Dr. Harper is super professional and caring. I called the office Monday when I had a crown fall out to see if I could be seen. I was given an…read moreappointment for that Friday, my first time ever with this group and office. I was asked to complete some documents online prior to the appointment and when I arrived was checked in swiftly. The staff were very friendly and they were in the holiday spirit with many dressed in their costumes! A dental assistant took me back and did a series of x-rays and photos. Then the dentist came in and did an exam and told me what I needed. I was sent to the waiting area for a few minutes before the hygienist got me and took me back for a thorough cleaning. Then I went back to the waiting area for another couple of minutes prior to seeing the payment person. Everyone explained everything that was going to happen before it did and why. I was given an appointment next Tuesday for the crown replacement and scheduled for my next cleaning in 6 months. It was overall a very nice and professional experience. The price seemed a bit high, and definitely not exorbitant. but I blame that more on my insurance than the office. And, it's "pay as you go" so I didn't need to pay it all at once.

The support staff in the exam room were instructive, but still no warmth in conversation. Dr Rozenberg was great and very informative about the procedure BEFORE hand. I had many questions to ask and he was very patient. Having been concerned about the procedure he quelled my nerves. Thank you Dr Rozenberg I'm still not a fan of Frankie :(

On my first appointment to develop the treatment plan the office staff were so kind and Dr R was really fantastic. The next appointment was literally the one to do the work. They were all kind, compassionate- and got the IV on the first stick. Seriously love this office AND also hope I don't need them again. I'd go back here in a heartbeat if I did though.
