Unfortunately we did not have the same experience as the other two references. Rolando charged me more for what we already discussed. He was late coming to start the job everyday. The quality and workmanship is nothing compared to what our expectations were and discussed what we wanted BEFORE we hired him. He was too sloppy for my taste. I had to clean speckles of paint off of all more floors which took several hours. If you want a paint job that you would do in a dilapidated house then he is your guy. If you want a professional job with proper clean up and an exceptional paint job? He is NOT your guy. We hired him based on what he promised. We addressed the problem areas out to him and he fix a couple but it was a constant reminder like he wanted us to forget about it. I told him the paint job on my ceiling was not rolled/painted properly he refused to redo to make it right. He said he wanted to get paid and leave. Now we have to hire someone else to fix what he didn't do right and pay more money. I was done at that point with him. He also kept asking for more money for the job. Get a signed contract from ANY CONTRACTOR YOU HIRE. I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. VERY STRESSFUL AND DISSATISFIED.

After I agreed on the price. I asked if he could have someone start soon. He did his best to fit me in the companies schedule sooner than later. During the day of the painting, Travis was not able to show up but he let me in good hands with his fore(woman) which is a person who is in charge of the project and the other two people that assisted her. I never had a women painter. I know women can do anything men can. She (They) did a great job. I'm very happy with the work they did and will recommend them to everyone. They painted 4 rooms total. By the end of March 2026, it had not been completed, and I fired Alex and his crew and got another group to finish the work. Much of what was done on my screened-in porch had to be removed or corrected. None of the supporting post were plumb, overhead supports were not level, and the sanded plywood that was installed as a ceiling for my carport was attached with trim nails. Needless to say, the ceiling did not stay in place. As for the inside of my cottage, architectural plans were not followed and rooms were not built to the specified size. I have wall switches that do not activate anything. The plumbing of the sink underneath the kitchen and bath have such long hoses so that the space is hardly usable for storage. The LVP flooring has cracked and needs to be repaired in two rooms. The overall lack of communication and sometimes showing up to work caused tremendous hardship on me. Because the project was not finished by the projected date, I had to live with my daughter for six months, and reschedule delivery of appliances. I found Alex to be overtly pleasant, but he did not listen to my concerns, built things the way he wanted to do them in spite of the architectural drawings, and provided many many excuses for why he did not show up on time. For example, he didn't work on one particular day and when I texted him to ask, why, he said they weren't coming because he didn't like the look of the sky. Although there were clouds, it never rained at the job site. Another issue of concern is that Alex did not get a to do the . As a contractor, I was under the impression he took care of all of the for the remodel and addition of the porch. My new crew had just begun working when a code enforcer drove up and said that all Work had to stop. The office had received an anonymous phone call saying that I was doing construction without proper permits. My new contractor took care of this problem that very day. I find it extremely odd that anyone could see what was going on at my house since I am surrounded by trees, and there's no way to see my house as cars drive-by. How would anybody know that a permit had not been granted when I didn't even know that?
