I am embarrassed to admit it took me a few years to go to the dentist. I was definitely…read moreintimidated. Once my family switched dental insurances, I knew it was finally time to go. Setting up an appointment was easy breezy since they were so accommodating with my schedule. Their business hours run later than 5PM on Wednesdays, which was perfect for me. The office is very clean and I felt immediately at ease in the sitting area. I actually didn't wait long (which is almost unheard of at any other doctors appointment). My first visit entailed a lot of x-rays. And I mean a lot. Followed by a lengthy health questionnaire. I didn't mind though because I really appreciated the thoroughness. My dental hygienist was sweet and friendly. I believe her name was Nicole. The cleaning was actually enjoyable. I had been dreading it for nothing. It was really a pleasant experience. I look forward to my next cleaning in 6 months with her. Remember, this is coming from someone who was deathly scared of going to the dentist. After my cleaning, I was seen by a dentist named Dr. Novak. I will admit she was a bit intimidating. My consult felt very rushed with her. She pointed out what areas were of concern but didn't want to push anything in particular on me. Then, I was ushered off to the office manager who worked out a treatment plan with me. I also scheduled my appointments for my root canal and fillings. My five stars honestly go to Dr. Limon. He was the one who ended up performing my root canal and fillings. This is the dentist to go to, hands down. He has incredible bedside manner and is probably the nicest doctor I've ever met. He always makes sure I am comfortable and relaxed. I remember him saying he liked listening to Disney songs and hearing him actually humming the songs put a smile on my face. That's how happy his demeanor was. I am so grateful I have found him as a dentist!

Every time I go there I wait at least 20-30 minutes to be seen…read more Imagine my disappointment when I was 10 minutes late for an appointment to have a permanent bridge put in and they told me they need to reschedule me. I know that if I had arrived early or on time, I would've still been waiting at the time that I arrived. The two temporary bridges that they put in while I was waiting for this appointment broke within days of placement - without me eating hard/sticky food. Because of this, I have spent WEEKS trying to eat and drink with exposed tooth nerves from when they shaved my teeth for the bridge. It's been a very long, very painful, and very expensive experience. If you have time and money to waste, you don't mind coming in multiple times for temporary bridges while you wait for the permanent one, if you enjoy the pain of eating with shaved teeth, or if you enjoy long wait times in a tight waiting room - this is the place for you.

I have not been to a dentist since 2008 because no one could meet his standards. He knows how to hit that nerve just right to mitigate the pain. Oh how I love Dr. Watkins as a dentist. Unfortunately, he was my first dentist and no dentist can compete with his skill, knowledge, and perfection, in my opinion. Dr. Watkins pulled 4 impacted teeth, installed a crown, and filled all my teeth from my k9s back. Never had a problem with any of his procedures. I moved out of the area and got clowned by 3 dentists. If I can get to Dr. Watkins for some dental work, I'll have some needed work done. I saw him this date (6/18/20) for a somewhat urgent matter, & was very pleasantly surprised that they were able to fit me in quickly. They appear to practice all of the Covid-19 precautions, as well, which is comforting.
