Had the worse mani/pedi here. PEDI - They filed my big toe crooked (no lie) I had to fix it while in the chair. Paint job was uneven, luckily the girl next to her fixed all of them, but that was 3rd coat. 24 hrs later wearing sandals and the paint job was too thick (4 of my toes were ruined) I was away so I couldnt get them fixed. MANI - I had nails just passed the end of my fingers when i sat down, by the time I looked down she filed the complete nail to the quick. I went from having a business nail to ZERO nail tips. I didn't watch her bc I believed she would have had sense NOT to go to the quick. She had to repaint the nails 3x, bc they were bumpy and uneven. She would have left it like that if it wasn't for me saying these are NOT okay. I will never go back there again. read more

Went to the salon to just get a wash and blow-dry. I have a complicated cut and my hair is too long on top of everything else. The lady who did the blow-drying did an EXCELLENT job! The facility is very clean. The staff is amazing and very friendly. However, my boyfriend and I booked appointments for spa pedicures. During the middle of our service, a woman walked in and stared us down. We had already been there for at least 20 minutes into our service. She became irate and asked why she had to wait for us to finish our service so that she could start. It felt very uncomfortable for us to be getting our treatment and have some woman stare us down like we weren't allowed to be there because she couldn't wait for another tech. read more

A bit disappointed in my experience, I went for a standard manicure and pedicure and while the pedicure was nice, I'm not sure if they changed the exfoliation gel treatment or she forgot but it seemed like I only got two different lotions on my legs no exfoliation. Then, she did my manicure and got nail polish all over the skin around my nails and didn't even bother to attempt to use nail polish remover to remove it from my skin. The attention to detail is lacking here and seems like they're just trying to get me out of there as quick as possible. read more

I have been going to this place for over 4-5 years for regular pedicures. They used to be great. I am not sure what changed but off-late the ladies who do the pedicures are getting worse. Last month... the girl was so rough, I was having to jump in to let her know she was hurting! This month, a different girl made my toes bleed & I have soreness from a pedicure!! They won't even scrub the same spot a second time. Massage lasts about 1 minute at most. They won't be getting my business if they don't drastically improve their quality of service and staff. There are plenty nail salons in the area to take my business to! It's a shame the owners are not doing a good job maintaining their quality. They were great a few years ago... they have been going down over the year but the last two times was just terrible experience!! So disappointed! read more

I've been here many times and often leave disappointed. Even if you make a reservation, you often end up waiting. The place was recently redone and definitely looks nicer than before and is now much larger, however the mani/pedi is inconsistent though. They do have water bottles by the door, which is a nice touch. The older woman, whom I believe owns the spa, doesn't speak much English and constantly pets me whenever I visit. I've been here for various waxing and nail treatments, but I certainly don't know her enough for her to always put her arm around me and not let go. It makes me pretty uncomfortable and is probably the main reason why I am looking for a new nail place. read more

We have only been here for nails but people were frequenting the salon section. Waxing: Call ahead if you're planning to come here for waxing to make sure they're offering waxing that day Nails: I thought it was odd that our nails were not soaked in water to soften the nails and cuticles. The entire process was dry. We were not asked to wash our hands post filing etc either. The end result was fine but that was a difference here. Tip: You can only tip before they swipe your credit card so mention that beforehand. They did not mention this to us so we were unaware. read more

Walked in for a pedicure. I did not wait to sit down however the woman who greeted me in my chair had her MOUTH FULL while asking me if I wanted a manicure and pedicure. I opted for a pedicure only. The pedicure from start to finish was all of 16 minutes, TOTAL. Start to polish. One nail is crooked. Also, afterwards, while waiting for my toes to dry I was not given a customary shoulder massage, instead asked by another employee if I wanted a $10 massage. Very disappointed. read more

