I walked in…read moreand the gentleman at the register, asks "how may I help you today" kindly but as soon as I said that I have a return, his demeanor changes completely. I asked him if they have any sweaters with a different type of material because I found this one itchy, but he's not really interested. He just tells me "let's just take care of this return first and then we'll see". so he processes my return and says "alright, you're all set", without any intention of following up on the question I had asked earlier. I asked again, "so do you have any other sweaters, with a different type of wool, and he says, "well there's some sweaters on the counter behind you. You can take a look ", without any intention of helping. so, I have to literally ask "what kind of material are those sweaters made of?" now he doesn't know either so he looks up the item on his computer and he tells me that they are indeed a different type of wool. It should not have taken this much effort for my question to be answered. Could he be any less interested in making a sale? At this point he gets a call with a customer, presumably, and stays on this call for 5 minutes. I continue to browse and find a sweater that I quite like and bring it up to the counter to ask him to look up the price and material for me. But he never gets off the call, which isn't entirely his fault. But he could have multitasked and or put the call on hold to help the customer that is actually there in person. But he really just did not seem interested in engaging with me. Where's that stellar bonobos customer service I keep reading about? Not present at the Santana row store on Monday 12/22 at 6pm. Management if you're reading this, that guy needs to be fired. You just lost a loyal customer!

Given the importance of the moment and the price point, I had high expectations. The initial experience was strong. The consultation, fitting, and in store service felt thoughtful and professional, exactly what you would expect when investing north of a thousand dollars for a tailored tuxedo. Unfortunately, the jacket fit missed the mark. When I raised the concern, the initial response from the tailor left me with the impression that this was simply something I would have to live with. That did not sit right with me given the investment. I asked to speak with the manager, and credit where it is due, he handled the situation extremely well. He took the issue seriously, showed genuine interest in getting it right, and ensured the jacket was adjusted as best as possible so I could confidently wear it for the wedding. After the wedding, they brought me back in to fully redo the tuxedo and included a custom shirt as part of making things right. Unfortunately, the redo was worse than the first fit. I am still not sure how or why that happened. At that point, we started over again, this time with two people taking my measurements and another custom shirt added to the order. Throughout this entire process, the overall professionalism in the store was solid, with the exception of one representative who occasionally missed the mark but did catch himself and apologized. Everyone else genuinely tried to deliver a good experience. Where things consistently broke down was after the order was placed. Something seems to get lost in translation between the store and the suit makers, and that disconnect ultimately undermined the experience. Bottom line. The in store service and intent were good. The execution and consistency of the final product were not. As a result, I will not be a customer moving forward. I truly hope my experience remains the exception. My son, nephew, and son in law are all active SuitSupply customers with multiple custom suits and shirts and have had positive experiences. For me, however, I am now looking for a different long term partner as I continue upgrading my suit closet.

They where open and clear on rent vs purchase and having pricing on the options, he decided to purchase due to wanting a specific color and wanting to keep his suit for future uses. From there we went on to see exactly what shade with great help from Jim. Every single step was just great and the owner came out to even great us and started giving our 2 kids candy and a toy car to push around the store. We felt so welcome, he also heard me talking about my dress color and suggested a custom tie that would pull in the shade of ivory from me dress and my husband's white dress shirt together. Shortly before leaving, they mentioned they also do alterations on wedding dresses since I had mentioned my dress still needing alterations. Fast forward a week later and I'm getting quoted an amazing quote to have my dress altered, so much stress was relieved! Every visit in to pick up our wedding attire was 100/10 and I highly recommend going in. We absolutely loved the entire experience and can't say enough about everything!

He carried an amazing & unique collection, and his knowledge is extremely vast on each individual item. You can tell he truly cares about the quality & authenticity of his products. I purchased an authentic italian leather, and the relationship didn't end at the door. Anjum texted me 10 minutes later thanking me for stopping by, and we ended up talking for awhile. He was super enthusiastic to answer specific questions I had regarding my purchase. Fast forward a month later, I received a text from Anjum wishing me a merry Christmas. Bossini puts the customer first, more-so than any other establishment I'd walked into. I'll be back.

He's honest and teaches you, so you understand what and why. I've gone back and have gotten 2 different suits from his store on different occasions. The quality of the outfits are next to impossible to find, and Anjum makes sure the suits look and feel as if they were made for you and only you. I wish I had found this place earlier, but I'm glad I now have a go-to spot for my formal wardrobe!

Alex was super kind, helping me eyeball my size in the shoes I've been looking for and was super, super patient with me. I had a couple questions about some Fanny Packs / Hip Bags they were selling and he answered all of them; even when I was getting distracted by other products and the buzz around from the store. He wasn't pushy at all about me buying any products / items and he still answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was wasting his time or anything. I ended up buying the Yeezys and a 49er hoodie. It's customer service like his that's going to keep me as a repeat customer.

I was able to see bags and charms from Coach, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Longchamp, and many more designers. I had admired some of the bags online and enjoyed seeing what they looked like in real life. The biggest surprise was Coach. I burned out on Coach purses over 10 years ago, but found some of their bags to be quite beautiful and well-made. I also saw some Tory Burch bags I really liked, and I'm not usually a fan. One sales associate offered to assist me and then kindly left me alone and let me browse. Spending time at Nordstrom was one of the highlights of my visit to the mall.

We complied immediately. After relocating and waiting as instructed, another customer was then allowed to cut ahead of us even though we had already been waiting, twice mind you. When I raised the issue in the moment, stating that we had been waiting first, the situation was not corrected and no adjustment was made to the order of service. The employee pretended to be surprised there was a line when he was the one who kicked us out in the first place. The result was inconsistent queue management that disproportionately affected multiple Asian customers who were waiting in line. Regardless of intent, the handling of the situation created a perception of unfair treatment and favoritism to Caucasian customers and was not addressed when brought to staff attention. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that management can review staff training and ensure consistent handling of checkout lines so customers are not redirected out of order or left waiting unfairly after following instructions.

We walked in and weren't greeted or acknowledged at all, even though Joseph (the manager) was present. When we asked a simple question about a promotion, his response came off as irritated and dismissive, which felt completely unnecessary. It wasn't a complicated ask, just a basic customer question, and the tone made the interaction uncomfortable. The store itself is great and the product speaks for itself, but the service really missed the mark. A little professionalism and basic courtesy would go a long way here.

Couple days ago, while shopping in a store, I noticed a group of young high school girls who were…read morefocused on making TikTok videos. The saleswoman, who was extremely kind and professional, asked them politely to refrain from making videos in the store due to privacy concerns. However, the girls immediately began bullying the saleswoman, telling her that she was only a salesperson and that they could try on as many dresses as they wanted. They also made it clear that they had no intention of buying anything and continued to create noise and laugh at her. Eventually, they left the store. I was extremely disturbed by the way these girls treated the saleswoman. She was a classy woman who did not deserve to be bullied in this manner. To my surprise, I have noticed more than 10 or 15 reviews from that day from seemingly girls and a couple of guys. I did not see any other guys in the store that day, only these teenage TikTok girls. I hope that these girls are held accountable for their behavior and that Google & Yelp takes notice of this incident. It is unacceptable to treat anyone in such a disrespectful and rude manner.
