I received a response back stating that I should patiently wait for "multiple bottles" to ship (which is usually how I order, btw). Okay, waited till the next week - nothing. So I reached back out asking if they could again please check the order/status and see if something was "stuck". 10 minutes later I get an email saying my order was cancelled. No email back, nothing. I can see the scent is still "in stock" so this is just that delightful customer service they are known for being pissy. It's really gross.

This most recent visit Saturday, 3/9/19 she greeted me and was asking how I've been since my last visit and recalled selling me my last fragrance, 3AM by P Diddy and offered the great $30 gift box. It just made my day that she remembered me and remembered my specific last purchase. As someone who has over 10+ year experience in customer service, I know that it can be challenging to remember certain customers and their preferences especially for a busy store like the Cypress location but it truly makes customers like myself feel valued.