I have been to this salon/spa two nights in a row and I've been away both times. First visit, gel (aka shellac) manicure. Fabulous job by Julie. Her waxing skills are great as well. Second visit, deep tissue massage with Sandra. I've been getting massages every 6-8 weeks for about 12 years and this was one of the top 3 ...ever. I can't believe the amazing massage received. I have been going there to treat myself and my daughters to manicures and pedicures for a number of years and I have always been happy. They are clean, friendly, and professional (impeccable protocols for Covid-19 as well). I am not always good about making appointments in advance and when I call for same day appointments they are always willing to accommodate. About a year ago, I decided to try getting my hair done there (hair cuts/blow outs/color). I had been going to other overpriced salons in the area for years only to feel like they just don't accomplish what my hair needs. I have unruly frizzy thick hair so I always chalked it up to my hair being a challenge. I decided to get my hair cut by Sonny and finally found a stylist who knew what he was doing. He is a master at his craft and beyond talented with cutting, styling, and color. Honestly, this place is a hidden gem within a sea of salons in the area. I will never go anywhere else! There is a new lady(her name escapes me at the moment but she is a sweetheart) who also brings experience and knowledge with hair and who I would also trust based on the cuts and styles I've seen her do while I'm there. I love Foxy salon! I have been getting my eyebrows done there for years and am never disappointed. I have recently started getting my nails done and the regular manicures are so fairly priced (I think $12) and it lasted without a single chip for 10 days! I was amazed because I am always the girl that chips a nail the first day! I have now gotten into the Gel Manicures and it lasts FOREVER! I love it! I also like the tiered system they have implemented for Pedicures. For example if you are in a rush and just need the basics you can get a regular pedicure for I believe $25, but if you want some more luxury there are pedicure packages you can choose from that include paraffin, 15 minute massage, etc. I have been really pleased with every visit! Also the Blow Out Bar at Foxy is great and so cost effective! They blew out my hair before my sister's rehearsal dinner and it looked fantastic and I believe it was only $30. I am completely disappointed with this salon. I've been going here for almost 8 years and will never return. The guy who cut my hair, completely destroyed it. I asked for long layers and instead he gave me an over layered, short hair cut, that looks more like a long bob. The layers are just too hard to manage. It's completely upsetting as I am 24 years old and have a hair cut that is way too mature. Please be careful if you plan to go here. read more

This place has really gone down hill the last year. I have been coming here for years and the last year they got rid of all the good people who worked there. I have a 6 year old daughter who comes with me sometimes- if you have a small child, do NOT bring them in this salon! They are NOT nice to children and today I went in for gel pedicure, to repair and chipped gel fingernail that was just done a few days ago by them, and for my daughter to get a manicure on her day off from school. They did her nails within 20 minutes then they put me in a pedicure chair for over an hour where the girl giving me the pedicure sliced my toe and just left me there doing NOTHING while my 6 year old was obviously starting to get antsy at this point and I still hadn't even started the gel polish on my toes or my finger nails. They were working on everyone else BUT me. I had to walk out. After going there for over 5 years and the last year giving them many chances, I will NEVER go back. I was a very regular customer going at least once every week and a half as well as my daughter and mother started going. We will never go there again! read more

Asked for a manicure and pedicure. Had pedicure first and then was going to have manicure. She sat me in chair and said one minute. Her prior customer had an issue so she redid her manicure as I sat there and watched. 20 minutes later she wanted to do my manicure. No, I was your customer. I should have gotten my manicure and then you tend to someone else. Clearly customer service is not a priority. Needless to say, I'll never go there again. However, you wait even with apt., I've been cut with nail file and cuticle trimmer and the icing on the cake was when they dropped reddened nail polish remover (from my old red polish) on my jeans that stained and ruined then. I walked in once a few years ago without an appointment on thanksgiving eve hoping by chance that they take walkins on the eve of a holiday. I was desperate but I was not expecting to be taken right away or at all since a lot of people make appointments ahead of time prior to a holiday. I thought it would not hurt to try to see if they had availability. To my pleasant surprise, a woman behind the counter told me that it would be a half hour wait and it would cost a certain price for a full gel set of nails. Immediately after she told me the price, a woman, who appeared to be the owner, came running towards us, physically pushed the employee away from the counter and told me it would cost $35 dollars more than the employee told me. I recently had a manicure and a pedicure at the salon. I was a walk-in and I was pleased the wait was short. They had me sit in the pedicure chair but I was disappointed that there was not a fresh towel for me to put my bare feet on while the tub was filling with water. Now, the really bad news. It was painful when the technician was supposed to be cleaning up the dead skin around my cuticles on my feet. She was tugging on the live skin with the tool. And the worst was she cut my cuticle on my finger and it hurt and bleeding until she squirted a liquid on it. I think some training is needed - no cutting live cuticles. read more
