And there is a lot, I mean a lot of doctors appointments to keep track of. All of the staff from the Call the Car to the phone center, receptionist, nurses, doctors, interns are so good at what they do. Not only that, they have good bedside manners. They are always ready to help and very knowledgeable. I am so surprised at how nobody loses their cool. My team (there are many) that I deal with weekly are awesome. I look forward to my visits. I have referred some people to RFP. Thus location us nice but there is also a location at 4310 Orange that might be closer. I'm not sure they offer all the services there though. Called Bolivar and they told me they couldn't help me and I needed to go through my CAR insurance for treatment. I never asked for treatment, I just wanted a follow up to make sure I was truly ok. I have bruises all over my body and road rash. No help... Another incident I came in for was a really strong pain in my stomach that shot up to my shoulder. I visited Bolivar 3 times due to being sent home by them because they just didn't know what was going on, but the pain wouldn't go away so I scheduled to come back. It took 3 times before she even took notes of what was going on and then finally sent me to have scans done. Please avoid this place. You'll wait in the room for roughly an hour while listening to the "nurses" gossip about nothing.

At the Riverside Medical center, we wait 5-15 mins to get in and the doctors spend at least 15 mins talking to us. They try to find solutions instead of rushing us out. I don't know why this office is so poorly run by this doctor. The staff got us in to run vitals quickly but we had to go back out and wait in the waiting room for close to an hr to see the actual doctor. The front staff was great and so was nurse Quito. I wish we had left earlier and not wasted so much time here.

I performed a Yelp search for doctors that were near work or home and found Dr. Ho with her clinic located in Riverside, near my office. I changed my primary doctor to her and called to book an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when they asked me if I would like to see her at her Riverside location or if I would prefer Ontario. Really?!? She has offices near work and closer to home?! I booked at the Ontario office. When I got to my appointment, I was happy to not have to wait too long before seeing Dr. Ho. The office is clean and the staff is courteous. Dr. Ho is patient, knowledgeable, and answers all of my questions. I am so glad I found her and that I will not be paying more since I will not switch to Kaiser!

I have called their office more than five different times and every single time they tell me the same thing: "Don't worry, the balance is cleared and you won't receive any more bills." Yet the bills keep coming. This shows a complete lack of organization and accountability. Patients should not have to repeatedly chase a medical office to fix their own billing mistakes. At this point it feels like harassment to keep sending bills that have already been paid. If the issue isn't resolved permanently, I will be forced to dispute the charges and report the billing practices to the appropriate authorities. I strongly recommend others double-check every bill they receive from this office.

In 1 visit to Low Cost we got a pain shot for headache, antibiotic shot, and 1 other shot probably for nausea. Practically cured by the time we hit the parking lot. $240 each. The doctor at Low Cost gives shots, fast and effective help. Isn't that what doctors are supposed to do, help people? God bless places like this that help the common man and Mrs. Yelper.

Wow . if your going into the medical field you should hold some standard of how you interact with people , compassion and care .
