I finally decided to step in here one Friday just to give another place a chance, and I'm so glad I did. I told her exactly what I wanted, and SHE SHAPED THEM EXACTLY! It was perfect. When I went in, it was just one lady (I can't remember her name), but she had a wait of like four people, and she knocked them all out in about 30 minutes. Super impressive, and the eyebrows all came out amazing. It seems like the people who go to her are regulars. The place is pretty small and quiet, but it gets the job done. I WILL be back, and I'll make sure to update this review when I get her name. So happy I finally found a place to go to again!

I was offered water and quickly completed the necessary form. The waxing specialist was nice. She had an outstanding personality that made me really comfortable which is great since it's a fairly intimate service (depending on what you're there for). The facility was extremely well kept and clean. The only reason I didn't rate a full 5 stars is because I did discover a few spots hair was left when I got home. When paying the higher costs for the service, I wouldn't expect to find any missed patches and there were a few. Overall, I'd give them another try due to the friendly and comfortable atmosphere. If I walk away again with missed patches, at that point I'll explore other options for waxes but I'm optimistic that next go around will be better.

I was already going through something emotionally difficult, and instead of feeling supported or cared for, I felt dismissed and met with a very cold bedside manner. It left me feeling uncomfortable and upset after the appointment. I tried seeing another doctor within the practice hoping for a different experience, but sadly I encountered the same feeling again. After being a loyal patient for many years, it's very disappointing to say that I will unfortunately be looking elsewhere for care.

Savanna has an incredible "bedside manner" when I was about 16 weeks along at my appointment, I shared how grateful but anxious I was and these two ladies allowed for me to see my baby again to relieve the fear. It was something that clearly they did not need to do, but cared for my heart to help bring joy in seeing our baby's heart beating would recommend these people so much!

My appointment was with Kai. Kai was very knowledgeable and friendly. Additionally she presented professionalism way beyond her years. Bikini wax was good, I even allowed her to wax my butt. That was new experience, yet so needed. Won't skip on that upkeep anymore. The process for making an appointment was easy. Kai was good about cleaning the table between my body wax to my facial wax. I will be back. They have a membership program but haven't signed up yet. I wanted to make sure that I don't have any negative responses from the wax.
