I met the owner when we had their Chocolate Tasting and Champagne Tasting Event on May/10/24. Their main shop is located in the 'City of Tustin,' CA. Gotta love their packaging!!!! Found this place on Yelp and took my family here to satisfy our chocolate cravings. It's located in odd location, but when I walked in, it definitely exceeded my expectations! Such a cute chocolate boutique serving beautiful, high quality chocolates. The person who helped us, I believe was the owner, was extremely kind and gave us so many samples before purchasing. We thought we would be buying a box to share, but ended up leaving with a few boxes because it was that good. Discovered this cute little chocolate shop after seeing posts about it on Instagram. It's located in a very unassuming building near the Tustin Metrolink station, but once you find it, you'll find some of the most delightful chocolates. Most of them are labeled as "no sugar added", but that doesn't make them any less tasty that other chocolates. They sell boxes where you can custom pick 4 or 9 chocolates (or you can just get them a la carte in a bag). I usually go and custom-make a 9-chocolate box as gifts. Around certain holidays they sometimes have specialty boxes and ribbons that you can place the chocolates in as well (I remember there was a cute purple color around Mother's Day earlier this year). If you're in the Tustin area, it's worth it to swing by and try a sample, and if you like what you try (and have no self control around chocolate like I do) bring home a box or two! read more

Everything is delicious, from the beautifully crafted chocolate pieces and dark chocolate orange peels. We even adopted a chocolate dog for our family member and the gift was well received. Jim, the owner, said that the chocolate dog can last forever if we store it properly! Jim was very intentional in sculpting the dog out of white chocolate in case a dog ate it by accident (worse case scenario). I ordered chocolate online to pick up and was absolutely blown away when I went in. Which is rare for me as someone in the industry. The small beautifully designed space first caught my attention. Including the owner speaking with a customer. The passion he had in his voice said more than just the words he used. True artisan chocolate and a true hidden jam in Tustin (located in a light industrial area). They have so many delicious and beautiful pieces of chocolate truffles and the owner is super friendly. My favorite ones are the matcha mille feuilles, exotic caramel, and earl grey tea ganache. But I would say that it's hard to go wrong with anything. The truffles are $3 a piece which I think is reasonable given how much work it was put in. It makes a beautiful gift as well! read more

This place is wonderful! It's beautiful on the inside and the woman helping us, Geraldine was so sweet and informative! She gave us generous amounts of free samples to ensure we liked something before buying it. She even gave us a little treat on the house! I came for the Dubai chocolate and the icecream bars, but they don't have the icecream this month; but will return next month! We got the dubai chocolate bar for $27, you can sample it before buying, but you can only buy the bar instead of individual bites. All of the chocolate is diabetic friendly and it's not as sugary as See's candies, if that's what you don't like! It's expensive but it's high quality chocolate. Bought a dubai chocolate bar to surprise the gal at home and the owner gave me a 15% off because there were a defect in the coloration. I was quite happy until I went home and tried it out. Seemed like there were two different type of chocolates, milk on the bottom and dark on top with a thin layer of the pistachio cream. We were hoping a thick layer with a crunch in the middle but the flavors were soo off! There were so much going on with the chocolate, it overpowered the pistachio as we couldn't taste it at all. We came to this same location for the delicious French pastries, now they finally reopened as a chocolate store - those chocolate are delicious, and absolutely worth the price , when I go home to Switzerland, I pay the same or more, and I don't have to fly. "Hidden gem" might be overused and considered a somewhat obnoxious term these days, but that's simply what Francium is: a delicious little boutique hidden amongst office buildings. I've been here twice now and we really need to make a third trip soon. Their chocolates are made with allulose, so they are diabetic friendly and I don't feel that "sick" sensation you get sometimes when eating low quality sugary chocolate. You can taste the care and intentions that went into crafting each chocolate, and they're very pretty too! My personal favorite is the Exotic Caramel flavor. It tastes like a beautiful fruit medley--but made with real fruits! It doesn't have that weird artificial fruit taste. Their matcha ice cream is also really delicious, and I also loved their POG (pineapple orange guava) flavor. Lastly, the girl that helps us each time is the sweetest, always very kind and willing to answer as many questions as we ask. A kind soul. Definitely a must visit if you like chocolate but also care about your health. Or even if you just like chocolate! I came by for Christmas presents and was totally amazed by the selection. Ms. Chihiro was very kind and helped me select from their great flavors and everyone was super impressed. My personal favorite was the sesame marshmallow ring which had a crisp cookie base and soft marshmallow, all covered in smooth dark chocolate. It had super fragrant sesame seeds on top, just opening the bag was amazing.
