Just saw Dr. Pham for the first time recently and am shocked by the service. I left a message and HE texted me before even coming in asking what my needs were. Then continued to look up my history and walk me through the process of what my treatment would be. I've seen tons of doctors and been just prescribed and barely seen or consulted. He took the time to really diagnose what was going on and helped me with my insurance as well which was, again, a total shock. I will never go anywhere else if not necessary. After reading some of the reviews I felt inclined to write one myself. First off if you have ever been treated by Dr. Pham you will know he is one of the few doctors that takes his time to listen carefully to you in order to understand and figure out the root or cause of your issue. He didn't just write me a prescription and send me on my way like the majority of Doctors I have been to in my life. In my opinion he is the most caring and compassionate Doctor I have ever been treated by. He genuinely cares about his patients, to the point that he even recommended several books for me to read. I have been going to Dr. Pham since the late 90's. I cannot think of anything that could be any better about him. He takes time with you and you can see the genuine concern and care he puts into each patient. His office visit fee is very fair. His staff is very user friendly and polite, especially Alex the office manager. His office is only a couple steps from where you park your car for free. His one story office is located in a very easy to find shopping center in-between the 5, the 405, the 55 and the toll road. You wont be disappointed when you go visit him. Dr. Pham is one of the most empathetic and compassionate doctors I have ever met. He was the light at the end of an extremely dark tunnel for me, and since I first started seeing him, I have found no other doctor who can compare to him in taking authentic care of his patients. Dr. Pham doesn't stop caring when you've left his office. He extends his help and his staff all day long and is even open on Saturday when no other doctor works! The only reason why I didn't put 5 stars on my review for Dr. Pham is because anytime he's prescribed me medicine that I have to take to a pharmacy that is not from Bristol Pharmacy then good luck trying to get it because nobody will take his prescriptions. I don't know why, but it's a great pain in the rear. Overall I haven't met or been taken care of my anyone like Dr. Pham. He's sets the bar for truly caring for his patients. My opinion is that everyone else is more concerned with money and less concerns with patients welfare. Thank you Pham. You're a godsend. read more

I am glad I found doctor Pham, he is the most caring doctor I ever met. He described safer drug for me that other doctors did not warn me of long term damaged caused. Dr Pham talked to me naturally like he talked to a friend, so down to earth. I felt very comfortable with him, I even asked since he is so busy how he has any time for himself, he replied that sometimes he gives too much to his patients that he got nothing left for himself. Doctor Pham has a typical good Asian upbringing value background, like any good religion, especially the Buddhism, giving out to others unconditional is part of life's practicing. But as a doctor, patients keep expecting him to give and give, no wonder it can drain him at time. So the next time if you feel that doctor Pham cares about you, feel free to show that your care about him and appreciate him as well. It's a walk-in clinic , so first comes first serve, you expect to wait . Dr. Pham has been our family doctor for 10 years. He cares about his patients. I recently had problems with ADOCS referrals for an orthopedic specialist, and returned to see him a few times for a solution. He took time to talk to me, and had his assistant, Alex to help. Alex was so kind and patient; he called ADOCS so many times to get the right specialist for me. I am scheduled for a shoulder surgery on August 13. Hope everything would be ok then.
