Aura Fragrance has friendly service, competitive prices and authentic products. I recommend them.

Received an empty box for $315. They taught a PayPal dispute. For some reason with a police report, USPS mail theft report, them admitting to mail theft being a problem, the fact they told me they'd issue me a refund after their insurance pays them in email, told me they couldn't issue a refund because I did a dispute even though all they had to do was click a button and close it in my favor also screenshot from email PayPal broke the law and didn't give me my money back .2 months of emails, complaints to my states attorney general, cfpb complaint on PayPal aura fragrence also known as perfume warehouse in Houston finally gave me my money back. It shouldn't have taken 2 months and 2 months of emails. For me to leave reviews and Facebook comments. I'm greatful I FINALLY got my money back. But this was handled horribly. Just give me my money back. You already apologized for it and know it happened. Ftc says you owe me. Glad I finally got it. read more

I have ordered from them 6-7 times in the past couple of years. Never a single issue. BTW - I live in Virginia. Happened to be visiting Houston and that I was close by, went to the store and grab a fragrance and the price was different than from the website, and I was told that I need to purchase three items to get the website price.?! Which I struggled to grasp, so if I order online you will give me a cheaper price and you will pay for shipping eating away at your profit; but if I come to the store to purchase the exact same item from your shelf, I will have to pay about 15% more - and you're saving on shipping fees. That makes no sense to me?!? Cherry on top, was the dismissive attitude of the attendants. read more

These people are evil. I drove an hour only for me to get there at 6:45 and the doors were locked. I showed the girl that it says they close at 7 PM and that I drove an hour, but she didn't care of course. I knew exactly what I wanted and I was going to be in and out, but she refused to let me in. my gas in my time wasted over their error. How about update your business hours. I've been here twice and spent hundreds both times so for this to happen I am truly disappointed. If I could give -1000 stars I would because that was ridiculous. read more

Aura Fragrances - It clearly states that they close at 7pm but they have the doors locked at 6:45. Update your hours!!! - Perfume Near Me - Houston, Texas

I would never order from this company again. I ordered on their website a picture of Estee Lauder Pleasures for women 15 ml travel spray with a picture of the small glass bottle in a pink box that I always order from another company. I received my confirmation email with the photo of the same glass bottle in a pink box stating it was Estee Lauder Pleasures for women travel size 15ml. I received the item and it is not even close to the photo - it is a purple cylinder that sprays. When I called the company the representative and I went around and around as she said that was what I ordered and it was absolutely NOT what I ordered. Lost the first call so called back and they hung up on me. Wow what terrible customer service. read more

This is my second time ordering from Aura Fragrance after finding them on TikTok. First off the prices are great and they have niche perfumes that are usually sold out. That being said, first order was perfect and no issues whatsoever. My most recent order that arrived yesterday was another story. I was horrified and disgusted. The packaging had yellow streaks all over the exterior and the label but I didn't think much of it. As I picked it up, I kept getting whiffs of something foul mixed with curry. When I opened the package I noticed that it was double wrapped in USPS bubble wrap. I began cutting through and what did I find? Tons and tons of dead AND alive worms just wiggling around. I took the package outside and cut through the rest. Not only were they in the first bubble wrap, they were in the second bubble wrap AND the sealed perfume box. Immediately emailed them and never received a reply. Disgusted and so disappointed read more

Aura Fragrances - Worms alive and dead throughout the packing and perfume they sent me. My email and photo to them has gone unanswered. So disgusting. - Perfume Near Me - Houston, Texas

Placed a online order for pick up 02/13/26 around 4pm . Their policy usually ready in 24 hrs. Writing this review 7pm 02/15/26 my order isn't ready basically ( 2 ) days later and counting. Blew my entire Valentine's Day surprise to my wife. Just should do an entire overhaul when it comes to accuracy and customer service. First bad experience. Online states item was in stock. Drove from Conroe to NW Houston . Get there they're lost and confused. Workers tell me that the item I want is still in the box in the back on a pallets. 13 mins standing there looking and waiting no one would go to the back to retrieve the items from the back. ( I was the only customer in the store ) They let $300 plus dollars just walk out the store because of lazy employees. Wasted 2 1/2 hrs literally. Change that shitty online & in store price difference. Example $21 online / in store $26 for the same item. That's bad for business imo. read more

This place has amazing deals!! Ladies at the front are so nice, very welcoming. I go there a lot and my only complaint is the manager. I've encountered him multiple times at the store and he always has an unwelcoming attitude as if he doesn't get paid to be there. My inconvenience was from last week, he is always on the hip with this white skin young lady whom i believe is his girlfriend. I asked him for help to smell a certain fragrance and he dismissed me and ignored me because he was more interested in talking to that particular young lady. I believe they should seperate their relationship life while at work, and focus more on actually working. There's no reason why the customers should be able to tell they are a thing. Anyways this is not about her, it's about how rude the manager is. Owner, do better while hiring your managers. read more

Let me start by saying this. I've brought hundreds of fragrances from this place. Their brick and mortar is very close to where I live. Each fragrance was 100% authentic. Now. Why the low review? I've noticed now more than ever if you are not brown or white skinned you will be ignored. Now listen thousands of people buy from them online so must of the workers are pulling orders in their warehouse in the back of their store front. Yes that is correct warehouse. So you will see many of them come and actually pull from the shelves up front to just fill orders. (Also side note not everything that is out of stock online is out of stock in store. Most of my gatekeepers are bought like that.) Now back to why. If you know Español, and are of the brown and white persuasion you are good. The rest of us. Forget it. When they can they will make time and it's very rushed. Trust me they want to have nothing more than to get you out of that store. I've haven't really seen the owner except for maybe once or twice. But he wasn't very customer friendly as well. Out of all my many years buying here I've had two great experiences all from the same young man who came from the back to help me. One of them was for a fragrance they rarely have that the young girl dealing with me didn't want to even check the warehouse to see if they had one just sitting around he over heard her and went to the back and brought that one to me. Then she had the audacity to ask me if she could smell it. Wish I knew his name. But I don't. He's their best employee. So I doubt he will be there long. Disclaimer: All fragrances are 100% authentic so don't let mine, or any other reviews question that fact. This is just information as to how their interworkings are towards certain customers. read more

