She is always so kind and pleasant to us., A always concerned if we are doing ok... Then Dr. McGill came in and as usual was very pleasant and told me what he was going to do this visit. I had previously been there 2 times ...once for a root canal then a fitting for the crown...then to put the permanent crown on. He also did another filling on my other tooth...then he did another refilling on a tooth that was bothering me... So he did three things in one visit all done with an hour...amazing. Dr. McGill tells me what he is going to do each step of the way of treatment... I would love to keep Dr. McGill all to myself but i am highly recommending him so others can get the same kind of service he has provided us with. I started coming to Dr…read more Artzer a few years back in the period between your parents making your appointments and you making your own so I kind of got off to a slow start but everything about this office helps ease all my dentist anxiety. The staff is all very nice. I typically get the same hygienist every time I go in and she and Dr. Artzer both work pretty quickly in my opinion. Dr. Artzer is definitely a magician of some sorts. I have required local anesthesia on a couple of procedures and the first time I was so shocked he got the needle in my mouth and me numbed and I literally just thought he was looking at my tooth. I've been to a dentist where the numbing process was so rough they sent me home for the day with no procedure so this is much appreciated. The billing specialist, Pam, I believe always walks you through any bills incurred and it's never like they are trying to nickel and dime or up sell. I have been in a few times during the pandemic and this office has maintained exemplary precautions. I will definitely be back obviously.

I am not sure where the disconnect is but 1- they do not communicate well if you are a former customers. 2- they charge you for service upfront and you pay out of pocket for the service before they file with the insurance. That is my issue that state they have sent it over. I have checked my insruance account and the info is not there. I emailed last week asking for my documents electronically by the end of day and got nothing. I then called and left a message the following day. Asking they send it over. They haven't. I spent 4500 on 1 tooth to be repaired. Now I am in lost between the paper trail of where I get my reimbursement. I have tried not to place blame on them but this is ridiculous. I will not recommend their service as a former patient. Current patient teated extremely well, as a former who wanted to use them again. I will not and I will not recommend them. If you are looking for a bio-dental be prepared to pay up front and possible have insurance issues if you deal with them and be out of money. This has been on going since 28 Aug and it's now Dec 7.

At approximately 8:45 a.m., I received multiple back-to-back telephone calls from an employee identified as Jennifer. I returned the call within approximately ten minutes after listening to her voicemail. During the return call, I politely asked that, going forward, I not be called repeatedly in rapid succession because I am a disabled veteran with a severe service-connected anxiety disorder. I specifically stated that my request was related to my disability and my need to maintain reasonable personal boundaries. Jennifer initially apologized. However, after I made this request, she informed me that my appointment had been cancelled. I arrived at the office shortly thereafter to discuss the matter in person. Jennifer's demeanor remained dismissive and unprofessional. I then spoke with an individual identified as Tammy, who stated she was the office manager. I attempted to explain that my concern was not the request for insurance information itself, but rather the repeated back-to-back calls and the cancellation of my appointment after I disclosed my disability and requested that my boundaries be respected. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. Rather than addressing my complaint, I was told that Jennifer had done nothing wrong and that I had been rude to the employee. At no time did I raise my voice, threaten anyone, or refuse to provide information. I simply requested that future communications take my disability into consideration. My appointment was scheduled to address an urgent dental concern. Being told that my appointment was cancelled immediately after disclosing my disability and requesting a reasonable accommodation caused me significant emotional distress. Following the incident, I contacted Aspen Dental Corporate and spoke with Brian L., who documented my complaint. He expressed concern regarding the circumstances and acknowledged that the repeated calls and handling of the situation were problematic. As a 100% disabled veteran with a documented anxiety disorder, I believe my disability-related concerns were disregarded and that I was treated differently after disclosing my disability. Whether intentional or not, the result was that I lost access to a scheduled dental appointment after requesting consideration for a disability-related need. I respectfully request that Aspen Dental conduct a review of this incident, including the recorded telephone call, determine whether company policies were followed, and provide a written response regarding the findings. I also request clarification regarding Aspen Dental's policies concerning disability accommodations and the cancellation of patient appointments under these circumstances. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
