was still hot. The pork sandwich was slightly better then average. I wouldn't say great. The gravy tasted a little funky(I think it's jar). The side of fries was extremely large. They were good. I hope to go back and try the pizza

When we first arrived, we were greeted by a gum-chewing hostess and seated right away, which was fine. It took a few minutes for our waiter, Juan, to come over and take our order. We didn't order any appetizers, so our salads came out quickly. After that, we waited...and waited...and waited. The delay was long enough that the manager came over to ask how everything was and whether we were interested in dessert. I had to tell him that we hadn't even received our meals yet. When the food finally arrived, everyone else enjoyed their dishes--veal parm, chicken franchise, and a few others. I ordered the special, described as a porterhouse pork chop with potatoes, vegetables, and a mushroom cream sauce. Thankfully, I asked for the sauce on the side, because it was very sweet--even the waiter mentioned that. The pork chop itself was cooked the way I like it, but it was not a porterhouse cut. A true porterhouse pork chop should be bone-in with both the tenderloin and loin sections. What I received was more like a pork loin cut, and while it was listed as 16 oz, it didn't appear to be anywhere near that size. Moving forward, we'll likely take a break from Casa

They had a pineapple burrata appetizer special which was something I haven't seen before so that immediately caught my attention. It was a decent size and ate like a salad for my husband and I to share. We got the bubble bread for an appetizer too since we've never had it before. For my entree, I decided on the Chicken Frangelica which gave a sweet and savory flavor. My husband had the butter fish which was tasty. Give them a try if you're in the area. The decor inside was nice and they have an outdoor seating area.

It's December and we were unwillingly seated in the bar area at a table in the glass enclosure which was easily 10-15 degrees colder than the main area. We did not want to sit there--not only was the room cold but the table was metal patio furniture against a fully glass-enclosed space, not even a tablecloth to help take the chill away-- and when I asked the hostess if another table was available she looked me in the eye and stated a firm "no," matching the lack of warmth in the room. Alrighty then. People at the other tables along the same glass wall were dining in their coats. Didn't management notice this? On the bright side our server (forgot his name) was very good, thoughtful and anticipating our needs. Our dinners were good, matching previous visits, but had gotten cold by the time we were taking our last bites. Instead of ending the evening with a cocktail we left and went to the bar at another Italian restaurant nearby.
