I mean customer service and just overall people there who really made you feel good, welcomed and taken care of. I had to bring my son and they offered him snack and drinks and let him sit in his own area to play video games as he could not come back with me to get my shot. JOSH -offered me water and snacks and explained the surgery in detail and reassured me of how easy and virtually painless procedure that it was and how quick it would be. He made me feel good, confident and cared for. He was very attentive kind and had a great sense of humor. He was like this with the ladies next to me as well, other patients. Thank you Josh! BRI- was very much the same as Josh. Very sweet, attentive informative and we made small talk about nursing school and about how she just finished and can't wait to take the Nclex. She offered me refreshments as well and was very kind to talk to me which eased my anxiety of the unknown. She seemed very bright and cheerful and honestly she made the process so easy! Problems can be closely aligned in that area of the body and I'd rather just see one Dr for all the female issues. This office really feels more like the "old time" Drs office where people know you and really care. Not just pushing you through like many medical offices do. They listen to you, and then treat you like an individual, and think about the problems you are having and how to help you with testing or treatment. I could tell that PA Carrie, who was very understanding, was really thinking about how to help me resolve my issues. Sometimes it's hard to talk about female issues, but in this office they make you feel completely comfortable and you won't feel nervous about opening up about your personal female issues whether urinary or problems your female workings. I had a very frustrating experience with The Clark Center Surgery…read more I needed to reschedule my surgery due to nerves and wanting more time to fully understand the risks. That is when I was told about a $500 cancellation fee within two weeks, something that was never clearly communicated. My entire scheduling process was handled through text, not a single phone call, and even at my pre op appointment exactly two weeks before surgery, this fee was never mentioned. When I called, I was repeatedly told "it is the policy" without any real explanation. I asked to speak to a manager, and the assistant administrator, Shannon, called me back. Unfortunately, she was very difficult to deal with. Her tone was stern and dismissive, and I barely had a chance to explain my concerns before she said, "Angela, it is our policy," speaking slowly in a way that felt condescending. I explained that I was not calling to argue that they have policies. My concern was the lack of communication and the fact that everything was scheduled so close to that two week window. I asked to speak with the administrator since she reports to them, but she refused and said, "No, this is my job, and no one will be calling you back." At one point, she also said, "Well, I am going to charge your credit card on file," which was completely inappropriate. I fully understand that offices have policies, but this is surgery, clear communication matters. Patients should not be expected to rely on fine print from an initial visit when surgery was not even planned yet. Even on my preop, it was not mentioned. I do want to say Dr. Clark and Carrie have been great, but because of how this was handled, I will not be returning.

Dr. Ennen has been getting to the root of the situation, and I'm finally improving. Dr. Ennen recommends nontoxic herbal supplements but does not push me to buy them from his office. After the first visit, I was placed on some expensive supplements and went to do some bloodwork. Second appt I receive a diagnosis of long covid and put on keto. A month in I began to get intense abdominal pain. I've had diverticulitis once in my life and I was sure this was what it was. Dr. Ennnen convinced me to wait out treatment because I wanted to avoid antibiotics and I agreed. This was on a Monday. I came in 3 times this week for treatment. By Friday the pain was so bad I could barely walk and went to the er. I had a 3 mm abscess on my sigmoid colon. In hindsight, With the amount of pain I was in, I feel Dr. Ennen should have urged me to go to the er but I trusted him. I ended up in the hospital with a picc line of antibiotics. I do not believe my diagnosis is Dr. Ennen's fault but I will say me trusting that I could wait is what increased the severity of my issue. Dr. Ennen helped me get my inflammation down by prescribing a paleo autoimmune diet since I now needed surgery. I keep seeing him through my surgery in May 2024. I'm diagnosed with various things by him and purchase more supplements. My appointments are all over the place with a bombardment of information which none of which was very helpful. He did call to check on me while I was in the hospital and immediately following my surgery. After my surgery I see him for about a month once I was healed and needing more treatment and supplements. Then a rental for a laser. I did not see any significant changes in my healing. After spending thousands of dollars I gave up on this type of treatment. I believe following this treatment plan definitely an inarguably made my condition worse. Once I stop going to appointments, there was no follow up no calls no concern. Appts take 60-90 min. I genuinely do not know how I could be diagnosed with various issues with the type of licenses that he holds. I also did not lose weight. So why such a review after years have passed? I am now at a healthy weight and I'm healed from my abdominal issues going a different route. I do believe Dr. Ennen cares for his patients, but also believe that my case was past his level of experience and expertise, and probably should've been humble enough to say that he could not treat me. I had some sort of hope he could help me and wanted to trust the process since he did help my friend in her condition. Maybe I was just a single case.

It was black, purple, and blue and the ankle was swollen when I arrive at Dr, Sheidayi. He took the time and went over many labs I have from various specialist over several years since. I also have Lupus, Sygrogen Syndrome, Rheumathoid Arthritis, High Blood Pressure, and High Cholesterol. My liver and kideny numbers were also high = ATS and ALT. Immediately he started me on Farxiga/Diapagliflozin and adjusted many of my other meds I was on. He started referring me to ALL new specilaist. I got a new Rheumatologist, Cardiologist, Gastroentrologist, Pulmanologist, Hemotologist, Nephrologist, etc. He actually calls them on my behalf in fornt of me at times to coordinate best treatments for me. I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience with Dr. Sheidaei…read more During a very difficult time, when my father had just been discharged from the hospital in poor condition and I did not yet have a family doctor, I was referred to Dr. Sheidaei's office and was given an appointment. While on the way, I called to inform them I would be about 5 minutes late, but I was told I had no appointment and that the doctor was not accepting new patients, despite the fact that I had already been scheduled and selected under my insurance. I want to mention that the office itself was clean, quiet, and well organized. There were two receptionists present, and both of them were respectful, kind, and did their best to assist us professionally. After insisting, I was told to come in. My father was in a wheelchair, weak and confused, and needed care. Unfortunately, Dr. Sheidaei's behavior was very unprofessional. He appeared impatient, dismissive, and spoke to us in a disrespectful manner. He also stated that he does not accept Medi-Cal patients, which was confusing given the prior confirmation. What was most upsetting was the tone and attitude we received during such a vulnerable moment. Instead of compassion, we felt judged and unwelcome. When I asked if he could also see my mother in the future, he responded in a very inappropriate and humiliating way, saying in a threatening tone that I should "not push things" or he might refuse to see my father as well. This was extremely distressing and unacceptable, especially given my father's condition. I understand that medical offices are busy, but basic respect and professionalism should always be present, especially when dealing with patients in critical conditions. I am sharing this so others are aware of my experience and he could have treated this situation more professional instead of taking advantage of me being alone and weak