Ordered from them 4 times, fragrances are authentic and prices are good, but damn do they take forever to ship. If your getting something as a Christmas present, I would suggest placing the order in mid November at the latest. Of the 4 orders I placed with them, its taken an average of a month before I received them. read more

Excellent company. I ordered a men's perfume a couple of days ago and just received it. Wow, what service. It came in excellent condition, all wrapped up and it's the real deal, not a fake. I also got a very good price. Very happy I found this company and will definitely be ordering from them again. read more

I purchased a brand new fragrance a few weeks ago and upon receiving it, I clearly received a defective product as not only I received a damaged bottle, but you can also tell that the fragrance had been used considerably. I took pictures and sent it to Aura Fragrance the day I received it to someone's email by the name of bbodelataurafrance.com. They did respond with a return label after bringing it to their attention. I then asked if they were going to replace my order, but they never responded. I placed the same order again, but they canceled it without any explanation. Fast forward to today, I ordered 3 frags and they cancelled my order again without explanation. I keep inquiring why they are doing this as it makes me believe they are targeting me for their own errors. So here I am really curious as to what is happening so I called their customer service and explained my situation. They said that their system may think that the device I order from is fraudulent and I should try ordering from a different device or email address. I said that this does not sense since I have ordered many times from your site before. They also tell me that there is no guarantee that trying will work? I'm like who in their right mind would fall for BS like this. I then asked who bbodel since he is the one who keeps cancelling my orders I was advised that he is the owner of Aura Fragrance. From here, I thought it was just pointless. So Aura Fragrance, I hope you are reading this review. My fellow fragrance collectors, go somewhere else. I would pay a little more rather than be dealing with an incompetent vendor who knows nothing about customer service. read more

I ordered a Oud for Greatness in May. USPS was suppose to deliver the package, it never arrived but was marked delivered. I called customer service and I was told someone would be contacting me and never did. I spoke to someone finally and I keep getting the run around for getting the product delivered. First time and probably last time ordering from them. read more

Someone created an account with this website using my email address. They continue to use it as part of a credit card scam, always ordering hundreds of $'s and shipping to an address in Chicago but the billing address is always a different state. I've bought more than a few fragrances from this business, and it's been great. Each buy has been authentic and a great price.

Awful customer service. I purchased a "fake" bottle of Creed that had an undeniable undertone of gasoline I returned the item but had to wait months for a refund. Tried calling but they either put you on an extended hold or just hang up. This should be a supplier of last resort. There are much better online companies to do business with! read more

They sold me a fake then refused to refund me. And while messaging them they responded with stupid comments like a 12 year old. I ultimately had to do a charge back with my credit card. Be careful. read more

I placed an order to try the company out. A week went by and my order was not shipped nor was any notification of delay sent to me. So I called them and they apologized and told me they had all the items in stock and that maybe someone had overlooked my order and that they were boxing it up to ship out that day. Minutes later I got a UPS notification that a shipping label had been generated. Three days later the package had yet to be received by UPS. I called once again at the end of the day to find out the order they claimed 3 days ago was stock, filled and ready to ship. Had not been shipped. It was at that point I canceled the order. The prices are what attracted me to try them. But the extreme delay in shipping and lack of communication in shipping delay give me pause to ever deal with AuraFragrance again. read more

I ordered cologne for my son. We received the item quickly, but unfortunately I ordered the wrong one! I sent the item back over a month ago and they still haven't processed my refund. We order lots of cologne and this is my first and last time ordering from them! So disappointing! read more

I visit the store in person all the time. They have three locations in the city of Houston. Every thing I have purchased is authentic and priced better than ebay sellers, fragrance net, fragrancex.com, or any other gray market website I have shopped on. I will continue to do business with them and refer my family and friends. This is my number one source for colognes and perfumes. read more

I've purchased from Aura Fragrances' eBay site and now their web site. Both times I got exactly what I ordered with no issues. Their eBay ratings are off the charts good while their web site biz gets mediocre reviews at best. I've been reluctant to order from their web site but decided to give it a go. I ordered one bottle of Initio Absolute Aphrodisiac on Jan 25th and received it Jan 28th (TX to MO). My bottle was sealed and in perfect condition and smells identical to sample decants I've received elsewhere so I have no reason to doubt its authenticity. I really appreciate the relative bargain and the prompt shipping/delivery/quality. I'm sure I'll be back for more. read more

Owner/Owners are very rude, disrespectful and intimidating..he has no matters whatsoever. He treats extremely bad customers and employees. He does not honor any exchanges or refunds even though the problems generates in their warehouse; We purchased a bunch of perfumes worth around $400 and one of the perfumes where empty and they did not want to do an exchange or refund. These people has been around for a number of years and nobody has done anything about it. Their employees are afraid to even talk because they have surveillance cameras everywhere and he keeps them quiet by calling on the phone when the customers request some information, shout out loud on the phone or speakers. In another case he shout out at us and asked us to leave in front of all customer because we had a seven year old daughter and supposedly he does not like to do business with people with kids (he said he only allowed customers from 18 yrs and older not even if the parent carries them). These is the kind of business that should not be running and making profit by abusing customers and employees. read more
