They seem to be stand-up craftsmen who want to do a good job at all costs and don't treat their customers like just another number. These scammers ripped me off, paid $350 cash for nothing. the 2 guys who came out had a hard time climbing a ladder and walking on my roof which is not that steep as the guys from state farm were able to easily walk on my roof. once on the roof, they claim that they found nothing wrong but wanted $350 for just coming out. What a scam. I Had to call Home Depot to send out one of their contractors to repair my roof, they put flashing boot and sealer around one of their boots (pipes) coming out of of the roof. It's a simple fix that these guys missed. Stay away from these guys, save your money and go w/ someone else. I would recommend talking w/ your local Home Depot or Lowe's to recommend someone. These guys are overpriced and a disappointment.

I hired Munz Roofing and Siding to complete a siding project, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg's work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work. Threw down shingles that slapped against the house (didn't put a tarp down against the house) and left black marks all over the side of house. Had another major issue with an original area that prompted me to call them originally. Didn't address the original problem and shingled right over it leaving the same unsightly appearance. When asked why this wasn't addressed and fixed at the time of laying the shingles son and father team gave poor excuses and kept absolving themselves from any responsibility. Did offer to fix it at a cost over 2,000. to "fix" it. Question was why didn't they address it before replacing the shingles! Avoided direct answer and kept repeating pat answers. Result: It looks as bad as it did before the roofing was done! Totally unacceptable to charge me over 15,000 and leaving me extremely stressed over this! CONSUMER BEWARE of doing business with this company!
