The pizza (your choice of three types) is always good no matter what you choose. I like that you can mix it up and enjoy something different every time. They no longer serve beer so sometimes we grab the pizza to go and head across the street to the "Dog House" which is a blast. In my opinion this is the best pizza I have had in the KC area.

We came with a large amount of friends and basically ordered one of everything. I was introduced to the Sicilian style pizza that I have to say is now my favorite. I highly recommend this place. We don't live in the area, but I think it's worth the drive anyway once in a while. I have also since signed up for their weekly emails and they have some sort of special just about every week day.

Liked the menu, especially the well priced options to add toppings. All pizza places have such options, but liked Southside's menu structure & organization. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with different extra toppings on the two sides to try a variety of offerings. It arrived by Door Dash 45min later. It was still hot and the extra cheeses were melted. The crust was favorable with a nice chew. The pepperoni was evenly spread & was good tasting. Each of the added toppings were also good. Between the extra mozzarella & extra provolone cheeses, liked the provolone better. All in all, liked the pizza. After trying them couple more times, Southside may get up to 5 stars.

I am honest I didn't expect much, and figured the 4.5 stars was because it was a local favorite in a smaller town. It was wonderful! The service was great and it was a well done restaurant, as far as a "strip mall restaurant" would go haha. But, the food was outstanding! I do t go to Belton much even with having some family there and it's never been a destination spot for dinner plans. But I will go out of my way to make it back here! We had the Alla Crema and the Rigatoni Vodka (not sure if I spelled these correctly, but they both surpassed our expectations. The Caesar salad was light and not overly dressed and the house salad with house dressing was fresh and light as well. My son had the cheese pizza and it was thin with just the right crispness and mix of sauce and cheese! We will definitely be back!
