Nicest people ever and did amazing job - they aren't as cheap as some framers, but you get what you pay for. It was worth it to pay a little extra to have it done right and look great. Not only that they offered me a discount just walking in the door, and redid a piece for free that the other place had screwed up. I went to FramePros on last Saturday with a vintage gold frame that I wanted to have fixed up for my wedding. It was supposed to be ready on the 24th or something but I asked if I could get it a few days early. It ended up being ready yesterday (super early!) and I was glad because it was one more thing checked off for my wedding. I had the cloth matting with a gold rim replaced with a new one and some touch ups done because the frame had been bumped here and there. They were able to match my frame in less than 5 minutes for about $65 and the finished product looks fantastic and both people that I dealt with were very friendly. I went to three different frame stores before deciding on FramePros. They had the biggest and best selection of frames, very high quality, than the other two. In addition, the service I received was very personalized. Frank took the time to show me different frames for my project. The frame store in downtown LA never even called me when after I had left two messages regarding a sample frame he would order for me. I recently discovered FramePros when Aaron Brother's went out of business in Glendale. I have never been more satisfied with a picture framing company since going to FramePros. Frank came up with best selection of matting and also selected the wood frame to go with the photo. I brought it home, hung it on the wall, and it looks terrific! He also gave me some good tips for how to best install the picture hook (drilling the hole instead of hammering) and to use earthquake putty to hold the picture from shifting. I also found them to be reasonably priced. I would highly recommend going to FramePros for all of your picture framing needs. read more

Came home from Paris with a sentimental portrait of our children and several other pieces. Debbie was very helpful choosing frames with us. I agree that FramePros has nice quality frames at a fair price. What really made the difference was how much Debbie and Frank care about ensuring the work is done well and their customers are happy. Unfortunately, the sentimental piece of our children was drawn on paper that, when pressed in a frame, produced visible lines. At first, neither Debbie or I noticed the lines running down the drawing. When I brought it to her attention, Debbie was very understanding, patient and gracious about creating a plan that would fix the problem. FramePros offered to bring in a Touch Up Artist to blend the lines and restore the drawing to the way it looked prior to framing. They insisted on paying for it, even when I offered to pay. The final result was indeed beautifully restored. She changed the type of glass to avoid having the problem reoccur. Debbie could have sent me on my way with a framed picture of my children with streaks through their faces from Paris. Instead, she and Frank recognized how personal art can be, and I will always be grateful. As a patron, I wish there were people like Debbie in every venue of business. I deeply appreciate the effort to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend FramePros for all framing needs. read more

Really courteous. I went with a Yelp deal, but the person ringing me up was going to give me a discount even before I showed it to her. Finished the project by the date they said they would. The only ding is that we had discussed doing the framing a specific way bc I was trying to float something in a box, and then during the process they realised they could not actually do it that way, and then proceeded to use a different method without discussing it with me first. So I was expecting one look, and when I showed up, the product had a completely different look. Fortunately, it was a gift and the recipient loved it regardless, so I'm still a satisfied customer. But the next time, I will make sure to ask them to consult with me before making any changes to my order. read more

Just picked up my son's framed graduation picture and had to write a review of our experience My wife was very particular about what she wanted and Frank and his wife Debbie were very helpful and patient. They have the most extensive inventory of frames and mat combinations of any store we visited and we were able, with help, find exactly what we (my wife) wanted. This is the best frame store, really do a very good job. I collect a fair amount of art, mostly fine art photographs. I recently purchased something new to me, some water colors, they were of some old-world building and street scenes. Since I usually have black and white photos the framing decision is simple. But, here I had no idea what to do. They helped me pick out just the right frame, and I mean they cared and took the time to really make sure it was right and most importantly, I liked it. She was wonderful, had a great sense of style, texture, and color. She picked out some old world type of frames, something you would expect to see in a museum in Europe. When I picked them up, I did not recognize them! They were absolutely stunning, just beautiful and of the best quality. I have had many framers and after a few years have the pictures fail, fall in the frame and I have to have them repaired. These were done extremely well, and even sealed in heavy plastic to protect them on the drive home. I have found a new favorite framer, will not go anyplace else. Recently I bought a vintage Patrick Nagel print from the 80s with a frame from ebay, but needed the glass put on it. I've seen a number of places that do framing and glass nearby and took a gamble with FramePros since they had such a high rating from Yelp reviewers. I was greeted by a very nice woman by the name of Debbie and she gave me options on the glass to choose. I should mention that this vintage print from the 80s was not in the best shape (there were cuts and marks on the print and the frame was scratched up) and she could of treated my project with little respect due to the condition of it, but Debbie was very professional on handling my needs. I am assuming she was caught up with her work and offered to finished my print with enough time for me to get to work on time. I took a gamble on FramePros and was pleasantly surprised on how well she cut the glass and could see how the place received such high ratings on Yelp. Frame Pros is an incredible find, recommended to us by a wholesale art supply company. My wife is an artist and we have now had 2 projects done with Frank and Debbie: the mounting of a 23" x 34" scenic print for our bedroom, right above our bed and the framing of a 30" x 60" mirror for our bathroom. Both are so beautiful, we often catch ourselves staring at them and we get a lot of great compliments on them from our friends. Originally, we wanted to use foam core for the print but Frank recommended a gator board so it wouldn't warp - and it makes a big difference. No other framing store had suggested that before. Frank and Debbie also suggested purchasing a new mirror with a 1" bevel rather than framing our old mirror. And that was the right way to go. We got great pricing on both pieces and both came in ahead of the ETA with a spark of something special. Besides their guidance and beautiful work, Frank and Debbie are so relaxed and easy to deal with - you won't find better people anywhere. We highly recommend Frame Pros! read more
