I have been here before and it was good and everyone was so sweet except Stuart. My stylist thinned out my hair with thinning sheers but didn't use regular sheers to blend or create real layers, and used an electric razor and it made my hair blunt and the hair curl inwards instead of layers. I wasn't even going to leave a review because I felt bad for even asking for a refund but Stuart was rude when I was asking if I could get the full amount back and I even apologized and I said it was ok if I couldn't and he said "that was time you took up on her schedule" in a rude tone and I felt patronized so I explained that they messed up my hair and he said "it was messed up before you came in" and hung up on me. I felt so bad asking for a refund instead of letting them fix it in the first place because I didn't want to risk a worse haircut, but after that response I feel like I made the right call and don't want others to make the same mistake. I was so shocked and hurt. I felt so bad for not liking it but I couldn't believe how he made it sound like I inconvenienced my stylist when I have to live with this hair and I cried for over an hour because i felt so ugly. She also clipped me with an electric razor and I included pictures. I won't name the stylist because she probably just isn't used to my hair type but I am name dropping Stuart because he was so mean when I was feeling down.

When shampooed water was sprayed down my back, and wasn't dried off, it made my clothes soaked. My hair was only partially dried. Little effort for conversation or attention was paid to me during the appointment. Stylist didn't look while shampooing, and ended up shampooing my face and eyes. Overall my hair didn't turn out bad so far as I can tell because it was only partially styled. So I guess I will see how it turned out after I style it. It was just a bad experience for me. It seemed like the other guests had a great time though. The salon is in what used to be a house that now only functions as a salon. I will not be going back. I wrote this when I went but apparently forgot to post it. But I had such a horrible experience I feel it is necessary for me to post it now.

Christy cut my hair and while she was nice, I feel that the layers do not blend well together and it instead creates more of a triangle effect towards the bottom. I wanted to keep as much length as possible but the shortest layer is probably about 4-5 inches shorter than the longer pieces. I would keep looking for another salon if you have a similar curl pattern.

She quoted me $1200 for a clip in extension. The cut was mostly fine except that I was one of two clients she was switching between. I understand that bleaching can take awhile, but it seemed odd that she would take two clients at the same time. The girl doing my hair couldn't fix it for two days, so I leaned into the horror and had confidence that when she fixed it it would all be okay. I showed her a picture of what I wanted the second time, which was different from the first since I did not want another green mess on my hands,a brown blond balayage with a couple of hidden purple streaks to which she agreed. Well, she was so worried about covering up the green roots that she dyed them dark brown! I left with bad yellow blond hair with dark brown roots and a couple of purple pieces. I'm now two weeks out and the dark brown roots, that she said would lighten have not, and my hair is a funky yellow blond color. Now I know from other women that use this salon that Lindsay and Lisa and amazing (neither which I saw). And I am aware that I am very picky!
