I've been to a few shady dentists who always seem interested in selling me on some expensive procedure I don't really need. Dr. Artzer always lays out my options in plain terms, treating me like an adult who can make decisions about his own teeth. His office has all the equipment you could need. The staff is wonderful! They are incredibly friendly and professional. Every time I go in they make me feel like family. It's pretty rare when a dentist's office can make a standard cleaning something I actually sort of look forward to. I enjoy coming here. I feel like I'm in good hands, which is more important since dental hygiene is the real goal. I held off writing this review until I had a few visits to know for sure, but now I'm positive. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone.

They wanted another appointment to actually do a cleaning and, I suppose, a real dental review. We cancelled it.

I have an in person great experience working…read morewith them and I stand behind what they are trying to do to. make an impact but dealing with them after being a customer has not been a great experice. I am not sure where the disconnect is but 1- they do not communicate well if you are a former customers. 2- they charge you for service upfront and you pay out of pocket for the service before they file with the insurance. That is my issue that state they have sent it over. I have checked my insruance account and the info is not there. I emailed last week asking for my documents electronically by the end of day and got nothing. I then called and left a message the following day. Asking they send it over. They haven't. I spent 4500 on 1 tooth to be repaired. Now I am in lost between the paper trail of where I get my reimbursement. I have tried not to place blame on them but this is ridiculous. I will not recommend their service as a former patient. Current patient teated extremely well, as a former who wanted to use them again. I will not and I will not recommend them. If you are looking for a bio-dental be prepared to pay up front and possible have insurance issues if you deal with them and be out of money. This has been on going since 28 Aug and it's now Dec 7.

TRUE, WHOLE BODY, HOLISTIC FAMILY DENTISTRY! This is the first dentist out of TEN our family has…read moreseen that truly helped us to address all aspects of oral health. If you are looking for an attentive, precise and trustworthy holistic dentist look no further. Have you struggled to find help with your child who has seemingly unexplainable or confusing dental patterns?! Everything can be addressed and improved here! Dr. Samaha has a clear drive and passion for this scientific art, and I am forever thankful she has chosen to use her God-given gifts to help others to the absolute best of her ability. She has an extensive knowledge base, not just of dental arts but also all things health and wellness, including facial and oral development and growth patterns especially related to airway and mouth breathing. We found this office after lots of searching, many other dentists, not all bad, but we knew that the products and services offered at Port Warwick were each carefully selected using the most up to date research and patient individuality in mind. It is no secret that children are presenting with more and more dental concerns at younger ages. Our son was an especially challenging case, and our family has been treated with grace under some very difficult circumstances. We finally received the airway and mouth breathing help we needed! We finally received the nutritional partnership we needed! We finally found a dentist that doesn't use dangerous products to get the job done! We finally found a dentist office that can understand our holistic lifestyle and not only that- THIS OFFICE WILL ENHANCE YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND HELP YOU GROW! Dr. Samaha and her team demonstrated supernatural powers as they did what most dentists could not do with a child presenting a unique combination of decay and defiance. Over a very lengthy appointment, their endurance and commitment to doing what needs to be done the right way allowed me to fully trust in God and His provision of their talents and gifts, and let go of all control that many of us parents want to have in these unpleasant situations for our children. Dr. Samaha is a dental professional you can trust in to provide gentle and loving care to her patients. She explains things to children (and their parents) in a way they can understand and is amazing at making connections with them. She is readily available and will always give you her honest opinion with the data to support it. If you want to have a beautiful smile that is a result of a healthy body, this office can help you to set and achieve goals for total wellness. Our mouth is very much a reflection of our mind-body's state and most dentists entirely ignore that. We have actually had many very impactful homeschooling lessons on nutrition as a result of our discussions with the staff here!! I give this office ONE HUNDRED STARS!!

This was important bc I work many hours, late into evenings, during the week M-F and could not make it to the dentist. I was very excited they were open on Saturdays. That stopped several years ago. 2026 and 2025 it has slacked off . First of all, I felt like I was pressured to get root canals and crowns which were not necessary. it's my choice if I want it or not. they're very expensive I'm on a very fixed income. I prefer to have my tooth pulled but I got a lot of flack from the older dentist Perez. he was not happy I refused. I could tell by the way his mannerism was. Second time after all this as he worked on my teeth on 2fillings he was very rough... When he gave me a shot of numbing Novocaine, he left the room and immediately came back and didn't give it time to work. When he was drilling it was hurting and I told him it was not numb and it hurt, he said, "oh, I did not do that". I was floored and he was acting annoyed. He was rushing rushing around going back and forth from one person to the other in different chairs. he had 3 people lined up and he kept stopping what he was doing with me, and going to other people during the process of a filling on me. Time he worked on me took longer than ever,1hr. I have never had it take so long! today when I tried to get an appointment...I have not been there in over a year. I moved to a different job, but still kept the same insurance, I was told that I cannot get an appointment until September. it is February right now. that is a heck of a long gap of waiting. receptionist told me they are only working with one dental hygienist right now. She didn't say.. "we can contact you if we have an opening or somebody cancels or if things change". So I just politely told her well I will call back and check to see if things change in about a month or so. Somehow I get the feeling they're going out of business real soon. the positive flip side... older Perez's son is nice he pulled one of my teeth and he did a great job. And the wife, who works as a receptionist, is always been overly nice and accommodating. I'm not going to continue with these people because it's under available...less days they are operating. it seemed to me the older dentist Perez is tired. He was kind of huffing and puffing when he worked on me and I wondered what is going on is this man.... ill? And the receptionist that they have that covers when the wife is not there just does not cut it. She's not helpful at all. Yes I'm going to look somewhere else for new dentist.
