The glass replacement was less than the groupon, but I said I didn't care. The sales person told me I couldn't use it and that it had to be a compete gram job and that the current sale was good till atleast the end of the month and I could use the groupon. We worked through the price and I noted I would definitely be back before the end of the month I believe it was the next day or day after I brought in a piece that needed a full frame job. The person who helped me was more than happy to try and sell me on multiple high end mat$$$. When I finally picked out a basic mat and the same frame that i had used for my last piece that they did a complete frame job on, she totals it up and it was pretty close to what we figured out the day before. Great! Mention the group on and then the pricing magically changes. In the end it was around a $50 difference. That $50 difference cost them a customer who has a lot of items that are much larger that need to be framed. Hope it was worth it.
