She even threatened me with police action if I tried to dispute it with the credit card, which is an interesting business practice. She sent me a series of harassing texts and blew up my phone with calls. The length this woman would go to not do the right thing for a new client over $300 is astonishing. So unprofessional and very poor quality work. She responds with lies about how she offered to fix her disaster, but that's not true. I have the threatening texts and the repeated calls as receipts. It was sent to the credit card company. Only an unhinged person calls the police to intimidate a client posts negative feedback on bad service. That's not how a normal business operate. Go somewhere reputable. That's certainly not here.

They do carry hair care products and tools, as well as some bespoke clothing items and other small gifts, some of which are handcrafted locally.
